I do not frequent this location nor have I had breakfast at any McDonald's in years, but I wanted to say that I was pleasantly surprised to not have any issues. The order taker was pleasant - she spoke clearly and with a friendly tone. I might even say she had a happy voice! Chipper morning to ya! lol I used the mobile app to pre-order and had customized a breakfast sandwich (no cheese)! I also got a meal with their new (new-to-me) caramel macchiato. The coffee was good & hot - not too hot to drink right away. The cup and the hash brown had a Monopoly game piece - cool. My hubby is collecting them! Hope we win! lol My order was accurate and made upon my arrival to the drive-thru (after check-in). And, I did not wait more than a few minutes for the entire order once I drove up to the second window. The truck and car ahead of me had an even shorter wait at the window. I was a little hesitant based on the 1-star reviews (one as recent as 7 days ago) ... way down from the 5-star review from 7 years ago! Wow. TBH, I should give them that extra star for maintaining the ONLY indoor playground remaining in Clarksville among all the McDonald's and other fast food restaurants (like one known for their chicken)! We did not get to go inside this morning, but we will be back and with friends to enjoy their play area. Once again this McDonald's has disappointed me. The lady on the speaker was yelling at coworkers while I could still hear her and then got my order wrong 6 times before writing it down correctly. After that absolute mess I get to the window and sat their for 14 minutes before food was given to me. I finally got home and opened my food in which they gave me no onions and no pickles when I asked for extra onions and extra pickles. And They BURNT the buns. Whoever the manager is for this place needs to get their employees back in check and learn how to run an establishment. This location has nasty food and bad customer service! There was an employee laying down in the store! The food tasted like it was a few days old. The bread was dry and hard. And the meat was cold. Just as bad as the other McDonald's in Clarksville. Never fast and order always incorrect. Just ordered cheeseburger with ketchup and cheese only, the spicy chicken deluxe, and a sprite. Cheeseburger had everything on it, did not get the spicy deluxe as it only had pickles on it, and they tried giving me a hi-c. On top of that I had to pull over and wait for my food for a while. Would be nice if there was just one McDonald's in Clarksville that was relatively quick and give you what you ordered. read more

The indoor play area is safe, large, clean, has a restroom inside with a changing table, and had emergency exits only. The only thing it doesn't have is an electrical socket lol. How do you give a location zero stars. We live fairly close but when I was pregnant and wanted fries and a chocolate shake, I figured McDonald's can't do no wrong! We'll I was wrong, this location is absolutely horrible. If you order via Postmates/Uber eats, they always get the order wrong, they fail to inform the pick up driver of any missing items and seal the bag so the driver can't verify. They always add what I have chosen to remove, or when certain items are out of stock they just put in the bag whatever it seems like and fail to tell anyone they did it. I have had to come into the location multiple times to retrieve missing items. I wish this place would either close down or come under new management because so far over the last year everytime we have given them a chance they have always messed something up. From cold food, missing items to rude employees. One lady, yelled at my husband because he has asked for a certain drink which came out flat, and when asked for a new drink , he was confronted by the women throwing the drink in the trash, laughing. Some of the individuals who work here are not nice and are not a good representation of who should be in that position. Hire new people, improve production quality. Don't order from here if you are expecting quality food, make the extra couple miles down to the riverside location. Not worth it at the Madison location. read more

Disgusting. They served me a hamburger that was RAW inside. Not just pink, but red and bloody. I took it back and the manager said "Oh lord, not again." She stated that they had been having a lot of problems with red meat being served way undercooked. Needless to say, I left a message for the health inspector. I am so disappointed with this location. The staff there other than the wonderful woman who works in the early morning taking your order and your payment, is horrible. There is absolutely no consistency at this McDonald's. I have received my order wrong from this location 4 times in 3 weeks. I stopped here every morning for coffee and a diet Coke, no food. When you can't get coffee and diet Coke right you may have a problem. Today I took my family through the drive-through to get a snack and some drinks while we were out shopping. Two drinks were wrong, so we told the manager who was kindly disrespectful. He had a very even-keeled way of telling you that you were wrong, and an excuse for everything. I can't wait to contact the owner of this location let them know that their staff is not living up to the expectations that customers of one of the largest and oldest franchises in the United States expect. I'm a restaurant owner myself, and believe me, if one of my customers come in and tell me they got a product that was perfectly prepared 2 days ago, and then they got this product today I would definitely not tell them that they were wrong. This has to be the most inefficient McDonald's on the face of the earth. The service is horrible, from the drive thru,where people can't even make change without using the cell phones to do so !!!! The service was good. There was a good sized play place available. Up to date location with the newer renovation. I don't have any complaints and have no problem returning to this location as long as my health and conscience permit me to. It seems like every time I go here, they mess something up. That have forgotten food out of my order, I should have checked before I left, and the wait time is longer than it should be. During my last visit, I got some salads that had a "use thru" time a few hours later than when I bought it. I tried to call the number listed but got no answer. I called another McDonalds and asked a woman about what the "use thru" time meant. She explained that they were not allowed to sell items after that time. When I went to return my food, I saw them give another costumer a salad with the "use thru" sticker face down. That's how mine were put in my bag, face down. I feel like this is a management issue. I believe that they tell their employees to cut corners in order to save money but it really hurts the quality of this particular establishment.
