Hot coffee on a cold morning...friendly, quick service, and a clean, upscale dining room...can't ask for more. Indulged in an egg biscuit that was fresh hot and tasty. You can order and pay on app, in store kiosk or at the counter. There was no line inside, but long line at drive through. Free wifi had a few people working while having coffee. The dining room is quiet and relaxing. The access road is a little tight and people impatient. Good experience.

Quick service, nice staff. Still have a beverage bar and ice cream machine working. Inside nice and clean.

Large McCafe cup. Not the same size is the regular beverage cups.

It really is amazing how different two Mcdonald's can be and only like 2 miles apart, but in different counties. I compare this location ( in Hamilton County ) to the location at 96th and Meridian ( in Marion County ). This location prices are higher on some items. I ordered a large Big Mac meal with a large unsweet tea. I haven't had a big mac in almost 6 months and I was surprised the meal was almost 10$. My unsweet tea came in the large McCafe cup. It is not the same size I get at 96th St. It was more like a Medium. Most Mcdonald's charge 30 cents more for tea then Soda. When you are trying to avoid sugar and artificial sweeteners this or a bottle of water is it. I quit going to this location because staff I encountered at the drive thru were never remotely friendly. Today it was better. I still think I will opt for the 96th St spot. Just did this one today because I was driving right by it on Illinois St.

My issue with McDonald's is one that is echoed by most fast food chains nowadays - it's too corporate. I know, that's ridiculous - fast food isn't meant to be personalized. I think the larger issue is that it's all not what I remember eating when I was younger, which is not necessarily the restaurant's fault in the least. That being said- I remember loving McFlurrys. They were thick and creamy - not stiff like a DQ blizzard, but they could hold their own. both times I've gotten McFlurrys from this joint (Oreo the first time and Stroopwafel the second), I've been seriously disappointed: they melted in seconds and weren't worth it. I think I could make a better version myself (and now that Stroopwafels are available in the grocery store, I just might). Use some good ol' Edy's Vanilla Ice Cream and Ghirardelli caramel syrup? For McD, I'll just stick with my usual $1.09 large diet coke with ice. The rest isn't worth it.

I love this location as they are fast and have friendly service and helping the customer whenever possible . Today I went in for the 63 cent egg McMuffin as their anniversary special my aap crashed and I requested to purchase one event though I needed to purchase through my aap . The manager double checked to see if in fact she had phone aap troubles and she did let me by my sandwich and I got a sugar free iced mocha love sugar free option so happy McDonald's has sugar free syrup now for all to enjoy . I also really enjoyed the new mural painted in the location . The drive through is great as well . I would suggest this location fast and friendly service

They're improving. The young man on drive through (2pm on Wednesday) is EXCELLENT. Smart, personable young man. Making a big difference!

This third time I was picking up 18 pastries - 3 different types- all delicious and superbly baked AND a cake. WOW! The cake was amazingly beautiful! delicious and decorated exquisitely with huge intricate frosting flowers and leaves. I'm very very happy with my order- they even helped me carry it to the car. This bakery made my special family party a huge success, everyone enjoyed the food and remarked on how delicious it looked and tasted. Thank you SO much for making the event extra special

The raspberry pistachio croissant? Oh. My. God. This thing had me in a chokehold. Flaky, buttery layers with the perfect balance of tart raspberry and rich pistachio. It wasn't just good -- it was write-home-about-it good. The kind of pastry that makes you pause mid-bite and question every other croissant you've ever had. The second was a croissant sandwich (I wish I could remember the name!), but the way those flavors paired together? Let's just say it was a full culinary experience. Savory, balanced, indulgent -- you get the hint. Every bite just made sense. Now here's the part that really says something: I grew up on the East Coast where authentic French bakeries are everywhere and the cultural standard is high. I know a proper croissant. And this? This was better. Yes, I said it. We even had the chance to speak with the owner, who was incredibly warm and genuine. He checked in to make sure we enjoyed everything -- which we clearly did, considering we left with boxes to take home. This place isn't just a pastry shop. It's an experience. And trust me, it will be a topic of discussion in our house for days. Run. Don't walk.

Super friendly the ladies that work in front are smiling and super cute. They are kind and Friendly my vanilla latte was done real fast and tastes Hmm a bit bitter then what I expected to be which means it was a bit strong for me.. not sweet enough but overall I do recommend this place for any age people to come and chat and relax eat and spend time away from home. My husband went running so I'm chilling here waiting for him. By the way the bathrooms are clean as well. After trying my vanilla latte two times, I end up asking the young ladies to make me another latte because I wanted to try something sweeter and they did it for free and actually was amazing what they gave me. Thanks so much I was not expecting that awesome treatment. Place gets crowded fast and the girls move fast as well. Not disappointed at all... I give it 10 out of 10

Java House's successes are impressive. Their product(s) must resonate with a loyal audience because…read moreadditional retail locations continue to pop up all across central Indiana. I imagine having the support/backing from Heartland Foods helps... The environment at this particular location is okay. I've always been confused by the meeting room in the back, which has no heating and cooling. I'll blame that on whoever took the lead on the buildout. Now for the most important question: How is the coffee? I wouldn't call myself a coffee connoisseur but I'd like to consider myself a decent judge of good quality and flavor. My home coffee preparation process includes: grinding fresh beans to a grain specific for my preferred brewing method (usually Chemex or Aeropress), heating the water to a specific temp based on the bean's country/region of origin, patience, etc. Java House's coffee is not good... I'm fairly certain they use "coffee" powder that's dissolved into water (think Nestle instant coffee) then placed in pressurized kegs that are then either heated or cooled before being poured via a tap. This is not a place you go to experience good coffee. I believe Java House appeals more to certain coffee drinkers who enjoy adding flavors, sweeteners, milks/creams, etc. and not those interested in the art of growing, roasting, brewing, etc. If you're chasing quality coffee in the area, I suggest checking out either Indie Coffee Roasters, Illumine Coffee, or Eggshell (if you can figure out Eggshell's hours). If broken down, my rating would be: 2.5 stars for the successes and environment .5 star for the coffee For the Java House folks: If I'm totally off regarding my assumption of how you brew, please feel free to correct me!
