I ordered a caramel macchiato, and I drank it in my dark car on the 15 minute way home. I got home, and I looked into the empty cup just to realize there was a *stink bug* in my coffee. I called, but the phone was broken, so it was very difficult to hear the lady on the other end of the phone. I told her the situation, and she expected me to drive all the way across town to get a free drink, but by the time I would have driven for another drink I would have already spent that money in gas. She said she could refund, but it was paid for in cash. She told me there was nothing she could do. She didn't say she would inspect the ice machine, which is likely where the bug slipped into the drink. There was no offer to come back at a different time to resolve the issue. This experience also calls cleanliness, staff awareness, and contamination into the question. How did the staff not see something dark and fairly large in the cup? Did it come from the ice machine? Are they cleaning the ice machine?? If the bug did come from the ice machine, now all the ice is contaminated and everyone who orders a drink is getting bug ice. Don't come here if you like bug-free drinks. read more

Got a hamburger without meat. They laughed about it when confronted. Returned months later to pay for food to be delivered. The order was wrong. No surprise there. Went myself, through the drive thru the next morning, and the order was wrong again. Health score 73 out of a 100 So, my wife and I have a daily ritual now, hop in a car grab a $1 diet coke from McDonald's and drive aimlessly around in the Tulsa area, just to get out of the freaking house. I have tried both of the McDonald's on Elm in BA and because of poor management, neither are following their own posted guidelines of masks and gloves. We had to try another. When we first moved back to Tulsa we lived close to this store and had coffee and breakfast there, inside several times. The place was always clean and the staff was super. Let's see how well this place is managed now. After two weeks of daily visits, to get the $1 diet cokes, the friendly staff working the food window always had on face mask and gloves. Looking through the drive through window I could see that all of the staff inside were following the company's posted guidelines! A good manager is running this store! Keep it up! read more

Standard McDonald's - staff keeps it pretty clean. I love the Egg White Delight, the last one had a HUGE egg white so I was a happy camper. This location has all seating options: high tables, lower tables, banquette seating, long booths, community table, and a super short kids height table with stools. Staff is nice, and the drive thru is always backed up but once you're in it it's usually fast. I usually only eat breakfast here, and the occasional fish sandwich during Lent, so I can't comment on everything else. read more

I ordered one meal and it took nearly ten minutes, even though I was the first car in the drive thru. Once I got my meal I looked inside the bag to realize they gave me hashbrowns instead of fries. The workers were incredibly friendly, quick and happy the last time we visited this location. You know all McDonald's food is the same, so really the location is all about the service. Placed a mobile order on the app- sent fiancé to pick up order in the other side of town only to be told the actual phone the order was placed on needed to be there - OK understand it's not the actual stores fault for the VERY INCONVENIENT mobile app that did not mention the ACTUAL PHONE had to be there BUT the man manager of the store was a joke. He's lucky my fiancé went and not me. This McDonald's is fairly close to my house but I have started driving farther to go to other McDonald's due to the horrible inaccuracy of the orders. In at least 4/5 different orders, my items (more than 1) have been missing and other items have been incorrect. In at least 2/5 different occassions I have had to stand in line with other people getting their orders corrected before I could get mine corrected. I watched one lady go to the counter two times to get the same order corrected. The food taste is consistent and typically fresh. read more

I stop at this location early every morning for a quick cup of coffee and breakfast before work, and up until recently I never had anything but good things to say. However the over the past month or so the wait time in the drive through had gotten ridiculous. 2-5 minutes before anyone even takes my order. Fourteen, yes FOURTEEN minutes at the window waiting for a cup of coffee a breakfast sandwich. I don't know what's going on in there but manager needs to evaluate the early morning crew. This location is very close to my home, but I will drive farther away, as the accuracy of my orders are pretty much hit-or-miss, both inside or drive-thru. There have been times that the person taking my order speaks "broken English" at best, and perhaps this can account for the errors in my orders. Generally, 8 out of my 10 drive-thru experiences here have resulted in incomplete orders, cold food, or completely incorrect orders...honestly, how hard is it to make a cheeseburger only ketchup?!? It was so bad that it became a game for my family to guess how many items in our bag would be wrong. With all the extra time wasted at this location spent trying to get my orders corrected, it is anything but FAST FOOD! However, if you decide to patronized this establishment, be sure to check your order before you drive away, and plan an extra 15 minutes in your commute...it's going to take that amount of time for them to fix their screw up. read more

It will NOT be the same, presuming you ever get either one. This morning at 10:17 after placing our order just three times we were finally told that we could NOT have what we ordered }Luncheon sandwiches} , because they were only serving breakfast items. Five minutes later when placing the identical order on the phone, we were told that it was available at the window any time they were open. when I explained what had happened I was told that never happened happened and was hung up on. Fast forward 6 hours. Guess what my wife decided to TRY? YES! She actually returned to the very same place, ordered the identical order and surprise! It was wrong! In only 21 minutes her order was replaced and in a huff, she sped away. WRONG MOVE! Upon getting home and actually checking her order, It became obvious that she does NOT HABLA !The "select sandwich" which was twice ordered with grilled chicken had ONLY fried chicken in a plain hamburger bun. At least mine had what it should have had, kinda.. Three phone calls later , we finally spoke with a "manager" who felt that an arguement was in order untill she outshouted him and he called down and informed her that just to "tell any cashier" on her next visit{as IF!} that he{the "manager" } would make it good.
