"Open 24 hours" except for those that work through the night. Drive-thru is always blocked. If it's not blocked, then they're only accepting cash, and if you still manage to find it open, and you have cash, the item you were hoping to get is almost certainly unavailable. This McDonald's location is efficient and quick. The manager (woman) is on top of everything. Doesn't miss a beat and has a great memory to ensure all food ordered gets into the right bags for the customers. And I trust this location more than any other one. read more

The employees need etiquette training. A simple good morning, or your total is..., Or your change amount is..., Have a nice day; those should be the easiest things that implement good , friendly service . This McDonald's less than 1 star. I actually rate them at a negative 10. I had a very simple order...4 piece chicken nugget kids meal w/apple slices, apple juice and BBQ sauce.... I received 4 nuggets & apple juice, no apple slices, sweet & sour sauce which my grandson HATES. They were so busy not paying attention to the needs of the customers, that they found it very hard to successful complete my very simple order. Went through the late night drive thru. Staff was friendly and I got my food quick. Fries were suuuuuper fresh! My only complaint was that my chicken nuggets weren't super fresh tasting but the staff guy gave me an extra sweet and sour sauce. Sweet! read more

It's McDonalds. I think really the only time something really stands out is when it is just horribly wrong. That was not the case here. Early morning breakfast was with out a hitch. This particular location offers a 24 hour drive thru with the 2 orders at the same time kind of drive thru. The employee taking my order was super friendly and sounded happy. Something I am thrown off by still having not experienced it with any sort of consistency. My order was hot and fresh. My Frappe was cold and refreshing. I got plenty of napkins which is one of my pet peeves and an smiling fair well as I pulled away. I was quite honestly very happy with my experience at this Mc Donald's. Certainly a place to stop on your way where ever it is you go that would have you to cross this intersection. read more

I am so shocked, that consistently, this McDonalds is always hecka busy, but they are also always hecka fast at delivery. They generally always have very friendly employees at the drive thru as well. Horrible, horrible, horrible! I usually try to be positive about reviews, but there is nothing even remotely positive to report. We took our kids there after playing miniature golf for a quick lunch. It was very hot so we decided to eat inside. Our order was taken by a very uninterested young lady, who seemed to be inconvenienced by our presence because we interrupted her conversation with a co-worker. She was rude when she had to continually correct the order that we were trying to place. While waiting for the order, I took our young granddaughter to the restroom only to find feces scattered in the stalls. I immediately told the people behind the counter that the restrooms needed to be cleaned. I was met with a blank stare and no response. We took our order and left. This was a totally disgusting experience. The apathy of the staff and mismanagement is such a poor representation of this national business. Definitely won't be going back. read more

So time and time again this location always fails or it's just my luck I don't know. Today I ordered on DoorDash and I clearly know the location is at fault and not my dasher because the order was deemed accepted prior before my dashers arrival. My dasher was in and out within 2-3 minutes of waiting. And to top the cherry off everything was pre-packed with stickers to seal off the bags yet another indication it was the locations fault. I was missing several things in my order. Specifically the sauce for my nuggets or ketchup at all nothing at all. Time and time again this location never seems to amaze me. I have been going to this McDonalds for about 2 months now. They have a really nice patio except the employees never wipe the tables and very rarely sweep the patio. In the nice weather we are having, I'd rather sit outside than inside. I have asked several managers to do this, and I get nothing but excuses. This morning I walked up through by the drive through and there was food and bags all the length of the building. I like the place, but if they dont start wiping down the tables, I wont go back. And then there is the smart mouth manager today that says I'm always bitchen about it. I certainly hope the owners see this and do something about it. This is the worst McDonald's in this area... almost every weekend they close the lobby because the either have a short staff or some mechanical issue. Today the drive thru is packed and its 10:00pm. Great experience here obviously a very high volume store. Excellent Quality, Self ordering kiosks if there is a line to order or you just like the challenge of you against a big screen ordering system, sort of the reason I like self checkouts at the Grocery Store! The A team was working tonight! (8/12/17, 1:30 am ). Fast and courteous service despite a long line. A prompt refund and apology when it was realised that an item was out of stock. This place is the worst, if not ever time 98% of the time they get your order wrong and then look at you as if you're the problem. No lie, we there and asked for a filet fish with no cheese no tartar sauce. I get the bag it feels very light, I ask "is everything in here?" The kid answers "yes". Something told me to look. I opened the sandwich box and I kid you NOT they gave me 2 peices of bread!!! WTF I went OFF and the were just looking at me like I did something wrong. I showed it to the girl even she said WTF?!?! It was the most oddest thing ever like no tartar no cheese is not hard but the forgot the WHOLE filet fish. I try not to go here, but with the limited food choices. I wished I didn't have to give them a star. They don't even deserved a star! This McDonald is one of the worst mcdonalds I've been too! Everytime and I mean every frikken time they always somehow effed up my orders. At first it was because they forgot to give us our extra side of fries or the four creamers I'n our sweet tea- & then it just got ridiculous! My boyfriend and I ordered 3 mc double 3 mc chickens large fries sweet tea w/creamers 2 BBQ chipotle snackwraps (late night munchies) And they ended up forgetting Half the order! I calculated it and it was around $6 worth of food that they forgot to pack! That's almost as much as a normal meal! And we ended up having to go all the way back to the drive thru line which took days to finally reach the speaker just to tell them they forgot half of our order! Frikken BS! read more
