they messed up my sandwiches for the fifth time. I sat there for over 20 minutes to get my sandwiches i asked for extra mac sauce, these people have terrible service, learn how to read. no one is answering the phone, this is pathetic and terrible service people. I want a refund, a full refund at that, i should not have to come home from a long shift at work, and have no food to eat because people can't do their jobs correctly. I visited this location today approximately 4pm today. It appears that whole staff changed over the last few months. The location appeared to be clean. I ordered the Quarter Pounder Deluxe located in the photo. The meat patty appeared to be old, bun burnt and the sandwich didn't come close to being dressed as advertised. The staff needs to take more time to serve descent food instead holding conversation in Spanish. It appears that management only have been hiring latinos. read more

Sorry to say we did not have a happy meal experience at this location on 2.2.23 at 11:30 am. First, the person taking our order seemed very happy to the extent that my son even told me that "...he must hate his job"'. Second, the odor coming from the men's bathroom was very overpowering. Wonderful young man with glasses who was doing the cleaning at the entrance and wiping tables gave us the most professional and polite greeting, "hello ma'am and sir" with a nod. Best McD's experience bc of that. Like a way to treat customers that just doesn't happen anymore. Delightful, thank you young man for being so courteous. read more

Fanciest McDonald's I've ever been in haha, they even had a light up table in the playroom area that changes color. Also if you're somehow a huge, McDonald's fan they've got one of those big chairs on their lawns that make you look really small. Also this McDonald's is super clean, it looks new! We ordered using a large touch screen display. For the "stay" option they offered table service which I've never seen before. But I also haven't been to a McDonald's in years. You have to pick up a table number stand at the sides of the machine, and input the number when the ordering machine prompts you to do so. Also remember to place the number stand on your table, so they know who to give the food to. Although they get lots of points on their physical fast food place, we were a bit disappointed. We got chicken nuggets, and a fish burger. The fish burger was cold. So we went back up to the counter where they replaced it. So if you're taking a road trip, it's an okay spot for a low budget bite. read more

This used to be where we would always stop on our way for a camping trip. Head in, order, sit outside with the dogs and have breakfast before continuing on. No more! If I go through the drive through, they usually get the order wrong. Lately, going inside, I am just completely ignored. Stopped for some lunch today, one person in front of me at the register. They were served, then the employee walked away. Over 10 minutes, and no one ever acknowledged I was there. They saw me, even walked by, but would quickly look away. Finally gave up and left. Ended up with a much better and cheaper lunch anyway. This place should go out of business. read more

Yuck! Dirty restaurant. Had to use the restroom; not very restful. Scared to try the food. Service was horrible too, stood there and watched the employee wipe off trays then nonchalantly looked up at me and said "Did I take your order yet?" So, my McBlizzard was even "blizzard-Ed". Stopped here after camping a night nearby. It was after breakfast time, so we were gonna order something light, but got hit with a nice "we only have burgers." We couldn't tell if he was kidding...but they "didn't have" chicken sandwiches, nuggets, coffee, or literally anything. If you don't want to do your job, you shouldn't have one. Also, if they actually only did have burgers, they need new management to help with inventory etc. Just go to the gas station next door. read more

I like this Micky D. It's extremely clean. The seating looks very comfortable and the staff is very professional. I did not see the free wifi as mentioned below but I was happy with my att wifi that's available. There was a pretty nice table that can accomodate a party of eight. Plenty of sunshine. The bathroom is located near the side entrance in a separate seating area, which means you can go use their facilities without putting up with judgmental looks from the staff at the counter. But why freeload bathrooms? That makes you a bad person. Buy something. As a food connoiseur I highly recommend #1. Get that supersized. read more

Literally one of the BEST McDonald's I've ever been at. This one employee with a sick mustache is one of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have even thought of yelp. He made my experience here extremely pleasant. The only thing I was dissatisfied was how this one boy cleans the tables... He sprays, circles the table once and then leaves the tables to air dry. I won't give a name, but it starts with an M. Wax on wax off my boy, keep wiping that table will its dry!!! read more

This is the pic of the restaurant where we had a very rude experience of customer service from the manager. We got our food and about to sit and eat and of course looked for a CLEAN table. But all of them are dirty. So, I approached the counter and so happened the manager was there and asked him if I can have someone to wiped the table and he said " just changed and choose another table as there lots of tables to choose from." I told him instead of correcting what's wrong, you told me to just changed tables?. He said he too busy. Horrible customer service specially from a manger. Floor is sticky and dirty too! One of the BEST McDonalds I have been to by far! My friends and I were greeted by an employee once we entered the door. The cashier was also super friendly. Service was quick and the entire place was clean and festive. There was a nice Christmas tree set up and most of the workers were wearing Santa hats and reindeer ears which I thought was super cute. 5 stars for being my favorite McDonalds yet and I've been to wayyyy too many. read more
