Mobile order packaged and prepared well
    Taura G.

We ordered on the app. Arrived 10 mins later and the order was ready. When I walked in I let them know that I was picking up a mobile order. They asked me the name, and said that it was ready. Sandwich was prepared well and tasted consistently good. My Husband says he has never had a bad Jersey Mike's Sandwich, which speaks volumes. Bread, meat, veggies and spreads were all perfectly put together. Great mobile ordering app. Good customer service.

    Supposedly a mini BLT.

I ordered online. Time for pick up was 12:26pm. I timed my 30 minute lunch based on the pick up time. My sandwich wasn't done until 12:41pm. But it was busy. So I understood and waited. I got my sandwich and left because my lunch break was almost done and mind you, I haven't eaten yet. I opened the wrapper of my sandwich to find, only bacon , mayo, oil, and bread. As the lady wrapped my sandwich, she failed to put some of the lettuce into my sandwich, or she did and it was falling out. There were little pieces of tomatoes. I've never ever had problems before with this location. I couldn't bring it back because I was already back at work. I literally only had 5 minutes to eat. This was not a good sandwich. Don't mean to bash, but this was unacceptable. I would like a refund but.... Not sure if that's even possible. $11 bucks for a not so good sandwich.

The food was awesome, the manager was awesome. 3 stars for the interaction with the no name female with glasses who made my sandwich. Place was nice and clean :) I visited Jersey Mike's, and unfortunately, the fountain machine was broken. When I asked Rosemary a simple question about whether they would honor the price for a bottled drink since the fountain drink option was unavailable, she repeatedly told me I didn't have to buy a combo with a drink. Instead of answering my question directly, she became upset and gave me attitude. Thankfully, Evan, the manager, came in, and after I showed him my Elite Yelper offer, he stepped in and saved the day. The sandwich was great, and Evan made my experience excellent. As for Rosemary (or, as she mentioned, she had no name when I asked), she is a young female employee in her early 20s with glasses, and her customer service was terrible. There's no need to judge customers or assume they can't buy a bottled drink just because the machine is broken. A little honesty and politeness can go a long way. No need to be sassy, give attitude, or suggest customers not buy anything at all. Jersey Mike's has the best sandwiches, hands-down:) #yelpcommunity #Foodie #Sandwiches

Just want to say thanks to the staff here. They always have my order ready. They do a great job and the sandwiches are good and made fresh.

#42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak I asked for no onion, had to pick them out since order was wrong

This location is always so busy. It never feels like the workers are truly listening your order, they are always multitasking. It feels they prioritize online orders over those in person. Doesn't feel welcoming. Waited close to 20 minutes today for my order- one cold and one hot sub. Once I paid for and received my first sub, I stood to the side of the register. The worker asked me to take a seat, I would be called when my hot sub was ready. I couldn't enjoy the hot sub, I asked for no onions. I had to pick them all out since the order was wrong. I say it every time, not going to this location again.

"Eat Crispy Burger," was this establishments name, which seemed a little comical, yet inviting. I ordered the OG burger x2 because of a great deal they had, plus some kids sliders and their restaurant loaded fries as well as onion rings. Upon delivery, I noticed a rather large, a well branded paper bag. My hopes were rising, however; in retrospect I have been fooled before by propaganda of this sort in the past. I opened the bag and revealed what looked like paper clamshell containers , all neatly separated. The OG burgers at first glance seemed compact and thought I got ripped off. The deal was buy one get one free, which made sense to me at that moment. I was wrong. It looked compact because this was pure concentrated burger, no gimmicks with the bun. It was main plot character energy right here. Bite after bite, I thought i was in heaven. The loaded fries with thousand island dressing gave me socal burger vibes. The sliders were well loved by my overly critical offspring. Consider this folks, they are on a self regulated diet of plan speghetti noodles and Mac and cheese. They all practically inhaled their portions. Thank you ECB, you'll be Recieving orders from us regularly. Thank you for restoring my confidence again in regular uncorporatized burger chains. Oh! One more thing. The burgers aren't the only thing crispy. Those onion rings are crisp to perfection. Whatever it is you're doing. Keep doing it. I've got no pictures to show for it. And rightfully so, there's nothing left to take a picture of.

