The orders are placed on a shelf by the door and food that have been sitting there can be taken by anyone. Supposedly, we were told that it wasn't the first time it's happened. That is has been happening lately that people have been grabbing food either by mistake or taking them. Why now are they doing anything about it? Why didn't they fix that issue when it happened the first time? This is the first time I've ever seen any food spot place togo orders by the door that way. I'm not sure if it's laziness or that's more efficient and quicker for them to get rid of the order. That's a huge problem right there. Anyone can take food by mistake or just plain steal them. This place is small. The staff should have delivery personnel come up to the register and ask for the orders. It's not that hard. All orders should be behind the counter. Apparently a delivery guy came in there and grabbed an order then proceeded to take our bag as well. It's a logistics issue that shouldn't even be a concern. They did fix the problem but we had to wait for them to remake everything all over again so we had to wait again. We the customers had to ask them to accommodate us and have them solve their problems. The staff are young people. They were nice about it but I suggest better service and be more attentive and quick. It was an $80+ order and the food was alright. Expensive and was mediocre. Need more flavor on most and the position could be better. Overall, they did fix the issue, but this place needs to do better.
