I stopped by here to try out the new barbecue chicken sweet heat sandwich. I went through the drive-through and ordered everything. Got my food drove off and when I was about three or four minutes down the road realized I got some sandwich that had like Italian meats on it so I tried to call the restaurant back five times in a row and I just kept getting put back to the menu. No one would pick up the phone. So not only did I not get the lunch I ordered, but I can't even get a refund because I can't get the store to actually pick the phone up so I could get it replaced. As I know these things are timely and you can't get a replacement after the fact if you didn't report it immediately. I will say the staff was extremely friendly when I was there. But I am super disappointed that I didn't get the food. I actually ordered. read more

The 3 stars refers to the service. Not the food. The food here is always top notch. The service this evening was abismal! My family and I walk in. No greeting. Just a "what can I get you?" I said, "wow! Are these new to the menu (referring to the new wraps that were displayed heavily on the register. As if to say 'we dare you to ask us what we are? Because we are delicious'). Just a nod yes. No sound! My wife orders. "What else?" I order. "What else". I order for my daughter. "Is that it?" At this point I'm over it. I just pay. Hands me the ticket. Still no sound. Just a look. She starts cleaning and I'm thinking we walked at closing. That's why the cold attitude? Later I discovered we came in two hours before closing. Well, I don't see how in the world this place just has 3 stars. We've been eating here for 3 years now. We can't get tired of this place. Every time we get something from this particular Schlotzsky's on South Lewis, it is better than all the rest in Tulsa because we stop here regularly. On South Lewis, Their bread is always fresh, their restaurant is clean, their Cinnabuns are fresh and hot. We buy the biggest sandwiches so we can have some the next day. Their largest sandwiches are HUGE. The best is Fiesta Chicken but I like their beef and cheese also. Just make sure you get lots of honey mustard and remember to get your receipt. I get their pizza's on Wednesday. Get the app so you get the discounts. Also, the people at this location have always had the VERY BEST customer service. I will get photos soon. read more

Always a good experience. The food is fresh and tasty. The environment inside is great. The prices are a little pricey but get the two for one combo and it's great. Patio seating is available but vagrants tend to sit outside and stare while you dine...so that's why I give it 4 stars. What a disappointment- Cassie has no customer decorum. You explain what you want, not once but twice and then she repeats it back incorrectly - and still gets the order incorrect! Ask for a small soda, of course they give you a medium so they can charge more. When asked to see the manager she starts to argue and I simply state I would like to speak to the manager. Which they said sorry, we'll make you another one. Then they bring it and ask me if the manager came to talk with me, I said told them he had not. So I finish - still waiting to talk with a manager. Management cannot keep their word (not like they are busy - only four people in the store) and cashier is rude, apparently can't hear or is too distracted to pay attention and they bump the ticket to overcharge you. read more

The side options are very limited. 8 dollars for a roast beef sandwhich... I could pay 8 dollars at Arby's, get a full meal with better tasting food and nicer people.
