It's 10:43pm, my husband and I just left the McDonalds about 10 minutes ago, and I am pissed to the max!I ordered a Big Mac meal, and when I got back to my hotel room and opened my sandwich, I was appalled! The top patty was old dried out, and black! The cheese on the 2nd patty was halfway off the sandwich and there was hardly any Lettuce . You could tell that they had took an old sandwich and combined it with a fairly new sandwich, it was disgusting! I was so disappointed because I have not had a Big Mac in ages. Thank you so much McDonald's for this terrible experience, I will never go back to this location!!! The cashier rushed us, she was rude, did not take pride in her job at all. So I have been slowly trying to not get any fast food. However, we stopped on our road trip for a quick bite. Too bad it wasn't that quick. We showed up and the line was super long for the drive thru so I thought going inside might be faster. I was wrong. I should've stayed in the drive in. It took almost 20 minutes to get our food. The food itself was your standard McDonalds. Nothing to write home about. Breakfast there seems to always be better and more consistent than some of their other food. I don't expect a lot of McDonalds but this was ridiculous. First, I order my food and they don't recognize the coupons within the app that every other McDonald's store does. Ok fine, I order. I get my food and sit down. Second, there is apparently a management meeting right in the middle of the floor where they are talking about food being given or taken out of store without being paid for. Apparently theft is bad during day but especially bad at night. Then the two managers notify the employee the entire shift is getting written up and everyone's attitude was expectedly sour. I get it disciplinary things happen on jobs, but in the middle of the customer space right next to one? Third, they charge for tea refills. To be clear, there are fountain drinks in the dining area with unlimited refills, but no tea. So you have to go ask for it behind the counter. I guess I got lucky and asked one person for to refill and they thought it was my original drink being I got fresh ice. When I went to get another refill, it was filled and about to be handed to me. Then a lady from back rudley yelled "no, that it's my third one and I need to charged for the refill. The employee started walking toward register and I told them they could throw it away. I wasn't paying for a tea refill when it's cheaper than soda. Terrible service and policies top to bottom here. Avoid at all cost unless you are one of the lucky ones getting free food. Especially not at this location, where the manager actually accused me of lying when I told him awhile back that my sweet tea was actually not sweet. For anybody especially Canadians that need wifi this is a great place to hang out while waiting to pick up people at BUF airport. Buffalo airport is right across the street and this place stays open late. I think it was after 10pm and I was still able to dine indoors and use the wifi in order to communicate with my pickup. Besides that's its a regular run of the mill McD's. Ketchup is at counter in packets... no pump at the drink counter. I told my pickup if he wanted anything to let me know... I ordered 2 value menu items and it came out to 4 bucks even. A 5 minute ride to the arrivals area of the main terminal it's the perfect place to hang without having to pay for parking, grab a quick bite, get free wifi, use the restroom etc... read more

I have never reached out to write a review before on any restaurant and I've had some really great/some awful experiences. All I want to say is AVOID THIS LOCATION. I live near here so I would frequent this location whenever I needed my McFix but never again (even though I've had plenty of cold/screwed up orders here...convenience won out). I had just gotten off a flight after flying for 8 hours overnight and just needed something to eat to feel better before I went to bed so I had my ride stop at the McDonalds across the street I so often went too. I ordered 2 Sausage McMuffins and a hashbrown. About 10 minutes later when I got him I pulled out hashbrown and noticed what looked like it might have been bitten, but I though hmm maybe it just ripped. Then I unwrap my first Sausage McMuffin AND IT HAS AN ACTUAL BITE TAKEN OUT OF IT. I WAS HORRIFIED. WHAT TYPE OF PERSON TAKES MULTIPLE BITES OUT OF SOMEONES ORDER, WRAPS IT AND THEN SERVES IT. IT WAS DISGUSTING. I reached out to the location and a cooperate line. It said my complaint was received and sent to the franchise owner but they are yet to reach out. NOTHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I am appalled. Would be so easy to check the cameras and see who did this to punish them or at least make this right with me. Almost a waste of a pit stop. I had a flight in the morning and wanted to get combo #2, sausage egg mcmuffin and while I wait, use the free wifi. Service is very poor. I have worked for Mcd's and the standard is high. The frontline cashiers did their job, they served the line. It was the packers that moved like snails. First off their uniforms were dirty, wrinkled and just plain sloppy looking. Besides looking poor, the attitudes were unfriendly. There was very poor time and order management. I am an essential worker visiting from out of town and staying at the Aloft hotel adjacent to this McDonalds. As I am visiting, I do not have a car. I arrived at the hotel at 715pm and went to the McDonalds as quickly as I could before they closed. The sign on the door said they would be closing at 8pm, but even though it was only 730 the doors were locked. I walked over to the drive thru and was told I would not be served because I was not in a vehicle. I explained to him that I was from out of town and did not have a vehicle here but he still refused to serve me. He said the dining room was closed at 7pm but the drive thru remains open until 8pm. That was not clear on the posted sign, but despite this I was wearing a mask and always take the proper precautions. I realize that these are difficult and unusual times, but it is for that reason I believe exceptions can be made to rigid policies, especially after I explained my situation. Needless to say this essential worker will not be frequenting this McDonalds ever again. read more

