Today was the first time I was at this location. It's near the one office that I work at. I went through the drive thru for a coworker and I. We both got four piece chicken tender meals. She wanted extra ranch and a Sprite. I wanted extra barbecue sauce and a Diet. I already asked for honey barbecue dipped wings so I'm. It really sure why I asked for that but they sure as hell delivered!!! They gave me a small container of barbecue sauce to dip them in AND a small plastic unlabeled container of it. I didn't use both but I definitely will. I also ordered a small Reese cup blizzard. The service and speed of the drive thru wait was fantastic. The staff were nice. They never do the flip here! This location has the best chicken tenders, they douse the tenders in BBQ sauce when requested to the point that the box is soaked, and it leaks from the edges, but damn is it good. The complimentary toast with butter and the fries just complete the meal. I rarely review these type of places anymore, I'm over trying to fix fast food restaurants, or expect them to be any thing other than fast food, so I'm keeping this review simple. You can't go wrong with the shakes, blizzards, packaged icecream cakes, they have load of toppings and flavors, the gummy worms in the dirt pie blizzard are better than gas station brands. -internally laughing at myself for even typing that but it's true- The inside is spacious with a great dining area, and the parking lot is spacious enough to park and enjoy if you can't wait to bring your treat home. read more

Dairy Queen will forever be the place to go if you want a Blizzard, mostly because it's the only place that calls them blizzards, but anyway! I stopped at this Dairy Queen on Saturday night because the first place I went ran out of 32 of the flavours they advertise.....yes, 32 of them! This is a standard Dairy Queen that offers a full food menu, plenty of seating inside, and of course, ice cream. I decided to order Butterfinger Blizzard because I was feeling like Bart Simpson at the time. The blizzard came out in no time and before you know it my sweet tooth was satisfied and so was my gut. Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal got a 4 piece called and some guy told me oh well come back and get two more, lol! Ok I live 20 min away! He told me hold on to get "another" manager she said they don't do refunds and if I want anything to come back and they'll make me two fingers looool it's a joke VERY LACKLUSTER employees and non existent management NEVER AGAIN!!! All the while I hear them laughing and ridiculing me in the background forgot to put me on hold, such great customer service!! They were running a promotion for a new flavor of blizzard. We called before going and they said they have it. When we arrived and asked about it was rudely told we dont have that. There was no explanation or anything. They didn't even ask if there was anything else they could get us. We left without buying anything. I recommend the Honey BBQ chicken strips. Good flavor; they are served with fries (which were just okay) and two triangles of buttered bread (not sure why that came with it?) The four piece meal w/ a drink was around $9.40 which I thought was pretty pricey! My coworker got a strawberry milkshake and said it was one of the best ones she's had. I might be back to try their $5 meal deal - looks like you get a sandwich/tenders/small menu item with fries, a drink and a sundae. read more

Have not been in here since I was 13 years old but I was in the neighborhood so why not... I have to say I am a fry person I absolutely love my fries so they have the best freaking fries so far that I found and the artistan chicken sandwich was really great... But the Nutter Buster Ice cream omg... It tastes so much better as an adult as a kid my fat self scarffed it down but as an adult you really taste it and it was so good. Okay...I know I am giving 4 stars to a fast food restaurant but lets consider the option in Niagara Falls, NY. As well, I travel non-stop and eat at a lot of fast food places. This Dairy Queen was exceptionally clean, the staff was very well trained and friendly, our food was prepared perfectly, everything was fresh, the table service was a nice surprise, and we simply enjoyed our lunch here. If you are in Niagara Falls, NY by the falls and looking for a quick lunch I suggest skipping all the touristy crap and going to a true American Dairy Queen. It may be simple fast food...but it comes with a smile which can be rare these days. read more

Obviously this is a Fast Food place. But, the food is alway fresh and taste wonderful. We don't have many great options to choose from that can taste good with a reasonable price around here. My fiance and I came her ordered cheeseburgers once the lady brought us food when we open the wrapper it was a bug in it, we returned the food and never got a new cheeseburger back so requested money the said they couldn't return our money back and there is a little sign off to the side saying that no cash refunds but could get money back for something I never received. Shady place with awkward drive through. We went at night and were a bit uncomfortable. Got our DQ fix though.

Stopped in for a burger as I was unfamiliar with the city, and I just wanted to eat and get back on the road. Service was fast, but the mushroom burger tasted odd (had an awful gravy sauce), the fries tasted very much like they were previously frozen and then heated up, and the soft drink (Sprite) even tasted weird. Facilities are very dated and tired looking. Since I didnt like anything about the meal (it was actually one of the worst fast food meals I have ever had), don't have any choice but to give this a 1 star. read more
