We order our food, A nugget meal and 2 McCHICKENS, bruh... we were literally at the window talking to (the manager) giving him our order because he couldn't hear us in the microphone. I walked up to the counter after using their kiosk to pay and asked to have my receipt printed because the kiosk did not have any paper. I was asked for the order number, which I provided. The cashier then checked with two other employees who proceeded to ask me for the details of my order. I explained and then was told they'd bring my food to my table. So I then reiterated that all I am asking for is a copy of my receipt. The cashier then began looking at her computer and asked for the total amount paid. I gave it, which she then asked another employee to assist in finding it. I gave them the amount again, which I was then asked if I am sure while looking at the charge in my Apple Wallet. I asked if they could just search by order number and they said they do not have that capability. All in all, I was told that they do not have a search option and that my receipt will be made available to me upon receipt of my food. The entire situation was just a bit mind numbing considering I thought I made a simple request. Oh and upon receipt, I was still missing items. I'm going to give you so advice...I don't recommend coming for breakfast in the morning unless you want to wait with all the impatient crazy drivers who somehow forget how to drive, intersections blocked, unsure which way to drive to get into the two lane merging drive through. The parking lot is small and conjoined with a Dunkin' Donuts. Between the Dunkin' drive through and McDonald's drive through... plus people trying to park it's a nightmare. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had to deal with. Ordered on the app and parked in spot 2 to wait for my food. The order took over 20 minutes for 4 burgers 2 frys and two drinks. After 20 minutes I went inside to ask about my order. Rude cashier said they were very busy (yes they were) but waited another 4 or 5 minutes then to get my food and frys were not hot. How the heck does that even happen??? Then I go inside to complain and ask get my receipt to call and the girl in charge told me they can not print a reciept for app orders. On Friday August 23rd 2024, at 12am me and my cousin came through the drive through. The midnight rush was large as the line was backed up way before the entrance of the line. When we finally ordered our food which had two freezes in it a coke and hawaiian punch the server spoke with such a kind voice for having a rush so late and when we finally made it to the second window and had our food handed to us it was piping hot and fresh. You can order it again for another $42 after fees, get in the back of the line and hope they don't screw up a second time! We decide to go through the drive thru and order two sodas. We read the price of the sodas on the menu and it read any large drink was $1.00. We ordered a large Sprite and a large Dr.Pepper. We drove to the first window to pay and the girl told us the price was $2.82, we asked how can that be when they are $1.00 for each one. she didn't know what to say other than that's the price. We paid and was told to tell the person at the next window about what happened. We were given the drinks and we asked again about the price and this young lady had no clue. she walked over to a young man and once again we had to explain the whole scenario. This location has to be the worst service in the state. Every single time I go there's an issue. Whether it's missing items, items made incorrectly, cold food or just poor customer service... it's never a good experience. Unfortunately this is the only location within 12 miles of me. I tried ordering on the app, curbside, thinking it would be quicker, but after a 21 minute wait I'll probably avoid that in the future. I was SO excited to get the McRib just to get home and have it be super dry with very, very little sauce, not even enough to really taste let alone add moisture. I paid extra for extra topping in my McFlurry and there was literally half the ice cream, the cup was half empty. The Qtr pounders with cheese had no cheese and when the girl brought out the order with 6 drinks, no cup holder, she didn't understand that she only brought half the order, I had to detail the order. I gave this location a third chance thinking maybe they were just having a few off days or growing pains something of that nature within the past two months. Well unfortunately the answer is no, this is an absolute s#%t show for a McDonalds. The corporation definably needs to take back their franchise because this place is killing their name. I made an online order to pickup using the drive through, however luckily for me I wasn't able to fully get into the drive through line due to quite a few vehicles in front of me. After 20 minutes passed and no movement from any of the cars ahead of me I decided to back out and park, not to mention a few cars behind me had already decided to go elsewhere. I proceeded inside to pickup my two six piece chicken nuggets order only to be told that I'm sorry sir we are really disorganized what is your online pickup number? Then I find out my order wasn't ready. After spending an additional 8 minutes in the store and giving four different employees my mobile app pickup number I was able to get one of them to put my order together since it was only two