I know it's McDonald's but dang their staff cannot count to 4. I ordered a 4 piece mccrispy strips (which was $6 by the way) and they only gave me 3 pieces. This was my first time eating at this McDonald's location. I ordered a McRib (it's back!!) and fries from the mobile app. It was super easy and they got my order right! I customize my McRib with extra pickles and onions. And it was good. The drive thru line went quickly. This McDonalds is across from Northlake Mall in Charlotte. Had to a very unsatisfactory experience at Best Buy trying to get the software straightened out to no avail. That said, I decided I could at least grab something quick for lunch. Traffic is a bit of a bear getting there but made it and drive through was almost empty. Pulled up and ordered two Mcdougle's along with a Caramel Frapp for my wife. No excessive wait and otherwise it was pretty much a normal experience that you would expect from a McDonalds. 20 minutes or so till home so the Frappe was still frozen when I got there. I ate the two burgers while driving bit gave the frozen Frapp to my wife who really enjoyed it. read more

I don't know what was going on today, but this was the worst experience I've had at this location. Usually, my experience is mediocre at best. Today, I ordered a six piece nugget and a Hamburger happy meal. I got the happy meal but didn't get the nuggets. I said ma'am, I ordered a 6 piece as well. Worst McDonald's ever. They don't even deserve 1 star. I purchased my McDonald's order through the mobile app and did curbside pick up. Everything was fine until I noticed my fries in my order was missing. So I went up to the drive thru window which was right behind the parking space and asked for the fries without salt that I am missing in my order. The staff member rolled her eyes and then proceeds to talk about me then tells me to come inside. They could have apologized and handed my fries right then and I would have been fine. But no.... I had to go inside to find a young man holding up my fries as if to be petty. Then a staff member yells out very sarcastically to "have a nice day" and laughs. I asked for a manager,but a staff member Said they weren't there when I clearly saw a shift manager earlier. Then a girl named Princess who said she was a shift leader. I asked her for the franchise owners info since I am not getting any assistance with the way I was just treated. She rips off a piece of receipt paper and points to the phone number which is clearly the number she to the location. She gave me a very bitchy attitude, and didn't not want to help. Since no one wanted to help me or even apologize for their mistake and just continue to be petty and nasty towards me, I called McDonald's corp so I can ensure my voice is brought to their ownerships attention. If you ask for the shift manager or general manager, all the staff look at you like you're crazy and don't want to give out their information. Even on asking for the franchise owners information, no one wanted to provide it. All the members including Management don't care at all about your customer experience. This Mcds used to be pretty decent but something clearly has changed!!!! They NEVER get anything right. The unsweetened tea is usually "spoiled " and/or they don't have any brewed. I've been told on two separate occasions that they don't have any brewed. I tried to order a half gallon also. I was told they were out of half gallon jugs! Ordered Big Mac plain, Mac sauce only....they put extra Mac sauce where it practically swimming in it. If you special order, you must check at the window because this is the third time my sandwich is wrong. They barely even apologize for wronging. This is the worst I've seen it. Woke up this morning with Mickey D's on my soul. Get to my destination ordered Mcgriddle and small OJ, nothing to heavy. My mouth was all set and ready to eat my food, then I noticed in my OJ there was a black floating substance in my OJ. I called several times nobody answered, it asked me to enter my access code. So now I'm a little pist because it seems like every time I visit this location there is something wrong with my order. As much as I love McDonald's, I must say over the years it has gotten very sloppy when it comes to quality of their food. I've brought a few of my issues to 1 of the managers at this location and yes he was very helpful but, at this point I know things happen but this is becoming something on a regular basis. After taking my dog to pet smart I decided to stop by McDonald's for my family and I. So I had ask for their bundle of spicy nugget for $14.99 I think it came with two cheeseburgers but I'm not sure. Has 2 drive thru but still slow on occasion. I don't eat the food but when I go to one of these places for coffee I expect it quickly. Last time I went they didn't even have large cups so the gave me a small and a medium. I don't even drink a whole large coffee it just seems like they hold their heat a little longer. read more

This is probably the second best mcdonalds I've been in, first is the fancy one at the Biltmore. It's new so you don't have the facilities issues others have, the staff is very friendly and I've never had to wait long for any order. If you come during peak rush hours it may be different but that's on you. Only complaint is that it's still a mcdonalds, it's convenient not good and the sodium levels are nuts. read more

This McDonalds is not worth going to. Not only do they get your order wrong 50% of the time, they serve it to you with an attitude. All the employees seem miserable. I was behind the owner/manager of the store one time in the drive thru and he was openly berating the drive thru employees about their attitudes. And yet he himself was acting horrible and held up the line for all of us trying to get our food. I had to send mine back because it was cold by the time he finally left. Also, why would I choose to go here when they give you one measly sauce packet and make you pay for any extras when I can go right across the street and get as many as I need from Chick?
