Worst most incompetent McDonald's there is! If you want people that speak English and don't mess up your order 95% of the time, I suggest going elsewhere. I have so much "free" food sitting up here from screwed up orders it's insane. If you do get someone that speaks English, your order still won't be right. Then they get defensive and tell you what you said even though they're the ones who didn't clearly hear you say your order 10 times over to make sure it's correct bc you know they're so good at screwing it up. This place needs a revamp! It just get worse and worse. I use to go here all of the time, now I'm never going here again. My fish sandwiches were great, hot, not soggy to the last bite. The reason I won't go back is their policy of not allowing tips. I've tipped any time I've gone through drive through with no problem before. These poor kids work minimum wage. All Of a sudden I can't? New management that thinks they are hot shots? Shame, Micky D, Burger King, Sonic, and Arby's don't have this problem. read more

The dine-in service was somber and slow (about six minutes) since the disorganized staff were working to keep the busy drive-thru moving slowly. The dining area was clean with background music coming from a local FM station. This location had a play area for the kiddos, and the drive-thru was open 24 hrs. Overall meh. read more

I have no idea how this McDonalds has bad reviews. I never have a bad experience here. My food is always hot and the customer service is usually very good. Sometimes too good. I love you guys but I'm not looking to have a casual conversation at 6am in the morning on my way to work, I'm barely awake lol. But I love that they are trying to be nice. My fries are ALWAYS hot. It's like they drop every batch fresh when they see me pull up. It's amazing. PLEASE keep it up and pass the formula to all the other McDonald's please because they have no idea what they're doing. They got my food wrong but I'd already left it was a large mocha something real simple whenever I came back the next day to get lunch because I was working in the area the owner was there and he refused to replace my mocha it was not made correctly at all and accuse me of lying about the fact that my mocha was made wrong the owner's name is Michael I'm a business owner myself and if a customer had a complaint about something that retails for less than $5 there's no way that I wouldn't replace it the customer service here is terrible read more

It's mcdonalds. Not looking for 5 star establishment here but a little competence would be appreciated. Walk in and stood in the front waiting for someone to help us. Let's just say Daniel, whoever this gentleman is must be like the Mcdonalds God because even a manager could not work the register without this kid. Finally the manager figured it out and started ringing us up and then The elusive Daniel appeared! No sauce even after they asked the kinds we wanted, and it was like I was ordering steaks not chicken nuggets. Then the vomit happened, a kid in the playground started walking around all over the play place and the restaurant just puking. Thanks Mickey D's I'm good. Just go to the Burger King across the street or the Waffle House. Will be a lot easier. One of the two stars is for the red box movie rentals inside. read more

Wow! This is the second time we have visited this McDonalds and probably the last. The first time we were missing cheeseburgers from our order. Today we got up to the drive thru to place our order. One person (a young man) started taking our order and half way through placing our order another person (a young lady) broke in. When I was finished placing the order she asked if the order was correct but didn't give me time to respond. The problem was all of the drink orders were missing. When this was brought to her attention she got very snotty and said I didn't order any drinks. She finally said she would add the drinks and she would have a total at the window. VERY RUDE! I work in customer service and if the people under my supervision treated people like that they would be looking for a new job!!!! read more

Order had to be corrected twice and that's only after management corrected it then got home to eat and swallowed a hair out of my fries and found another one in my burger. No fixing that and why would I want to take another chance? Health department needs to review the practices at this place. This wasnt the first issue. read more

Stopped in this McDonald's today to order a quick bite on the way home wish I never had. The service was horrible and apparently the guy taking my order doesn't understand what NO PICKLES means even when he is told 4 times. Got my food to go because I wasn't eating in that lobby it was a mess and they weren't even very busy, Got out to the car and my food was cold and the buns were hard around the edges and of course there were pickles on the sandwich. Tuesday, 7-26-17 (5:23 p.m , Ticket #119.) Just picked up dinner by going inside to place our "to go" order. We know to ALWAYS check our order before leaving to make sure all items ordered are in the bag. Well here's to let everyone know you need to check your sandwiches as well. Our two fish sandwiches were MINUS the tartar sauce but the REAL KICKER was the McChicken sandwich which was MINUS THE CHICKEN. That's right folks - just bun, lettuce and mayo. Called immediately to report the issues to Emily and she said she could replace the McChicken but could do nothing for the fish meals. Too many restaurants between Bonner and our house that we will be going to from now on. I don't think they even deserved the one star I gave them. RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION! read more

Got up to the window to pay for me food, the lady taking my payment took my bank card and slide the card thru the register, she ended up totally cracking my back card. Her response was I scan your card to hard and it broke, I'm sorry about that, you can go to the next window to get your food. So I go to the next window pick up my food, and then park my car. I go in the store to speak with the manager, her response to this is "oh I'm sorry about this what do you want me to do ". I'm like the people at this store are the rudest people I've ever meet . I stopped by this location today to get a sandwich. A bacon Smokehouse crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich. The girl that took my order didn't repeat it back correctly. I clarified what I wanted at least I thought. When I got to the window and made sure she understood that I wanted the bacon Smokehouse crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich. She says that's what I repeated to you and you said the buttermilk chicken sandwich. I said no I wanted the bacon Smokehouse crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich. She was rude the entire time. When I got to the second window of the girl asked me to pull forward to the first stall I said Okay and she shut the window. Also rude. When the third girl brought me my food she handed it to me and said have a nice day turned around and walked away. There is no enthusiasm from these employees. They really seem to not want their jobs. There are plenty of people out there that would love to have a job. The sandwich was fantastic. Wish I didn't have to deal with the employees. read more

my husband and i stopped to grab something to eat on our way home from a friends house and was blown away at the experience. we placed a simple order: 2 mcdoubles, 2 sausage and egg mcmufifns, and 2 hashbrowns. we get to the window and the tell my the total and i hand them my card, they run it and hand it back with no reciept. then they tell me that our order isn't ready and to drive around the building and get back into the drive thru line. i told them there was no way i was doing that. as she was closing the door and walking away she yell at someone in the back "sh'e not gonna do it!". that made me start to get really mad. so when they bring my order to the window it's some tweaker looking dirty chick handing out my order. i sit in my car at the window to check my food and i find the just threw our food on the wrappers and completely halfassed the wrapping. when we got home i find one of my mcmuffins wasn't sliced properly and is half burnt, and the eggs on both were undercooked. the hash brown were crispy outside and completely mushy and sticky on the inside. this is the worst, out of many repeatedly bad, trips to this particular mcdonalds locations. read more
