If I could give 0 star, I would. I have given this McDonalds plenty of chances. I haven't gotten any good service from them. Going through their drive through, you think you will get your food quickly. Not in this place. You will be ask to wait in parking 1 or 2, and will find yourself waiting for 10 to 15 minutes, most of the time. If not long waits, they will get your orders wrong. It would be different if they are apologetic about their error. Instead, they make you feel there's something wrong with you when you complain. For the owner of this franchise, you need to take a look at your staff and may need to train them on customer service. Your restaurant does not give McDonald a good image. read more

Ordered a big breakfast for my wife from this McDonald's and 90% of the time the team at this restaurant fowls up my order. This time the big breakfast I ordered came with an egg and cheese mix, one sausage patty and a biscuit. It had no pancakes or bacon and the egg looked like it was taken off of a McMuffin, cut a few times and throw onto the plate. They did give the syrup and butter for that is worth. I have brought the performance of this restaurant to McDonald's HQ several times in the past with no action taken by regional management. In the drive thru, today, I waited in a reserved spot while I saw (I should've recorded) 6 cars drive by me. I finally went in to pick up my order and got an apology. This has always been a problem at this location. They added more 'reserved' spots which tells me that either employees are not competent enough to work the demands of this location or management isn't hiring enough manpower to meet the demands. Since they remodeled and added a second drive thru lane, they have the worst service ever! I was literally waiting over 15 minutes after they said, "We'll be right with you." Our order was never taken after that and they were only servicing one lane while the rest of us in the other lane were patiently waiting. I've eaten the sausage and egg muffin at a few mcd locations and this place is the worst. The muffin was soft and not properly toasted. I waited for a good 15 minutes and the person who ordered after me got his food first. The cashier/manager only apologized to the guy next to me for waiting, she didn't even acknowledge my existence. Very underrated McDonald's! It's always busy in the drive thru but they always seem to keep a good pace with little to no mistakes, and if they do make one they'll fix your order in no time. I went with my mother and sister on 05/31/13 around 5pm. The manager on duty, didnt catch his name but he was wearing a pink shirt and was sort of chubby, left me feeling the service was lousy. We ordered a number 5, eight McDoubles, and four McChickens. The order was 'ready' in good time, and the manager above gave us our bags and turned around. Immediately we noticed we were missing burgers and the fries, so we went back up to the counter. The manager proceeded to look at us and turned around to socialize with two employees. After at least a minute of this I said "Excuse me!" and he finally turned around. I told him our order was missing burgers. He counted and realized his mistake, quickly put two burgers in there then said the fries werent ready. When they were, he just pushed our bags towards us and walked away. The management at this site were very accommodating. The manager was friendly and she was able to quickly adjust to the flow of business. This McDonald's was not in the best neighborhood, however the staff treated everyone with professionalism and respect. This is the McDonald's you want to go and support. read more

It's not that I love this location, or anything it's just so conveniently close to home. They have pretty good weekly deals. Buy one Big Mac get one for free, $2.99 Happy Meals, and other deals through out the week. This place sucks. Let me tell you the truth, I used to work here. The store is horrible, Starting from ownership all the way down to the crew. Crew members are not properly trained. And the ones that been working there for years has not been rec ivied any raises or review like they are suppose too. As a customer perspective, you can tell the store isn't up to standards. Customer service is either bad or the food is. The golden rule "Customers are always right" never work with some managers there. Watch the Milk, Apples and Salads cause most likely they are expired or reused. Yes they REDATE their salads and prep. Always ask for freshly made food. It will take awhile to make up the wait is worth it. Even with apple pies and fries. I did work there. I apologize personally for any wrong/bad service while I was working there. I left that store because my conscience couldn't take it anymore. I wish them the best of luck but I wont be back even as a customer, until it changes. read more

Ok. The employees are always polite, but they do lack customer service. They just don't pay attention enough and there's never anyone up front. The play area at this location is small and filthy. The line for breakfast is unbelievably loooooong.

Coffee is weak and bitter. Tables dirty. And the service is bad. They put my tray out on the counter Without the coffee that I had ordered and paid for. It took them almost 5 minutes for them to make my coffee and then after I got it there was no sugar in it. I had ordered the coffee from the kiosk where you have them put the sugar and cream minute. On the plus side the sausage egg mc muffins are tasty! I usually buy only egg mc muffins to go and then go to 7-11 and buy my coffee there! read more

I would give zero stars if I had the chance. I went through the drive through today 5/2 @3:45pm and ordered lunch for my family. After I paid and got to the second window to receive my food I was missing 2 fries and let Dulce the associate know who was accompanied by Daniel. She then asked for my receipt of course, I was understanding and thought maybe the person who took my order missed the 2 fries, anyway Dulce went on to give the receipt to Daniel who then told me "I didn't order 2 fries" and pointed out "I only paid for what I had". I told him ok and asked if I could add 2 fries to my order he responded with "well are you gonna pay for it". I told him unless he was going to give them to me obviously I had to pay and gave him my card. As he range me up he went on to tell Dulce "I don't know what her problem is" and "she's rude" I interrupted the conversation and told him I could hear him and asked Dulce for their names. This was the worst customer service I have experienced. I work in customer service and the way Daniel Openly talked about a customer right in front of them is so unacceptable. He seemed to be training Dulce because she handed everything over to him, if he is not training new employees to have respect for customer. Daniel also had a broken finger on his left hand if this helps to point him out to hold the correct person accountable. read more

I got some food for my family from here today (04/27/20) at 1:33PM to go (obviously, because of the covid-19 situation). When I got home I found both Big Macs where sloppily put together with meat patties halfway out of the bun. They were so messy we felt compelled to rebuild them, which begs the question "why am I doing something that somebody was paid to do?" Next, the french fries were so cold I could place them on my forehead to cool down during this heatwave. They shouldn't have been cold considering I live a 3 minute drive away from this place. And lastly, this is the second time I have been given the wrong sauces with my McNuggets. I asked for Ranch and Buffalo Sauce and received "BBQ" and "Sweet And Sour" instead. I was so disappointed that I was going to drive back to exchange the sauces for the ones I asked for, but when I checked on the receipt they had marked "BBQ". Not even the receipt was correct. As much as we should appreciate food workers during this pandemic crisis, the workers should also be doing their jobs correctly. It almost feels like they are taking advantage of the situation to do their jobs incorrectly since we can only order "take-out" or "drive-thru" and can't accurately check the bags until we unpack the food at home. And if you're asking why we aren't checking/unpacking our food as soon as we receive it: There is a level of trust that goes with food businesses that should be met, especially with a name as powerful as McDonald's. They are however, failing. I will be trying out another McDonald's next time because of these recent experiences. read more