The Jolly Spaghetti was the highlight for me. I've never had anything like it before. The sweet and savory flavor with pieces of hot dog throughout was so unique and surprisingly delicious. The Chickenjoy was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I tried one original and one spicy, and both were amazing dipped in the extra gravy. The Peach Mango Pie came out warm and fresh with a crispy crust and delicious filling. The drive thru wait was about 30 to 45 minutes, but it was completely worth it for fresh, hot food. The person working the drive thru was friendly and very apologetic about the wait, which was appreciated. The space is smaller but has both indoor and outdoor seating options. I can see why Jollibee has such a following. The unique flavors and fresh food make it worth the wait, and I'll definitely be back to try more items from the menu.

Even as a loyal customer and maybe just showing my age, I didn't enjoy the experience. The service wasn't as friendly or "jolly" as I've come to expect. I understand it was the last Sunday of Comic-Con and extremely busy, but that's also when I'd expect a business to be at its best and capitalize on one of the busiest weekends of the year. When I saw piles of cooked chicken and fries sitting under the heat lamps, I was immediately concerned that my meal wouldn't be fresh and unfortunately, I was right. The chicken and fries were cold, with only the rice being hot. Both the dining room and drive-thru were packed, and the cleanliness suffered. The bathrooms, along with the inside and outside dining areas, needed much more attention. I'm giving 4 stars based on years of loyalty because I know this location can do better. But I was honestly embarrassed bringing a group of friends for the first visit here after Comic-Con, and I hope this experience was the exception rather than the new standard.

My wife tricked me into going with her to Walmart to pick up some shit, so I got to pick the spot for lunch and this is what I picked. Got there about 2 PM on Good Friday and there were a few people there but nothing crazy. Got seated right away and ordered drinks, a Pacifico for me, Sprite for the wifey - got them right away. For food, I got a BBQ bacon cheeseburger with tots, wifey got a regular bacon cheeseburger with everything plus fries, and I was curious so I also got the $10 chocolate (fudge) shake. Shake was delivered first. Expectations were high, and I was not disappointed. The shake was served in the metal tin, made with loads of real ice cream, whipped cream, fudge, drizzle of chocolate syrup, and chocolate sprinkles. Honestly not sure what I was thinking when mixing beer with shake, in hindsight I wouldn't do that again... but it was one of the best shakes I've had in a long while. Burgers came out shortly afterwards. Wifey's was cooked perfectly medium, which is an unusual thing for most burger places these days; most of the time when I order a burger medium, it comes out medium well or well done. These were both perfectly medium. Both burgers came out with a generous amount of potato products, more than either of us could hope to stuff down our gullets in one sitting. The food was outstanding. The service was great. The music was too loud for the wife but it was the kind of music that is supposed to be played loud so no points off for that from me. A nice vibe overall. I'll definitely be back.

Gordo's adobada can compare favorably to al pastor anywhere; however, my experience at this "Gordo" location in Gaslamp has been inconsistent compared to Chula Vista and Vegas locations, due to their higher volume. The smaller space also has less seating, which is a bummer if you are coming here on a busy comic con day. The adobada here, though, is the taco to get. Consider yourself lucky if you get a nice portion of crispy and burnt bits as they offer nice textural bites. Their sauces/salsas are also equally good, and it sets it above and beyond another taquero from Tijuana, Tacos El Franc. Don't shy away from their asada tacos either, as the meat has a nice kiss of charcoal and it's topped with a generous portion of guac. I don't love that prices have gone up to almost $5/taco; however, I'll gladly pay it if they can give me my favorite taco.
