Disgusted!!! I ordered a plain double burger with mac sauce but received something slopped together that looked like vomit in a wrapper. I wish I had taken a picture before I gave it back because it was a HORRIBLE sight . After bringing it to the attention of the staff, NO ONE acted the least bit surprised that they were serving burgers that looked like that!!! After thinking about it a moment I requested a refund. Been here lots of times between Tucson and Phoenix for quick stop for coffee and it was filthy inside. Absolutely no excuse for the floors and bathrooms to be so bad. Waited in line for 20-25mins on a late Saturday night. Was greeted without any type of apology or desire to make things right. Asked to speak with the manager "Leya", who greeted me saying "what happened?".WTF. Manager was rude, talked back, and argued with me, for giving her tips on customer service. I come here occasionally as it is close to work and cheap eats. I can't say I've really had some of the issues others have. Food's been generally fine and seemed fresh within reason for fast food, the staff usually is cool and the wait time varies from eh to good. The only thing that bugs me is you have to remember to ask for ketchup because they rarely if ever ask and I've yet to have them just give it to me. Looks like most people are unhappy with this location. It's right off I 10 but bushes and trees actually hide it. There's just enough parking. It's clean but the lady who wipes the tables and cleans the floors seems mentally unstable. No kids area. The service is really the reason I'm giving 4 stars. This is my go-to McDonald's when traveling through. Just off the freeway with easy access. Quick service. Restrooms aren't always the cleanest and same with Lobby area. No play place for kids. Lots of booths available. read more

I work by this Mc Donald's and I randomly stop by in the morning for a cup of coffee. The place is filthy! Every time I stop by, never fails. Today I ordered a large coffee w cream, I drove up to the window and the young lady told me it would be a minuet while the "fresh coffee" was made. So I waited about 5 minuets. When I got my coffee I opened it to put my sugar in and I couldn't believe what I saw!!! There was curds of weird stuff all over the lid and rim of my cup. The coffee wasn't even hot! It was so disgusting. I didn't go back because I'm sure they don't care , considering all of these bad reviews and the lack of customer service skills at this place. How difficult is it to just get the order correct? Food was good, but did not put the requested and confirmed sauce in the bag for my nuggets. The nuggets are not good without sauce. If I could do a negative star I would. Stopped there this morning and ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffins. One bun was black, like it caught on fire and the second had egg shells in it. This is the absolute worst McDonald's there is. Not to mention that the 24/7 site closes, periodically, with a handwritten sign that they will open at 6am?? What bs that is. Run of the mill McDonald's which is one convenient exit & about two blocks off the freeway. Appears to be a newer building with two ordering lanes. There's a HUGE cactus for you to stare at while waiting for your order to come up. read more

I've worked next to this McDonald's since it opened so I've grabbed many a meal there. Rarely disappoints. The staff is very friendly and courteous. So much so that last night when I had a HORRIBLE day and left work hangry and shaking I ordered and paid with a $50 bill.....and forgot my change. I got home and realized what I had done (I live 20 miles away) so I stopped back in the next day figuring I would be out my change. Luckily the wonderful woman who helped me had caught the error and put my change away in the safe for me in case I returned. He dayshift manager helped me and he was awesome and friendly as well. Order #254. 10/13/18 at 1:00 pm. First thing is this is my 3rd visit to this McDonald's. The first 2 were great. Hot food, good service, clean restaurant. Today in the other hand was a joke. The women's rest room was being cleaned when I came in. Ok. Great. Thanks for a clean restroom. But does it really take y'all 30 minutes to clean a restroom ??? Holy cow. The fries were cold. Couldn't even eat them. There are 6 dirty tables in the lobby, trash cans full, only 1 ice maker working and the cashier was standing behind the counter folding receipt paper into origami figures. The, male manager, on duty is running food for drive thru and oblivious to anything going on at the front counter. The music playing over head in the lobby is rap talking about FUCK KILLER HER. More inappropriate language used with kids in the lobby. What the heck happened here ?? Please watch your videos. If this kind of things are happening in the front. Not only are they inattentive and rude, but they cannot seem to get a $10 order correct. How hard is it to assemble three breakfast sandwiches in the 21st Century? Maybe this McD's ran out of eggs & cheese and the cashier was too pusillanimous to notify customers. I suppose they might not have been properly trained to put a slice of cheese of a piece of meat. Perhaps there is some quota of fouled-up orders these kids have to fulfill. Nope, it appears they are just incompetent adults who cannot accomplish the simple task of placing pre-formed ingredients together as described in the operations manual. What you should do is deduct an allotment of money for every order your employees mess up. After all, when I get a refund for my order, the franchise owner eats the cost of the order, not the garbage employee who, somehow, does not have the ability to combine egg, cheese, and sausage onto two small pancakes. There's no incentive to complete the order properly. This is why Arby's at Love's is becoming more preferred. And with more fast-food options coming to the East side of Interstate 10, you cannot afford to retain worthless employees. read more

I had no choice, but to choose a star. Over the years this Mc Donalds continues to disappoint. I truly believe this franchise owner really does not care. This morning will be last time I go there. The people at my job have had similar dissapointing experiences with the same place. It is close and convenient for us. But they would rather go to another location nearby or somewhere close to their home, when commuting to work. This morning I ordered strawberry cream pie and was told again that they had none and asked if can be I would like apple pies instead. About fifteen minutes later at work. The apple pie was hard as a rock. More like a apple biscuit. This is the final straw. This place is horrible. The list of things that I have ordered over time is too long to list. I went to this McDonald's for the last time! At the drive thru I get comments on how I should paint my truck. Then they ask me to pull around to wait on my hash browns and mcmuffin sandwiches. When I went to eat one of the hash browns it wasn't cooked and there was something green in it. The only reason I go there is because it's close to my work and my break is short at work.
