9710 rea rd, charlotte, nc 28277 update!!!! still no response from their insurance carrier and it has been 3 weeks!!!!! my food had to be tampered with!!!! i got violently ill!!!!this is the worst!!! i was on that side of town and mobile ordered a bigmac meal and paid for extra sauce. when i went to pick up my order by drive thru on feb 19th at 1:26pm. i asked if the extra sauce was on the burger as i paid extra for it. i was told if i paid it, then it was on it. i opened the box to verify and there was not extra sauce like i was told! so they gave me a side cup of it. i parked and ate my meal. within 30 minutes i felt really full and uncomfortable. i preceded to drive home. as soon as i left my car i ran to the house as i felt like vomiting and then soft poop started and it continued for 2 days!!! i called mcdonald's customer line and gave them the details. i was told i would get a call back. no one has called me back and it has been 4 days!!! i went to urgent care the next evening because i started feeling worse and had a low temp. i was severely dehydrated from pooping so much!!!! my stomach ached and churned for almost 3 days!! yet this mcdonalds has yet to respond back!!!! check the cameras!!! i think my food or sauce was tampered with!!!! i am pissed!!!! i will be contacting a lawyer tomorrow to get the camera footage if they did tamper with my food!!! do not eat here!!! if you do watch for attitudes or that you don't piss them off or they will tamper with your food too!!!! mcdonalds people! do not ask me to tap the link to talk to customer care!! i called them to give the report and nobody has yet to call me back!!!! have your head person call me!!!!!! someone needs to look at the cameras to see if someone messed with my food!!!! i would not doubt if they touched raw meat and touched my bigmac sauce to get me sick since they were mad at me for calling them out for not giving me extra bigmac sauce i paid for!!! read more

I went to the McDonalds in Blakeney in south Charlotte. You can see the nauseating wet gloppy mess I received. I recently realized I was being charged 20 cents additional for a drink when I order a meal. When asked, I was told a small drink comes with the meal ( this is not a kids meal- it's a quarter pounder meal) but if you google what comes with a meal it says a medium drink. When I order I just say an unsweetened tea- I don't say medium. The last 2 times I caught it at the window and questioned it; they did give me 20 cents back and told me to order a small tea next time. I feel this is very frustrating and confusing. After vowing to never return to this location of McDonald's, I was starving so I went through the drive-thru for a filet and a large fry to take home to eat. Here's the list of what went wrong: 1. I had to repeat my 2 item order 8 times 2. I was second to have the honor of the opportunity to eat my filet bun as it appears the resident mice had first dibs (I tossed the sandwich) 3. The fries were old 4. The fries were scant (a medium sized amount of fries in a large container) 5. The fries were hard 6. I spoke to Teresa the manager who DGAF 7. I spoke to Josh Ranst the GM at 919-607-0168 who gave even less of AF than Teresa. He yelled, was curt, rude, unapologetic (until I pointed out he had not apologized), had MUCH attitude, and told me there was nothing he could do since he wasn't there when the food was made. 8. Ordered a vanilla latte through the app with my friend and then went through the drive thru. Once we got to the drive thru window we were told that they did not have any vanilla lattes and they couldn't refund our money as it was ordered through the McDonalds app. Why should we have to be the ones to suffer the consequences of this issue when it was McDonalds fault as to why it happened. We were told we could only exchange the drink instead, so we asked for a vanilla milkshake. We were given a strawberry milkshake and had realized it was the wrong flavor upon tasting it, so we then went back through the drive thru and simply asked for a vanilla one instead. Instead of politey exchanging our milkshake for the right flavor like most McDonalds do, the McDonalds worker decided to laugh in our face, tell us he could not give us our vanilla milkshake because we had "draken some" (we had to take two sips to know it was the wrong flavor), and ignored us when we questioned why we couldn't exchange the drink for the right flavor. The worker at the drive thru was a Mexican man that couldn't speak English well, but sure knew how to laugh in our face. This man screamed at us and abruptly slammed the drive thru window in our face after this encounter. To add onto this already bad experience, the cheese burger that we received had no ketchup on it like requested, but rather globs of mayo between the patty and bun. If you ever go to this McDonalds location expect a bad experience and PRAY the man that verbally assaulted us at the drive thru doesn't serve you. read more
