McDonald's is McDonald's. Don't expect a luxury experience considering you're at a fast food joint. First time eating inside a McDonald's in a long time. Wasn't dirty and they have now introduced kiosks so you can order with the mobile app easily. Food tastes the same as always and the workers were nice. No complaints and would go again. read more

This is a standard affair McDonald's. The staff are super friendly though and it makes a difference. The food is standard quality - fries are always hot which is a plus for me. This morning my grandson 5 yrs and also on the spectrum was having a good time until this kid thinking he owned the play area tell my grandson don't follow me and then block him from entering the play area !! As my little guy tried to enter the play area this kid tried to slap his arm ! That's when I said "No you don't do that" then I told his mother where she was just sitting doing nothing I told her that he is not to do that to my grandson!! Then she proceeds to say to me not to speak to her son that way that she will handle it! I'm like sure you are !! I was so livid ! The sad part my grandson couldn't comprehend what is happening and he was sad ! I just wish kids of all ages just be nice play and have fun with no judgment!! Good consistency in my fries & strawberry milkshake in past 4 visits after gym encourages me to tell the whole world I am in love again with Mac Mac.... I didn't expect the staff at the first window would say "drive safe " to me with a smile when passing me the mobile order receipt. So did the girl in the last window didn't expect me to say Happy Halloween to her. You see, a smile is contagious. This location got its food right and my mobile orders right! Tonight, I tried the McDonald's International Tomato Mozzarella Crispy Chicken Sandwich in a combo with an apple pie for dinnertime. The sandwich was added to the menu last week. I think they have another international choice too. Well, I ordered extra ranch dressing... However, didn't need it. When I opened to look at the sandwich, it seemed to be dressed with a spicy sauce. I was upset because I can't handle spicy. However, after biting into it... The chicken patty was overdone. Also, they put too much raw sweet onions on this sandwich. And still, such a tasty mix. I discovered it was another special sauce by McDonald's. Let me describe it to you: This sauce was a tomatoey, cheesy, Italian spicy like balsamic vinegar mixed with garlic, basil, parsley, perhaps oregano and slightly sweetened. Despite being near a high school, the staff here seem to like their lives. They are kind and notice if you haven't received your order yet. I don't know anything about the quality of food but great smoothies! The interior is really nice looking and welcoming. I should of checked but the drive through only had one other person infront of me so you would think they would double check the order. It's very rare that I bother posting reviews, I only do when I'm treated with such disrespect. I'm on my way home from a long day at work I decide to order online so I can just pick it up and head home. I ordered, received a receipt while driving towards the Mc Donald's. I even gave it a few minutes while I waited in the car. I get off just to stand around while no one absolutely no one acknowledge me, Yet 2 lady workers saw me and kept working and then manager walks by not acknowledging me so I went up to him and said "I'm here to pick up my order" before I even finished my sentence he said "I need the code". I said I didn't receive a code he repeated it with an attitude 2 more time and I said I didn't get a code that's why I am talking to you, your the manager right?. I showed him everything. The receipt, showed him it was at that location, I told him that the money was taken out of my account. With a horrible attitude he said " You didn't place the order" as I was showing him my receipt, the location and telling him that the money was taken out of my account. He even verified the location I showed it my full phone. As a manager he did absolutely nothing but embarrassed me in front of many that were there. I just left I wasn't going to purchase again when the money was already taken out of my account and the poor way i was treated and spoken too. I work at a dental office when so many customers I know how to speak like a human vein and respect as I give good customer service. Im disgusted by the inhumane way I was treated. Maybe he was having a bad day but I have my bad days too and I don't treat people the way he did. I called to get the managers name (Guillermo) he was very apologetic over the phone and his time of voice was definitely something I would've expected. I wasn't disrespectful I was kindly asking for my food. I didn't deserve it and other customers don't deserve it. I frequent this location often since I live nearby, and it is the funniest McDonalds I've ever been to. I once ordered a caramel macchiato and the young cashier asked me a bunch of unnecessary questions I'm not sure what she was on. What flavor? What siZe? What temperature? Hot or cold? With ice??? Loll it was entertaining but weird. Food is ok, it's McDonald's. This location gets particularly busy and packed with high schoolers on Friday football nights since there's a high school across the street. Lots of parking, drive thru entrance is off to the side and not easily accessible coming from Verdugo. You have to go all the way around the lot. read more

Went there a few weeks ago and encountered unprofessionalism conduct from two shift managers whom I like not to name because I don't want to get anyone in trouble. The unprofessional behavior was so bad that I had to return all my order and go to another location. Because the employees constantly say they're only taking cash in the evenings and I've never experienced this before. Just want to know if this is an attempt to not have to serve customers or if it's legit. To start off by saying keep on driving down Olive to another restaurant, these people have no idea what they are doing there. I ask for a #2 and what I got was a Big Mac with a small fries...WTF I did not order this and the guy behind me grab my tray and gave me his....I told the manager made me another one I am not taking this at all.