So I don't often leave reviews, but I can't say enough good things about this location. I will clarify, this review is focused on the staff, not the food itself. Let's be honest, it's McDonalds food. Enough said. But that being said, when I stop through after work (usually the weekday 11pm crew) the staff always so pleasant and polite. And if there is a wait, the politeness makes up for it. There is one gentleman that every time he comes on the speaker can put a smile on my face because he is so nice. And when an error was made on my order last time I was there, I called and spoke to Mark who was quick to remedy the situation. I know it may seem like basic customer service, but as someone who works in that field myself, to go there within the last hour or so of their shift and have people end your day with a smile is refreshing. read more

Im giving it five stars and let me explain why. I had my daughters (3) ages 17, 11, and 8 with my husband and I. In addition, we had two of their friends. For my 8 year old's birthday she wanted to do the Glow Zone at Sky Zone. We didn't have enough to really make a birthday party worthwhile and we live in Batavia about 45 mins away. We needed to be able to keep our party small because we would be taking the kids (we can fit 7 in our explorer). My 8 year old specifically requested that we eat at McDonalds for her friends party for dinner. My husband and I were like great! This is a cheap option for us. On the way to Buffalo (we had planned to stop at this location because it was close to Sky Zone), we called Sky Zone to check if we could bring her cake in. We had paid for all of the glow zone tickets (honestly their food options are extremely limited at sky zone. We had taken food in to the rochester one with no problems before). We were emphatically told NO. Even though we did not have enough to buy their crazy expensive 1 hour birthday party jump package for $250 (plus cake costs). For all five kids to jump for two hours it was $125 and they got the socks and glow shirt with it. So we made a split second decision and took the party unnannounced and completely unexpected to McDonalds. We were welcomed with OPEN ARMS. We ended up taking over a small section in the front of the restaurant. We brought her cake and presents in. We ordered all of the kids food (my husband and I have had weight loss surgery so we brought food we could eat for us). The kids had a blast. The kids asked to do the cake so we did. Started singing happy birthday. Other customers and all of the staff joined in and made one little 8 year old happy. We gave the staff who wanted some, some of the cake as well. It was a spur of the moment decision to bring the party to McDonalds. We explained what happened with Sky Zone. They were more than happy to help us out. This is the WORST McDonald's ever! First off, there is no sign with the hours of operation posted which I have seen at just about every other McDonald's that I have been. The employees have been rude and would not fix food orders what were wrong. I have even been served hot water when I asked fro coffee. Then today, they decide to keep the doors locked and had customers waiting outside and in the drive-thru line just to be told they were not opening after waiting for 15 minutes. I don't know about anyone else but I will NEVER visit that location again and I will make sure I tell people not to go there and I will tell people looking for a job not to even apply to that location. From ordering to pulling away our experience was horrible. The order taker wasn't friendly and was super confusing when trying to place our order, which shouldn't have been (large coffee and a small mocha). Instead of asking if that was all, which I was also going to get a sundae, he told us to pull around. We waited for about 10 minutes before pulling up to the window. When we did, we weren't greeted for at least three minutes. The kid kept wandering around. He finally came to the window and said the total. Paid and got the receipt. Hot coffee was supposed to be $1, we got charged $1.28. The kid disappeared for another five minutes or so, no explanations. Finally got the coffee and it was super hot and the mocha took longer and turned out to be something besides a mocha and both drinks smell burnt. We didn't even get a chance to have the drink or charge fixed as the employee didn't make eye contact and shut the window immediately. We will not be coming back here. read more
