Super slow drive-thru, and a poorly laid out parking lot, Doom this McDonald's to a pretty mediocre review. I've never had any issues with the quality of the food here, so if you enjoy McDonald's, you know exactly what you're expecting to get at this location. I've also never had any issues with the staff members, reading some of the other reviews I understand that customer service sometimes isn't always the best at this location, but I've never had any issues with that. The two biggest issues with this location are that the drive-thru always, and I mean always, moves incredibly slow. The drive-thru often gets backed up all the way through the parking lot, and sometimes out onto the street. Which brings us to the second point, the parking lot is incredibly poorly laid out. If the drive-thru gets backed up, which again it always does, it blocks half of the parking spots for an entire side of the parking lot, making it impossible to get in or out. This also slows down the drive-thru line because you have a bunch of customers who want to leave, or interrupting the line to try to get out of the parking lot. so, if you really just need to get McDonald's you're not going to be disappointed with the food that you get at this location. If you need to get through the drive-thru quickly, I would recommend going somewhere else. read more

I wanted to write this review to highlight the exemplary service and attitudes of the entire team at this McDonald's. Every single time I come in with a special request--whether it's adding Mac sauce to my burgers or making my chicken nuggets well done--they take care of it without hesitation. The staff is consistently kind, attentive, and professional. I really appreciate how welcoming they are, and I think they know me by now thanks to my usual order of well-done nuggets! My mom and my 91-year-old grandparents also thank you--because they enjoy the food so much more when it's cooked just the way they like it. It may seem like a small detail, but it makes a big difference to us. There are closer McDonald's locations to where I live, but I'll gladly drive the extra distance for the outstanding service I receive at this one. Thank you all for going above and beyond every time. Recently tried the Big Arch, definitely not worth the money or the taste! McDonalds food is typically MEH anyway but a Big Mac or a Quarter Pounder Deluxe are still a better choices if you should be willing to eat their mediocre food. Also had one of the McCrispy deluxe chicken sandwiches and that was a total waste. Chic-fil-A has nothing to worry about. Want a better burger from a major fast food chain? My Aunt was craving for a Chicken Nuggets and a McFlurry and we stop by at this McDonald at Olive Blvd in Burbank. It was so hot and McFlurry is good to eat. This lady I think was the manager her name is DEYANIRA, helped us ordered because we don't know how to order at the kiosk. She's a very nice manager and very friendly too! Absolutely terrible. They just cannot get orders right here. We did a drive-thru order of a Bacon McDouble, no pickles, no mustard, no onions. We got a cheeseburger with extra Big Mac sauce (WTF?), no bacon and extra mustard. And we ordered a cheeseburger meal with no pickles. Instead we got a plain cheeseburger with nothing on it. This is not the first time they have screwed up our order but it's going to be the last. I think they need to pay attention to what they are doing there. If you buy from here, please check your order completely before you leave the premises. As a food delivery driver and fast food employee myself, understand that there are various factors that can affect the speed of service. With that being said, no guest should ever feel disrespected or unwelcome because of it. Especially if you are in a position of leadership. I stopped by around 7pm to pick up a diners order. As I was waiting to turn into the parking lot I noticed the drive thru line was on the street and in the span of 2 minutes 4 cars were being parked. That alone tells me that they were busier than usual. I walked in and there were about 10 guests who had a mobile order or ordered through the kiosk waiting on orders. After I notified the manager (short stature lady with highlights and glasses) who acknowledged me about my delivery order she told me because of how busy they were, that it wasn't being worked on yet. Completely understand. On the other hand, the "manager" who was bagging was not very welcoming. Anytime a guest needed assistance to order (which was only 2 while I was there) she would shout at them to use the kiosk. Not sure how McDonald's is training their restaurants to encourage guests to use the order kiosk but that was very off putting. She was also sporadically bagging orders without any type of efficiency since I saw my order get packaged, completed and then she pushed it to the side without her closing up the bag or calling out the order until about 5 minutes later. She went even calling out orders towards the guests she would just shout and turn around right away without checking if a guest was walking towards the counter. Keep in mind many guest were still either standing around or waiting at a table for their order to be called out. I don't claim to know how the operating procedures work at McDonald's but I sure know that a customer service employee, especially a "manager" should be more aware of their tone and expression towards guests and if anything was going on with her personally she should communicate with her team to ensure the quality of service doesn't deteriorate because if it. read more

We stopped by here before seeing the Lion King. I joked around with my BF about them having LK happy meal toys bc I collected all of them when I was a kid. Sure enough, they did have LK happy meal toys but nowhere near as good as the originals. These were lacking expression/animation/character in their faces. Big playplace for kids in the back and plenty of seating. My BF wanted convenient and quick sausage mcmuffins before we saw the movie. Gotta hand it to McD's for being convenient and quick ya know? We were incredibly disappointed with our experience here today. We placed an order through the mobile app for curbside pickup. Typically, the food is ready in about 5 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went inside and waited in line to ask about our order. The employee explained that they were short staffed and just waiting for some of the food to be ready. I said I understood and would go back outside and wait. After an additional 10 minutes of waiting (30 minutes total of waiting for my order), I went back inside to cancel my order. I showed the employee the order on my phone and he started putting items into the register for a refund. When they didn't add up to my total, he said the prices of the store don't match the prices of the app. My boyfriend noticed the employee hadn't put in the right order. The employee became upset with us and raised his voice, saying, "You told me this was the order!" It was incredibly hard to hear in a busy lobby filled with unhappy customers and I apologized for mishearing. The employee continued to voice his unhappiness with us loudly and repeatedly. As more customers came up asking for refunds, he again directed us to the app. We left without food and without a refund. Unfortunately the app does not have a clear path for refunds and I will likely have to dispute with my bank. I understand how frustrating it is be short staffed and dealing with unhappy customers. I do not support taking out that frustration on your customers. I did not feel valued and would not return for this level of service. read more

As McDonald's go this location is pretty typical. Our burgers were good and freshly made (no pickles on our q-pounders mean new assembly!) but the fries were kind of sad. Their drive through is almost always packed. We came in later at night near 10pm or so and opted to walk in. We picked a table in a corner but had to leave because there was an old man in another corner who just wouldn't stop coughing and sneezing without even trying to cover up. Even pre-post-pandemic it's just so nasty and rude. In any case it ruined any chance of dining in, but this location does NOT have outdoor seating. So we popped the trunk of our SUV and inhaled our food as fast as possible, tailgate style, and got the heck out of there. Funny enough we were parked right by the drive through line and everyone had to watch us eat like neanderthals either it made them super hungry or totally ruined their appetites either way sorry!! Recently the food has been hot and fresh, though sometimes it's lukewarm, so it really is a hit or miss each time. Which is to be expected for fast food. The employees are typically friendly enough and always best to order ahead through their mobile app to minimize the wait.
