REVIEW: I'm usually loathe to write a review for a fast food restaurant, because each day, even each hour, the service can change. But I decided to run in here and it was a very painful experience. I presume, and relatively observed, that every employee there was busting their tail to get things done and serve the customers. My recommendation would be to order through the app to at least avoid the MASS of people waiting inside the restaurant. (However, I don't know if the delay would have been any better or worse if I had ordered through the app. Most likely, no.) It's a pretty convenient location. If you need to stop in to use the facilities or stretch your legs. Very easy to get right back on the 101. If you don't have high expectations, this should be just fine. read more

You know, it is McDonald's food. They have no menu posted, so I tried the computer order. It has a lot of unnecessary questions, so it wastes a lot of time. I was there at breakfast time so there are limited options. The drink station is closed, so that is one less reason to go. The MC Donald at this location is more expensive than other Mc Donald. They charge you for everything, even the mayonnaise. Some of Mc Donald offer free refill, this one charge for refill. I walked in to place an order, there were TWO staff members behind the counter. It wasn't busy and when I tried to place an order and was told to use the kiosk! My wife and I would stop at this McDonald's almost every weekend to grab something. Last Saturday, we went in and found they had REMOVED the drink station and had a sign that said NO REFILS!! They also had nobody behind the counter to take an order. You could only use the kiosk or the app. Needless to say, we won't be going there again. It makes me very sad to report this. This location was recently bought by a new owner named Marroquin Apparently he has decided that their will No longer be a drink station, so he removed it. And also, he has decided that you are no longer allowed to ask for any refill before you leave! According to an employee, he now owns several Mc Donald's from here to Ventura. My family and I frequently visited this location as it is a halfway point from my daughter's military base who is currently serving our country. After today's visit, we will no longer ever be stopping here again! Even the Mc Donald's near our home doesn't have a drink station, but they allow you to refill your soda without question. I would have understood removing the drink station if they did it because of juveniles or homeless bums, serving themselves.
