Let me tell you about my experience at this McDonald's. I have a pluming business and I feed my workers lunch everyday. I Can here about 2 weeks ago and order about 12 Mc chickens and McDoubles. We were short 2 McDoubles short so I went back to tell them. I was helped by the rudest employee telling me she out everything in the bag. I spoke to the manager on duty and he was able to help me. Fast forward 2 weeks later. I place a similar order for lunch and like the usual they tell you to park and wait for your food. The service was terrible. The person on the intercom was pushy and annoyed at any questions asked about their new bacon and ranch mcCrispy. Got to the payment window and the person held his hand out for my card and swiped. Gave me my total and shut the window. The person at the 2nd window didn't say hello. Anyway, I waited. I get to the window and they charge me a different price so I let them know I'm picking up online (I had already advised them at the ordering box). They are confused but eventually find my order. They forget a large fry and give me this attitude like never before. As if I'm the one who forgot to put in fries in a bag. Then the manager screams out "we have no chocolate chip cookies, what else do you want???!" And then walks away, then comes back and rudely repeats "what do you want????!! Cinnamon?" I say No, I want my refund. Then again gives me attitude, gives me my refund, no receipt, doesn't look at me, almost misses my hand with the money, and my ass still says Thank you to her and she doesn't even look at me and walks away. Per the last couple reviews, everyone seems to complain about this night manager as well (no name tag and no receipts ). I just wanted to let you know of the terrible visit that I had at your store this morning. It was the day after Christmas and had a 7 hour drive for holiday travel. I stopped by the location as it was freeway close for easy on-off. I pulled into the parking lot and saw a computer printed note on the front door that the location was temporarily closed. I was quite disappointed as there were numerous McDonalds to choose from and my luck this morning or not luck was to choose your store. I walked back to my car. I was in the handicapped parking but couldn't leave because the garbage truck blocked the lane as it was there to empty out your dumpster. So I had to wait. As luck would have it, an employee came out the rear door. I asked her if she was open and she rudely said, "Yea, we're just going to open now". There was a line to the drive-through so I went inside. I was the 3rd walk in customer. Ceasar, the cashier was working the counter. He screwed up each order he took. He had to call the manager for each order for an "over-ride". Not sure what his problem was. My order was real simple, two #1 egg mcmuffins, meals, large coffee, 4 creams, 4 splenda sugars for eat in. Of course he screwed up that order also and had to get another over-ride. After waiting 20 minutes, we finally got our meal after it sat on a shelf getting cold because no one was pouring the coffee drinks. Four other customers came in, stood in line and then walked out as no one was taking their order. Two other people were in the restaurant that must have ordered remotely, but one order was for sausage biscuit meals but they were out of biscuets. The poor guy who placed this order had some sort of speech disability and became angry when Ceasar told him that they didn't have any biscuits. He didn't understand what Ceaser was saying. The guy obviously had issues and they endd up throwing him out of the restaurant with no food. I finally got my cold breakfast, no splenda, no cream. Had to ask 3 more times for the cream and splenda. He kept on forgetting what I wanted. Ceasar was totally overwhelmed as he lacks training or job knowledge or just totally incompentent, or all 3. This was the worst McDonalds experience that I have ever had. We did the same trip on Thanksgiving weekend. We stopped for breakfast at different McDonalds for the same breakfast. It wasn't quite as bad but the counter help is terrible at best. Took 3 trips to get my hashbrowns as they kept promising them but forgot. Neither visit was at a time when they were very busy. I believe that this is just a sign of the times of not being able to find good people willing to work or a lack of pay for people who can actually perform. I'm sure Ceasar cost you many customers today. The rest of the crew looked stressed and angry at the world. I wasted a total of 40 minutes to get "fast food" breakfast. I have had better and faster service at sit-down restaurants with less headache. At least if I choose a sit down restaurant, I would expect such a delay. We have always picked McDonalds for consistency of food quality and fast food. The last few visits have been very disappointing and a real train wreck today. My fiancé and I went today around 10:45pm through the drive thru, The lady Teresa took our order and was so rude, unprofessional, and you can tell she hates her job! She made remarks and had a horrible attitude! We don't eat here often so we had a question about an menu item and she completely ignored it and had a rude remark back. My fiancé wanted to speak to her and let her know that you don't talk to your customers like that and she honestly seemed as if she had a shitty night or something but you don't take it out on us, you can obviously tell she didn't wanna be there. Young Asian lady taking drive through orders (Rachel) I believe was her name went above and beyond when she didn't have to. I was having issues with my phone after I had already ordered and paid but needed to add an item and she was so patient and graceful with me. It seems nowadays most people don't really care but Rachel genuinely is an amazing young lady. She definitely was a breath of fresh air.
