The email confirmation was at 6:28 PM on Sunday, Aug 23 with a delivery time estimate of 6:50-7:09pm. The location of the restaurant is half a mile away. DoorDash sent someone within 15 minutes to go pick the order up. When the delivery person got there, they waited 15 minutes and had to leave for another order, then another DoorDash delivery driver arrived waited 15 minutes and had to leave, then a third DoorDash delivery driver arrived and was told it was gonna be 20 minutes so they had to leave then a fourth Driver and then a fifth Driver. No joke. When the fifth Driver was there I personally called Ted's explaining the situation and to ask if there was an issue with my baked potato and chili. Whoever I spoke with didn't even know there had been 5 doordash drivers waiting for the order or that anybody was waiting for the order. Meanwhile, he goes back to check in the kitchen and it's sitting there waiting to be picked up in the window. I received my order at 8:02PM. The driver sent photos of the restaurant and kitchen staff to show it wasn't even busy - be aware.
