Really bad customer service employees don't even know the menu of what they are promoting!!

Went through the drive through after a long day and waited about 10 min in line just for them to get my order wrong. I typically don't mind these small errors but unfortunately they gave me attitude when I tried recalling their mistake after I got back in line. This was probably one of the most disappointing service experiences with a McDonalds franchise. It does appear to be a new building (as a good point) however it seems that management needs to develop some new training practices. The service: I ordered a meal with a sweet tea beverage, and a spicy chicken sandwich. After paying she handed me my change and a beverage cup. I asked if there was sweet tea at the beverage dispenser and she told me it was behind their counter. I asked,"why did you give me a cup if the dispenser is behind the counter?" She told me she thought I ordered another drink. (Why one would order two drinks with one meal?... I dunno). I would later ask for change but she told me I needed to come back because she needed someone's help?... So after my meal I had to go up to the counter when who I presume was the manager shower her the proper way to refund a customer. No apology, no acknowledgement, just handed me my refund. The facility: In complete disarray. The beverage/ketchup dispenser area was a wreck. I even overheard a parent comment and say to his child,"I guess McDonald's was a bit dirty today." There were no napkins, counter was wet. The table I sat on was dirty from a previous customer, and it appeared others were too. Floors were dirty and needed attention. One would think the trashcans would be over flowing but were actually taken care of. The food: Was actually great, good McDonald's quality. read more

Worst drive thru ever!!! Waited around 15 min just to get an ice coffee. If you are willing to waist more than 15 min ordering only one thing, go for it!!! You are on the right place!!! Terrible service. Ordered a couple of pies and a coffee. The coffee was just above the half of the cup. I asked them to top it off and they said I needed to go over and park. Topping off coffee shouldn't take more than 30 seconds. Keep in mind, this was during a very slow time. Two cars behind me only. If I could give zero stars I would. Overall it was okay. I bought some fries, chicken nuggets, mc flurry and a soft serve ice cream cone. In the end my order was great no complaints there. My only complaint is that the cashier who took my order wrote down my name as Elena and when they were calling me I didn't realize after a while I went up and asked if the order was what I had ordered and yes it was my order. This coachella location is The Most Dirtiest location i have ever been to. Upon arrival there was a coffee or shake spilled right infront of the counter where one had to step arround It looked as if it had been there so long it was starting to dry up and all they did was place a yellow cone over it. There was trash everywhere the soda area was filthy! straws and dirty napkins everywhere, the ketchup dispenser had a sign that was hand written "out of order" ALL of the tables were dirty the trash cans over flowing.. Worst of all, the small refrigerator that stores and displays the kids milk and apples was left open the whole time. every employee i saw would just walk by and not even nottice it. The so called manager was texting while someone was trying to place an order.i coulnt not stand it No longer disgusted and angry i approched the counter to ask for a manager surprisingly it was the woman texting while taking that order. I told her this place is the worst Mc donald i have ever been to i explained everthing thing i seen and all she could say was" im sorry" . MAJOR LAWSUITS AWAIT THIS LOCATION. Owner needs to address this issue ASAP! I was so disgusted i refused to eat my dinner. At first I was discouraged by the awful reviews. You can't expect much from a 1.5 star restaurant even if it is a McDonald's, but to my surprise, I was treated to a delicious meal. The location is convenient and the building is modern looking. A very nice drive thru. The food was great. There was no hair, nails or other bodily items anywhere to be found. Don't believe the slander. They are actively trying to destroy this establishment, and I will not allow that to happen. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely be returning. read more

This place sucks! We pulled up to the drive thru and didn't get our order taken until we backed up and went back in. The lady said to pull up to the first window and we ended up waiting there for a couple minutes, she probably meant window #2. So we drive to the second window and end up waiting a couple more minutes with no sign of her; we went back to the first and still nothing. We decided to go to the second window and she showed up, charged us and before she gave us our stuff, another employee walks up to the window and asks her what she wants to eat and if she had her card. How unprofessional can you be, there is a car in your drive thru. You can't just walk up in front of it for your personal business. She didn't apologize or anything, just stood there waiting. I usually never come to this McDonalds since it's always so busy, but today I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle with a mango pineapple smoothie in drive thru. By the time I paid and got to the window for my food they already had the mango pineapple smoothie and it was like water. A smoothie "a thick, smooth drink of fresh fruit," but that wasn't what the texture was. Secondly I got home and opened my McGriddle and only had the buns and the sausage no egg and no cheese, I clearly ordered the Sausage Egg & Cheese McGriddle. I know it's busy and drive thru is supposed to be fast but double checking orders can stop the people in the window from messing up. Terrible!!! The place is obviously ran by teenagers! As I pulled up to the ordering system I was able to hear their entire conversation! They did not realize I was there! As I was putting in my order I could still hear the ranting/gossip in the background! When I pulled up to get my food there were employees who were just "hanging out" talking to their friends NOT their customers! These two employees were two females one wearing a blue button up and the other a burgundy one...as I took my food (and almost drove off) I noticed I was missing two items! Fairly new McDonald's in town. I love that they're open 24 hours. The lay out of the building is a bit awkward since the drive thru goes literally around the building making it abit difficult to go through the main entrance, especially when you have your children and you have to cross the lane and dodge cars. This place is very drive thru oriented, the lobby is a decent size but no play ground for the kids. read more
