Drive thru about 6:30 on10/03/25, shift manager literally threw my food at me. When I asked for ketchup, she rolled her eyes and then slammed the drive through window. I have never seen such unprofessionalism from a person at this location. This is a good McDonald's. Not all are. Clean restrooms. Service on the app, inside pickup, was fairly quick...maybe 5 minutes. Worth the wait, as every single food item we ordered was hot and fresh. The apples in my wife's Happy Meal were a little mealy, but that's probably to be expected. Apples are tough to keep fresh once the skin is broken. We'd eat here again if we were in the area. read more

Customer Service was 10/10 . Everyone was efficient , positive , nice and quick . The bathrooms were clean and the food was amazing . Usually don't get steak from McDonald's cause you think the quality would be poor. Hands down one of the best breakfasts I had . Tasted like ihop sirloin tips and eggs on a bagel! read more

Educate staff that first of all arguing with a customer who has a medical condition is rude and disrespectful. Teach them that there are conditions that require no sugar and sweetener and sugar are 2 different things and not caring could cause someone their life. How about attempting to make commends with customers who have to encounter such rudeness and disrespect. read more

my type1 diabetic husband asked for an unsweet tea with Splenda in the drive through. he was given sweet tea and when he took it back in to exchange it and asked for an unsweet tea again and Splenda and the little girl cashier says to him, why do you want Splenda if you don't want sweet tea? Excuse me? First Of all! It could've have killed him giving him sweet tea since he is a brittle type 1 diabetic and she wanted to argue! It shouldn't matter the reason and you shouldn't question a customer with a legit medical diagnosis when you aren't educated enough to understand the severity. This is not ok and thank god he knew to check it. What about the ones who don't. They could end up in the hospital bc a little uneducated girl wants to queation a sweet tea? That is not ok. With only 3 people working they took care of our family of 7 and a busy takeout wonderfully. They were super friendly and helped us get all of the food, even when something was missing it was easy to get it. People in corporate should really acknowledge how amazing these people are. read more

This location is going downhill rapidly. The floors are in desperate need of a good sweeping but even more in need of a good mopping. The floors are so covered in grease you are taking your life in your hands when trying to walk. This location appears to have a real problem with turn over. One reason could be the managers that thinks it makes him look important to talk down to the employees. There are more than just one manager who seems to think that is ok. I've had times where the food has been amazing. Other times not so much. More often it's not been great. I had buttermilk chicken sandwich tonight and it was dry with hardly any mayo on it. The 50/50 sweet unsweetened tea still tasted super sweet as well. Not all but some staff some days act like they suck at life being there with bad attitude. Not much to say-we stopped for the wifi and got a drink. The clerk there was very nice and helpful-telling me all drinks were 1$ and I could get a larger size. Very nice young man. It was clean and quiet and no one hassled us about hanging there for a bit. read more
