I have been a regular customer at Tom's since it first opened. It's essentially a diner with a…read moremodern look and a drive-thru. Everything I've tried here is tasty, but my favorite items are the breakfast burritos, steak sandwich, chicken tenders, burgers, omelettes, and salads. The fries and onion rings are good too. Tom's prices are fair for the quality and portion of food. Besides the food, what makes Tom's a winning restaurant are the people, especially Angelica, who's very friendly, helpful, understanding, and customer-oriented. The entire staff is great, though. They always get your order right, check up on you, and make sure you have the necessary condiments for your meal.

The restaurant itself is pretty cute and cozy inside, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement. When I first called to place my order, the woman I spoke with seemed like she was in a huge rush and didn't sound very welcoming. Once she realized I was placing an order for over $100 worth of food, though, her tone completely changed--which I definitely noticed. Would I go back? Honestly, I'm not sure. It wasn't terrible, but it also didn't leave me thinking, "I have to come back here!" There are definitely some things they could improve, especially the food seasoning, sauce, and customer service.

Way too oily for my liking and I was honestly questioning it whether they roasted or deep fried the chicken given the amount of oil on my plate. But the meat part is definitely juicy! Way too hungry to think much, I just removed the skin and toss them aside. The rice is definitely different unlike other rice in similar restaurant. It's flavored with chicken pieces, green onions and other seasonings that make this bowl of rice special. There's lots of parking so I dont think parking is gonna be an issue. The establishment can be a bit cleaner but I love how friendly and courteous the staffs were. They greeted each customers coming in and out. I would come back again especially for the chicken and rice but I would probably ask if they can make mine less oily.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this McDonald's location. We specifically drove here not only to order food for ourselves but also with the expectation of getting a simple pup cup for our dog. This is a small, inexpensive request that many other fast-food chains and even McDonald's locations have been known to honor, yet the staff here flatly refused. What made the experience worse was not just the denial, but the complete lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the employees. When I politely asked about a pup cup, the response was abrupt and dismissive, with no attempt to explain or offer any kind of alternative. The tone and body language from the staff communicated zero respect or customer service. It is baffling that such a minor request, something that costs the restaurant virtually nothing, would be met with such indifference and rudeness. A simple smile or polite explanation would have gone a long way, but instead, I felt brushed off and unwelcome. We made a special trip here, driving out of our way, and left feeling not only unsatisfied but also insulted by the attitude of the staff. Customer service is not just about serving food quickly; it is about showing basic respect and acknowledging the value of your customers' time and loyalty. If a store chooses not to provide a pup cup, that is their decision, but there is no excuse for treating customers poorly or acting as if their request is a burden. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly caution others to avoid it as well. McDonald's should be consistent in its service, and management here needs to address the unacceptable behavior of its employees immediately. read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's on 12/21/2024 at 1:24 AM. My friends and I placed three different online orders but was only allowed to pick up two orders at the drive-thru. The staff insisted I go all the way back around to pick up the third order, which was both inconvenient and completely unnecessary. First time this has happened. The person on the mic, a white girl with half red hair, and the cashier, a fat girl with blue hair, were unhelpful and dismissive. The fat girl with blue hair even stated, "three orders correct". Which shows this "rule" was made up. I asked if we could get the order there, but she stated, "you would have to wait until the food is done." But the food should've already been done considering, it was paid online. They showed no effort to provide good customer service or make the process smoother for me. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to jump through hoops to pick up their orders when they've followed the correct procedure. This experience was frustrating, and I left feeling upset. I strongly recommend avoiding this location until they improve their customer service and professionalism. read more

To start of I got there and I was the second car to the second speaker and the lady in front of me didn't get to order because no one answer so she moved on to the window so I was next and the same thing happen to me so I pulled up to the window and told the girl that I didn't know what to do so that's why I pulled up. She got upset. She took my order and then I had to wait for my order at the 3rd window which that I understand but the upsetting part is that they forgot to give me my medium hot coffee and my large coke (which they charge me )but they didn't forget to give me the sugars and the creamer. Now I have useless creamer and sugar because I didn't get my hot coffee! Now my Mexican mom is mad! read more

I don't eat at Mcdonald's anymore not for a couple years now, but especially after we did an experiment in my microbiology class where we had to see which restaurants had fecal contamination. This restaurant in particular had fecal contamination in the ice. NASSSSTY. I still don't get who eats at ANY Mcdonalds. NASTY FOOD. read more
