This is a quite little eatery that has a wide variety of choices. We came on a Saturday morning and they had breakfast only Saturday mornings do they have breakfast. I had the breakfast burrito and it's made with their homemade sausage, eggs, potatoes, cheese, and a cup of fruit. The homemade sausage was tasty. The eggs were fluffy. I just wish the potatoes were more crispy. We also got the skillet plate with two sunny side up eggs those were sautéed peppers onions potatoes, sausage, and the egg on top delicious. We decided to try this place with friends after seeing all the 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, at noon on a Friday they were out of the two meals we came to try (stuffed chicken and the pot roast). After the disappointment I decided to try the brisket and my man had a 22 bite burger. We both liked our meal ok, just disappointed that they didn't have the two plates we came for. We also ordered the salad to share, the dressing was a sweet strawberry type smoothie, thankfully it was on the side, so we ate the salad without dressing. Friendly service was a plus. read more

This review is difficult. The staff are SO kind and helpful. The restaurant is clean and even has a cute little area for littles to be occupied. But the food that's where it fell off for me. The menu is a hodgepodge of options and since it was a hot day we opted for salads. Looking back at that photo of the featured grilled shrimp salad. That must have been a full salad as a half size to me more like a side salad size. And the strawberry dressing is SO sweet. Which paired with the pulled chicken aren't friends. Daughter found this on Yelp with high reviews so we came and give it a try. I am all about family business and make everything from scratch but food we ordered was not good. This is a walk up to the front counter and order. Then self seating. Ordered smoked beef brisket plate with mashed potatoes and full salad with shrimp. Beef brisket does not have the smokey look nor the taste. It was kinda disappointing. It felt like it was oven baked. I don't think we'll be coming back for this. Salad was just okay. I live very close to this place I had not been by for some reason or another. Came here today with another couple of friends and the four of us enjoyed our very wonderful meal! It is small, quaint with an eclectic menu of a lot of really comfort foods. Everyone in our party enjoyed our meals, including a lamb burger, shrimp, burrito , Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and the roast beef meal. From the reviews, I am fairly certain that the woman that served us and took her orders was one of the owners and she was absolutely delightful. We got there at 11:30 and there were only six of us at the time but towards noon time things really took off! We all enjoyed our meals and absolutely have other things that we want to go back to try. Amazing eatery! They have such a vast, diverse menu that you're pretty likely to find something that piques your interest and that you'll enjoy. I got the shrimp burrito and it was delicious! It was honestly one of the best dishes I've ever eaten. There wasn't that strong of a shrimp flavor or perhaps there was but the other amazing flavors drowned it out. Each bite was a moment of bliss. Since it was at the perfect hot temperature, there were amazing cheesy string pulls. What's more is that the peppers, onions, and garlic really sent me to flavor town. The rice was also cooked well and wasn't too dry or watery. I ate the whole thing and it was extremely feeling. The water was super crisp and fresh tasting which is always a major plus. Service was excellent. They seem to have a steady flow of regulars while we were there so that was great to see.
