Well, it's been another three months so the prices have increased. Sad thing is that the quality of the food hasn't gotten any better and come in some cases, it's worse. The buns seem to be stellar, the neat is dryer, the portions are smaller, even the wrapping is cheaper. I used to enjoy the big Mac, but I haven't bought one in a couple years. I took my grand baby here, she found the nastiest most disgusting thing in her poorly made McChicken it was a BONE!!! I can't believe they slathered the Chicken and didn't even check the patty for bones and fed it to my grand baby! The one star rating is actually a review of my behavior. Every time I go to McDonald's, I promise myself that I'll never go back, and when I do, I feel ashamed. It happened again last night. I placed an order thru the mobile order app for a coffee, I do it all the time. When I got thru the drive thru I placed another order for more food that I forgot. When I let the woman taking my order know I had a mobile order also she seemed so confused. when I got to the window it took a minute for her to figure out & then she told me "it would be easier if you would've just ordered that at the window. thank you." and started taking another order on her headset. I hadn't even paid for the order I made at the menu in the drive thru. She gave me attitude for no reason. I think she was even training a new hire so I'm guessing she is a long time staff or a manager which is sad. her name tag said jenny. also my order was wrong. wouldn't go here for breakfast lol. read more

This whole experience this morning was terrible. Honestly a little more communication and understanding would have gone a long way. I didn't even get my food and the staff made everything way more chaotic and stressful I can only imagine the inside service and hope it's better than the drive through . I won't take a ton of time here, we all know what a McDonalds is. This one is newly remodeled, looks great, clean, has Wi-Fi and a TV if you dig that sort of thing for lunch. Why five stars? Because it's simply the best visit to a McDonalds I've ever had in my thirty two years of life. I'm not a fan of McDonalds at all, but I was in a hurry and needed a quick bite. It was busy, the lady behind the counter asked me for my name when my order was ready. After she asked me my name she repeated it "When your order is ready we'll call your name, Tim" she said with a smile. They called my name and when I picked up my food, although she was with someone else, she looked at me in my eyes and without any hint of sarcasm said "I hope to see you again soon, Tim." Seriously? "I hope to see you again soon, Tim." She remembered my name five minutes after taking it and uttered that phrase. How many people do you meet on business or out with friends who don't remember your name thirty seconds after they ask? She did, even amongst all the other customers, and had the nerve to say "I hope to see you again soon." Five stars for stellar service above and beyond what any manager of a fast food joint should ever expect an employee to ever give. read more

It's still a McDonald's... but at least it's clean now! And as for customer service, I'm guessing someone came on board with a little higher standard than they previously had. Had to laugh... the last time we went through their driveup, out BAG was hanging out the second window before we drove up to it. Yup - they still do it all for you. I do not know what the other reviewer is referring to because I prefer this McDonald's over the other one in town specifically due to their customer service. They have always been cheerful friendly and nice. The food is consistently good and they have never forgotten anything like napkins. When I have gone inside it was and is clean. read more

Of all the McDonalds in coos county this is the best. Food, seating and service is the best. I love the modern layout of the joint and the conditions are that such I would take my children. When I went I paied close attention to the cleaning procedures of highchairs and found they take time to sanitize correctly. read more

This McDonalds is ALWAYS clean, fast, efficient, and friendly. I have family that lives in Coos Bay, so I visit often. During my trip we always end up at McDonalds at least once or twice.
