I'm only giving it 1 star because it's the lowest rating I can do. This place is a disaster. 7 employees working last night, and 4 of them were sitting at the tables. I downloaded yelp again just to write this review. They never respond to me in the actual drive thru. When they do, I'll say something and then they pretty much ignore it. Today, for example, I came through with a MOBILE ORDER, and the guy on the headset said "Order when you're ready" and I let him know I had a mobile order. He literally never responded. I'm not exaggerating when I say I was sitting there for 5 minutes. It was only me in the line at that point. I even said hello a couple times too. Then someone pulled up to the other lane and I heard the same guy tell him to order when he was ready. Don't know if it's a problem with the actual drive through, but this happens any time I come. It's just getting old. Please get that fixed for everyone's sake. read more

So I had the pleasure of taking my friend to the airport this morning and he says he would like breakfast... the most import meal of the day of course. Stopped here before the lunch rush (before it got busy) they took my order down correctly but forgot half my order at the window. When I went back to get the rest of the food I paid for they gave me the run around trying to make me pay again even though I had my receipt in hand. I ordered the buttermilk chicken meal (wanting no tomato) with large fries and a coke, as well as 10 pieces of chicken tenders. I got the chicken sandwich, but there was tomato's on it and the fries were not large, they were a small. The coke was no where near what I asked for, I got a strawberry milkshake. As for the chicken tenders I got 10 chicken nuggets. I am very dissatisfied with how my order turned out. I have never been this upset by any delivery order. read more

I'd like to give this location NO stars, but it's not an option. I went thru the drive-thru at this location and ordered an "egg mcmuffin" for my 10 yr-old. After my son took two bites out of the sandwich, he noticed it didn't taste as it should. Upon inspecting the sandwich, I noticed it was simply a fried egg on a English muffin. There was no meat nor cheese. I looked at the receipt to see that it had been rung up as a Sausage mcmuffin, minus sausage and minus cheese. I turned around and drove back to the store and sent my son in with the receipt and sandwich. He returned to the car saying that the manager would not replace the sandwich bc he had bitten into it. I had to leave my children in the car and go in. The manager, Angie, told me that she didn't understand why he would bite into the sandwich if it was made incorrectly. I insisted that I shouldn't have to inspect the food prior to biting into it and asked for a new sandwich. She asked a worker to remake the sandwich and then muttered loudly, "some people just don't know how to order." I waited eight minutes for the new sandwich. During this time, I heard her have a verbal exchange with a drive-thru worker inwhich he stated, "I was high then. Not now." Unacceptable customer service! This place is AWFUL! The food has never really been fresh except my breakfast but tonight a line was crossed beyond!!!! The employees forgot stuff for my mobile order so they went back in to grab what was missed. When they got to my car the female employee was rude and had an attitude so I simply asked if I could speak to a manager. The employee said she would go get the manager... after waiting for 5 minutes I decided I should just go inside. When I got out of the car the drive through person made a comment about me now walking inside which was whatever. When I got inside I asked the girl at the counter if I could speak to a manager and she just sat there staring at me so after about 20 seconds I once again asked to speak to a manager. The employee stared at me not saying anything so I just stared back and finally she said "oh the manager is coming" then proceeded to say "YOUR JUST UGLY BECAUSE YOU ARE WHITE" when the manager came around she was not willing to make things right or apologize for her employees. Don't even bother with the Mc flurry's I paid extra for both of my Mc flurry's to have extra Oreos in them I could tell just by looking at them they didn't. the guy who handed it to me said that they did. I dug and a half away and there wasn't even any halfway down so I asked if I could have extra since that's what I paid for. the manager took back both of the Mc flurry's and just dumped a bunch of Oreo stuff on top and just let them sit on the counter to act like he did more, but I got them back and of course not mixed at all but it wasn't even worth it to say something AGAIN read more

One of the worst places I have ever visited. The order taker skipped me 4 times, 2 lane ordering system, told me to hold on, I had to back up and go to the other kiosk to order. I waited there, and was skipped 2 more times, and the greeting was awful, no active listening. The kiosks that were installed last year in the inside for self service has not improved this location experience, it has made the real people who work there lazier than ever. They need to close it down. No professionalism from the manager on duty ither, she never even apologized, but asked me if I wanted to order something. I said no, I want the owner's name and number. Went there wth my family and waited in the drive threw for thirty minutes for them to take the car in the next lane who was only there for five minutes.
