I'm not sure what all of the hype is about this place but I must say that this was the worst hamburger and french fries that I have had in the last 20 years! The service was very nice but the food was god awful! My french fries were cold and my hamburger wasn't cooked! I took my order back and they redid my french fries and my hamburger because my hamburger was done incorrectly, and my french fries were hot for about 30 seconds. But they seem to cool off immediately. The burger was very thin and wasn't quite cooked all the way plus I asked for no lettuce no tomato and of course it came with lettuce! i used to come here almost everyday after work but now.. idk what happened. i know they get busy but this is what the fry's look like when you ask for WELL DONE. the normal fry's are literally just soggy cardboard covered in oil. not only that but i watched two employees on their phone with their gloves on , one girl holding the phone the other tapping on the screen, and then they went right back to putting cheese on the fry's and making the burgers with the same gloves on. this is an open kitchen and still there's not standards. i really hope they get new employees and management here because i love the food when it's done right but it hasn't been for a longg time. read more
