Out of all the Mcdonald's that I've been from my entire life, this one is the worst one that I've been to. But not because the foods (their food was delicious), nor because the drinks (their drinks are good, and it has a fountain for you to refill it), it's because the employees; particularly the cashiers. One day, me and my family & friends were on a road trip, then we decided to went there and order lunch. I try to order it from the counter since I have a lot of cash. While they order it from the kiosk due to be faster. When they finish ordering, I still haven't order mine yet, because the cashiers are busy by taking care the drive-thru. What's even worse is by the time my family & friends got their stuff, there was still nobody take care of my order. Except the cashiers just walk by the counter back & forth and just glance at me. Not even telling me to please hold up, wait a minute, nor even greets me, etc.. And because of this, I decided to switch up and use the kiosk to order my food, (while my group were half way done, and heck; some of them were almost finish eating). Don't get me wrong, I understand that employees from fast food chains, doesn't need to work like they're inside a restaurant. However, I still don't expect employees were working like that. Me and my family ordered hashbrowns and water, didn't charge for the water! Baffling amount of flies in the bathroom. However the music was great! Instrumental Disney tunes. Ordered 2 chocolate shakes and they came out as vanilla so the girl at the window said they were changing the mix and I was welcome to wait. There was a line of cars behind me and 1 pulled forward waiting so I asked how lomg so I didn't hold the line up. The gal at the window was very friendly and said it was not a problem. Meanwhile the other 3 employees one of which was the manager were giving me dirty looks and looked like they were being bothered. Thw guy who was going to change the mix came out and after he was asked how long it would take he got an attitude and walked away. So the young lady came and apologized again to me and said she was just going to refund me since he walked away. She turned to go get my refund and another employee was already walking back with my $8.88 with attitude. If I wanted to go a step further I had rounded up so they technically owed me $9. Very very very unprofessional, rude, attitudes and just overall horrible. I was a paying customer who was sitting there waiting and all they wanted to do is be extremely rude. I am a manager in retail and if I saw one of my employees, let alone 3 act and treat a customer the way they did then they wouldn't have a job. Pretty bad when one of these employees was actually the manager on duty. read more

Service is awful asked for 4 pc chicken crispys and they where raw than they exchanged it for 2 Double Cheeseburgers and the cook had no gloves and touched my burgers and only saw 1 person with a hair net this McDonalds is awful I would not recommend coming here I've never had this terrible service and no one wanted to own up to cooking the chicken raw... This McDonald's is modern and clean. Being at a natural stopping point on a drive out of Chicagoland, I'm sure I've stopped here in years past. I honestly don't remember this particular store which has been remodeled but I do remember the Bridgman exit off of I-94. The best aspect, besides being clean, is that it's located right at the exit and entrance ramps and there's no extra driving and searching around for it. read more

I just went to McDonald's and I got some breakfast for my family. But when we started to eat it, we all noticed everything was cold and very old. My coffee tasted like water. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. Woman at the first window snatched my friend's card and told her the dollar amount after taking the card. When my friend tried to correct her and tell her she charged her the wrong amount, she shut the window and ignored her. Then, processes to drop my friend's card on the ground, and rudely say "we will deal with it after you pick that up." Then, the manger came over to "deal" with things and proceeded to be very rude and demand my friend give her name and number. Not to mention the food was TERRIBLE. Inedible fries, disgusting McFlurry, I nearly puked. Person in line in front of us pulled out of line because the wait was so long. Employees have no human decency, never apologized for anything. Everyone needs to relax. This McDonald's is right off the highway and is one of the latest places to stay open for food within the surrounding areas. Have you considered what establishment you are reviewing? It's fast food. It's food that is pretty low maintenance overall. It's a food place that stays open late for folks like you that travel, stay up and are too lazy to cook. I would bet that this place experiences pops of business and that is really hard to manage against labor $$ as a whole. Why are you mad at the workers? Why are you mad at the managers? They have limitations on how many hours $$ can contribute to AND most likely have a high turn over rate, mostly due to rude customers complaining about the time it took to cook a cheeseburger, ALL while not even being able to cook the cheeseburger themself. Are you mad that they don't work hard enough to meet your needs? Well for about $25,000 max annually.... I wouldn't either. You want workers to work harder and meet your expectations? Fight for fair wages. The reality is that your expectations keep getting higher and their wages stay the same! Every time I've gone through their drive-thru, or used their app, in hopes to get a decent meal, in a decent amount of time, I end up waiting until the friggin' Heat Death of Universe. Seriously. Right now, you might be thinking, "Oh, c'mon! Sometimes you gotta wait in a drive thru. Suck it up and wait for your order." But you don't understand. Was I interrupting something important, like planning the next mission to Mars? I mean, if it's something like that, I could understand why I was waiting 20 mins in the Drive-Thru at 10:00 for a friggin cheeseburger. But it wasn't. Was it? I just WANT. TO. KNOW. I feel so bad for their good, hardworking employees because the bad, lazy ones succeed in making them ALL look bad. This place is famous for messing up orders. It happens so much that when someone has to walk in to get their order right, these people don't even bother apologizing! That's just crazy to me. They also lie all the time, claiming their shake machine's down - when really, the thing's filthy af and no one wants to clean it! My neighbor even told me he's seen roaches in there! I would not go here if I were you. Unless of course you don't mind eating old, reheated food, drinking shakes from a filthy machine, and wondering if they really do have roaches. I met Isaac P. in a local store and had just the most wonderful conversation, nice person, and he works at the Bridgman, MI location totally right off the highway McD's.