six piece chicken nuggets total. I did order sauce on the mobile app but just wanted to get out of their due to such an inconvenience and didn't bother to ask for it. Watched an employee deliver food to the other cars, but told me "we not open 24 hours anymore we closed". They will do anything to minimize working.... Went here to redeem a bogodeal, pulled up to the window and a lady started taking my order. I gave her my code only for her to say wait a moment after giving it to her. She then asks me for the code again, only for my code to say it was now redeemed. She began to argue with me saying that she didn't have the deal i gave her. I kept explaining to her that my code would now only able to be redeemed for 15 minutes and that she messed up the process, but she kept arguing with me while there was a 15 car line behind me. She was extremely unhelpful and should be trained properly. I was then told to pull up to the first window to try to fix my order. Manager proceeded to tell me that he was not able to redeem my exact deal and ringed up a random order of food. When I had gotten home, the food was just terrible. For example, the nuggets that they gave me were really dry and burnt, after a bite i ended up chewing a really hard piece that i immediately threw up. It's a McDonald's. The food is consistent with any other McDonald's. The only drawback to this McDonald's location is the entrance for the drive-through. There are two drive-through lanes, but there are cars trying to enter the drive-through from two or three different directions. It's an absolutely terrible design for a drive-through. They started putting kiosks in all of the McDonald's down in Tucson because, let's be honest, that may be the only way to make sure your order is placed correctly (not that they won't still mess that up, but at least you know you ordered the correct thing). Came here on a super busy morning for breakfast to go while on a road trip. Don't mind the lines, but I did mind the fact that the person behind the counter was so focused on getting the line thinned down that they weren't welcoming at all. Didn't listen to what I was saying, just kept saying "ok" but then not putting the correct thing in. I'd wanted two sausage mcgriddles, add cheese. Those are on the value menu so it would have been $4 (before tax) for two plus a little upcharge for adding cheese. I order them all the time without issue. However, he rang up sausage-egg-cheese mcgriddles. I told him no, I wanted the value ones and just add the cheese. I definitely HATE egg and didn't want it. Says 'ok, ok' like I'm being brushed off and PRETENDS to change something on the screen. I pay, way over what I expected, and then start to examine the receipt and yep...because he DID NOT change anything on my order. Can't even get to the counter because a mass of people are there and by the time I get up there again to chat with someone I'm handed my order. Which is still wrong. Overpaid for what I wanted, only to take the egg off because I hate egg on them. Really upset because the cashier PRETENDED to change my order to what I wanted but clearly didn't do it, and just shrugged me off like I wouldn't care or notice. Definitely will never be back to this location. There are so many better options in the area that will actually make an effort to get you what you order. read more

I sent the burgers back and they tried telling me that the burgers are cooked well. I guess hamburger meat well cooked is really pink now days! "Mind blowing!" It took a while getting my initial order and when I sent the burgers back to remake and took even longer! When I got my burger back it looked like they beat my burger to death and my cheese was way off the meat. It looked like they were not happy to remake my burger with the way it came back to me! First off, I'm am probably going to continue to frequent this establishment because it is so convenient and my kids love their McD's.... However, I'm am doing this to mostly to vent my frustrations of this particular place, staff and how they handled situations that should have been handled better. I even tried calling the number on the receipt twice but no answer? So I am resorting to using social networking. On a Friday at 9:30am in which luckily, I wasn't in a rush at the time. Went thru the drive thru to get breakfast for my family and myself before I start on the highway. Yes, I should have checked my order before I left! We always get screwed at the drive thru per "Joe Pesci"......went home found out that, I was missing 4 hash browns from my order. So, I had to drive back. I told the first person I didn't get my complete order. No apologies were given? The first girl looked clueless the second kid said to go to the next window and they will give you the hash browns. I saw the same person that gave me the incomplete order told her I didn't get my hash browns and all she said and made a motion of shrugging her and said its not her fault????? Even-though she will be the last one to hand the food to you? Again no apologies from any of them?? Not even a half hearted one! We did reach a manager and she apologized and stated she will let them know. I'm wondering if that will happen. She stated if we wanted a free meal. I said no. It's just the principle of how customers should be treated and how younger adults should react to situation like this. Just make sure to check your order before you drive away.
