This location screws my order up about 50 percent of the time. Tired of paying them for poor service. This location needs help.

Worst McDonalds ever. Ordered a sundae, milk shake, small fry and medium Coke. The guy taking the order said the ice cream machine was broken and left us hanging on the rest of the order, so I pulled around to the window. Asked him about the rest of the order and he said he didn't hear me. I asked about the ice cream machine and he said they never clean it. The wait was terribly long and once I got to the window the manager never apologized for anything. Poor customer service at its highest. Food was actually OK. read more

I hate to give McDonald's bad reviews because it should be so easy the food speaks for its self I love McDonald's, but there have been so many problems with this location. Last time I went through the drive through, the lady at the window handed my food to the car in front of me due to confusion and after the car in front went through the wholeeee bag for 2 minutes they realized it wasn't theirs and gave it back to her. So when I pulled up she went in the back to get someone else's food acting like she was getting my fresh food while I just waited and watched my crumpled up bag just sit there on the counter and when she comes back just gives me the rummaged through bag with greasy ketchup packets in it. WTH! would if that car in front of me was sick? or maybe her kid is picking their boogers in the back and it was supposed to be for them and they touched it all. Disgusting I know it's not fine dinning but there is at least health concerns when you are dealing with strangers. Come on man. read more

What the hell? You guys take forever. We sat in line for 20 minutes drive thru until we realized it wasn't moving at all. We didn't think it would be best to get out of the car and ask so we just decided, go somewhere else. Lamo. read more

I am huge fan of McDonald's but this is the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to and I live right across the street. The food is always over cooked and the service is absolutely awful. This is one of the best locations in Charlotte and they can't even get a simple order right. The food is terrible and the service is even worse. I hope the right people see this because it is simply not that difficult to fix a problem like this. read more

This is the worst Mc Donalds , This morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel . I waited for 15 minutes , then I got the wrong order . When inside there were two more customers with the same issue. All of them have a bad attitude except the drive thru cashier. Then I got to work open my bagel and it was a burned bagel and the hash brown were overcook. I will not recommend this place to no one . They need to hired better employees . I came to this place last night and they did the customer service so bad. The sweet tea was run out. i asked a tall black girl to have some sweet tea and she looked at me like she wanted to fight with me. Clean for fast food. The manager on duty was super friendly and patient with the new employee that was tending to us. Customer service was above par. Food to table was slow. read more

I absolutely HATE this McDonald's!!! There is nothing but BAD experiences every time I stop here. The management is so rude and UNPROFESSIONAL, it's ridiculous. I stopped here at 10:30 PM. I walked in due to the long line in the drive thru. I was told that the lobby is closed and that I had to go through the drive thru. I said but the door says "11:00PM" The MANAGER response was "Yeah and I closed it early we been open all day." I said "you can't be serious." She said you gta go thru the drive thru. I drove off! I've had a very positive experience with this McDonalds. Unfortunately for my health the job Im doing now requires me to eat something very quick and on the go. I go to this Mickey ds every day to pick up lunch and everytime I go my food is hot and quick. Also the service is always super friendly! Would recommend to all. read more

I came in the other day with my daughter and do so multiple times a week and the restaurant was absolutely disgusting! The ketchup dispensers had both leaked out all over the place, the garbage can by the door close to the drive thru was covered in ketchup and bbq sauce and the drink area was just a complete mess! I'm not a super picky person and try not to make a big deal out of nothing but this was worse than I've ever seen a restaurant look. Your employees were all kinda playing around and not taking their jobs seriously. The bathrooms were so bad that my daughter had to go and we both walked out just as fast as we walked in! When a 4 year old is sketched out about eating her happy meal after seeing what the inside of the restaurant looks like, then that's BAD!! Also every time I have gone thru the drive thru I have sat in line for up to 30mins before with no more than two people ahead of me. read more

This location claims to have a 24-hour drive through service, so I made the trip and arrived at around 4:00 am. After allowing me to just sit and wait at the order station, some rude person clicked in to shoo me away. She said that they were switching over to breakfast, had taken the system down, and they weren't taking orders right now. Next to their "24 hour sign" should be another sign that says, "except when we can't be bothered to take your stinting order." If you need a meal in the early morning hours, do yourself a favor and skip this joint. The IHOP around the corner on Woodlawn is a true 24-hour restaurant, and you'll probably get your food just as fast. read more

Went around midnight on a Thursday night after missing a connecting flight. Took a while to have my food prepared but it was a breakfast sandwich and I appreciated it coming out hot and fresh so worth the wait! Very nice gentlemen who came running out apologizing profusely and added an apple pie. read more

It is currently 12:35am and I am staying at the Motel 6 next door. I walked over to McDonald's. The door says they close at 1:00am. The door is locked. I knock on the door. A tall black guy looks out from the counter and does the it's over sign to me. I hold up 1 finger and then point to the door because it says closed at 1am. The black guy who I am assuming is the manager just shrugs his shoulders. Now him and another employee start laughing. Owner needs to do something about their employees fast losing money and business everyday I'm sure. read more

I have stopped twice this week (10/4/16 and today) to get a Southwest Salad...was told they didn't have the dressing for the salad. What's a Southwest salad without the "Southwest" dressing...dah!.. Both occasions I walked next door to Wendy's and got a Apple Pecan salad. read more
