Horrible manager named Norma. I found out that she lied twice about her name to me...incident happened 5/15/16 I politely told the gentleman at the window I would not be pulling forward. Then he sent another gentleman and I politely declined again. Then the lying Biatch came to the window and demands me to pull forward, I said firmly I will not be pulling forward. She said that I was holding up the line and she needs to serve them before me. At that point I said I'm not pulling forward and I was here first, as she is getting louder I rolled up my window. About 1min or less my food is ready...she gives me my food and as I'm driving away she yells out the window with her head out don't you ever come back here! I rarely get a correct order from here. I always confirm three times no cheese on a quarter pounder: at the intercom, at the point of party and again at the pick up window. I get to the order thing and ask for two hot fudge sundaes with extra fudge. The man proceeded to tell me that their ice cream machine was just recently turned off at 2, but that if I ever come back at that hour for ice cream, as long as I'm there by that time there shouldn't ever be a problem because that's the time they turn the machine off to clean it, or something like that. So ok I understand I came late and that's just how they run things there. This is where I get frustrated. Number one, if you are a 24 hour McDonald's, don't u think that they should be selling everything offered on the menu (besides breakfast which is clearly stated to be sold from what.. 5am-10:30? U get my point) but honestly how can u shut off a machine at 2 when u supposedly are a 24/hr food place.. It would make a little more sense to me personally and I'm sure to everyone reading this to ummm idk TURN THE MACHINE OFF FOR CLEANING PURPOSES SOMETIME DURING THE BREAKFAST HOURS seeing as I'm sure it is less likely someone wants ice cream between 5 and 10 am and u are more than likely getting more people asking for icecream throughout the night who are also begging turned away because ur "policy" to turn off the machine shouldn't be allowed unless u state on ur menu that ANY icecream type of whatever can't be purchased from this time to that time... Ok that's just what I THINK would maybe help u guys on ur end to not make ur customers pissed they drove to ur store and left without buying what they wanted. Number two. So as I previously stated, I was informed by an employee here that if I come before that time I will be able to purchase icecream. So SINCE THAT DAY I have gone to this location 2 times, once at 1:22am and once at 1:45am and both times they had the machine off "early". And tonight I called them at 1:39 to make sure the machine would be on like it's SUPPOSED TO BE til 2.. Knowing this time that they are full of shit to begin with so I'm not gonna waste my time driving there if they can't make my icecream, so I call and what do u know... ITS OFF. this time it got turned off early (about ten min ago he told me) because of technical problems. I said to him, I've been told that u guys keep the machine on til 2am is that right? He said yeah we always keep it on til then except today because something went wrong. Hmmmm something mysteriously went wrong minutes before I called? Yeah right u lazy idiots just turned it off, early, like always. It's ridiculous, bottom line. Don't be open 24 hrs if u can't offer ur services the way u r supposed to. Or make it known somewhere on the menus that these items below are only sold til 1am.. Don't lie and write 2 when u know u turn it off early. And don't not write anything if u know u don't sell it 24 hrs like u should. And also, listen to what I said and if it's cleaning purposes that causes it to get shut off, clean the damn machine during breakfast when people are less likely to want a hot fudge sundae with their hashbrown! It's not brain surgery. I swear u don't even have to be required to recite the friggen ABCs to get hired here. I'm officially ticked off and not willing to even try to get a hot fudge sundae from ur location anymore. And that's sad seeing as I have been a customer of this store for years. read more

Then I called back and I ask do you know the number? I wouldn't even give this Mcdonald's one star if I could! Here is why this very poor customer service place got a one-star review. We were in the drive-thru for a long time one later at night, maybe about 10 minutes, with only one car in front of us, and the front car apparently ordered only a small bag of food. When we finally got to the window, the African-American girl, whose name starts with J, didn't even say a courtesy hi or sorry for waiting so long or thanks for waiting. Since she did not say anything, I told her that we had to wait a long time and she just looked at us and turned around, so I asked why it took such a long time to get our food. She answered with an attitude, "well, it's night time, so we do not have that many people working here, so it is like this and we are working". I was kind of surprised by the way she answered, so I told her that she should have at least said a courtesy sorry just to make a customer happy and not make them leave the place feeling upset. She said if you are not happy, you can call this number and pointed to the comment line on the door. When I asked her what her name is and looked at her name tag, she covered her name with one hand. If you are the owner or manager of this Mcdonald's reading this message, I do hope that you at least gave this worker another round of training on just basic human manners along with some customer service skills or let her go already since she is a such a disgrace to your store and to the corporation. Would be zero stars if I could. Every single time I've come here they've gotten my order incorrect, or forgot about it. I mean really, I sat for 20 minutes waiting while people who ordered after me got their orders. When you go to tell them the order is wrong, or whatever, they really didn't even say sorry. We ordered Sugar Free Ice Coffees at the Drive Thru. Both Coffees you couldnt Taste the Sugar Free . We asked them Nicely If they could add some. The girl at the window gave us a Upsetting look and she turn and kinda whispered to the girl who making the coffees and they keep questing for over 5 mins. Why we wanted some more when she already put some. Explained her and finally she took our coffee and told us to park and they would bring them to us because they were going to have to make new ones. Stopped in here yesterday during the lunch rush.Once inside the cashiers were very efficient and were busily asking for the next customer .They even caught me while I was still looking over the menu. Once my order was placed they said they'd call me.They did not hand me my drink before the rest of the order came out which I'm not used to.They call out your order and show your number on a tv screen.The screen was a nice touch during the lunch rush.The cashier did ask how many condiments I wanted.My order arrived as ordered.Restroom was clean.The booth that I sat in was clean and comfortable.I saw an employee walking around cleaning the dining area.There is a little indoor game area for the kids.The parking on the two lane drive through entry side and parking lot spaces left very little space between them.One of the drive through patrons had to stop and not move forward just so that I could back out.All in all I had a good experience here. read more

I frequent this McDonald's because it's a good location to pick up StreetPass Mii's on my Nintendo 3DSxl. It's not the world's best McDonald's but it is what it is nonetheless. This location is pretty popular with the locals and my only complaint I've ever had is that English is definitely a 2nd language at this location. Just be patient and let the Spanish speaking clientele be helped and you won't have any issues. read more
