Food's almost always ready by the time we get there despite it looking clearly understaffed and like a stressful environment. We go there pretty frequently, usually later at nights but despite all this, the people are so incredibly sweet, kind, and considerate. I cannot sing enough praises about the people here ESPECIALLY about a woman whose name is Ashley. I forgot to ask how her name is spelt so it may be something different (so sorry if you're reading this), but I just wanted to say she's absolutely incredible and she's so lovely and seeing her smiling face every time we see her at the window despite everything is such a breath of fresh air and I absolutely adore her. I recently realized I was being charged 20 cents additional for a drink when I order a meal. When asked, I was told a small drink comes with the meal ( this is not a kids meal- it's a quarter pounder meal) but if you google what comes with a meal it says a medium drink. When I order I just say an unsweetened tea- I don't say medium. The last 2 times I caught it at the window and questioned it; they did give me 20 cents back and told me to order a small tea next time. I feel this is very frustrating and confusing.
