The meat, listed as house-made, had good flavor but was tough. The kale slaw with it also had good flavor, and the slight bitterness was a nice foil for the rich pastrami. Onion rings were excellent, and (regardless of the lemon-pepper) the better bet as a side. All in all, this is a great, comfy place with a good menu and a really welcoming staff. I'd go back in a heartbeat to try the wings and pizza, both of which looked excellent when delivered to neighboring tables.
