We asked after 20 min. if there was an issue with our order. We were told it would be next. At this point we were the only people in the dining area. No one else had come inside in more than 15 minutes. When we received our food it was terrible. Everything was room temp or cold. Room temp chicken, cold toast, lukewarm gravy, cold fries, & undercooked and cold onion rings. Since there wasn't anyone at the counter to talk to we put most of our food in the trash and left. Super disappointing for a place we would actually like to come to regularly but it's a waste to spend money on food to get it cold after a ridiculously long wait.

It is reminiscent of a SF Mission district style burrito, since it's thick and intimidatingly large. No juice. No flavor. The patty was not hot and tasted as if it were sitting in a warmer for 30 minutes before we came in. The burger came with fries (which we all agreed were the best part of our meals) and it cost $16. NO MILKSHAKES OFFERED, which given the theme of the restaurant is just a horrible oversight. The Street tacos are just fine. Small, but as simple as they should be with just the white onions, cilantro, and accompanying lime wedge. Extra appreciate that they're only $3/each. That's all I've tried so far, but will be a regular visitor for the burrito alone. Their 'dining area' leaves a lot to be desired, but I appreciate that they have a covered area to order and wait in the winter months. Service has been good. The hot sauces are great as well.
