We came here to pick up a delivery order that was already placed by the customer at midnight (it is listed as open 24/7). We drove up to the mic and a girl asked us if we are using our McDonald's app, it was not an automated greeting. We told her we are picking up for UberEats and she stopped talking to us. No response. Never a time when my order was right. Something is always missing or they forget to give me my sauces. I know this is a 5-star review for Mcdonald's but I'm comparing it as a fast-food restaurant and what I expect from this type of establishment versus a high-end restaurant. The reason that I am giving this particular McDonalds 5 stars is that they have always had a very high accuracy on my special orders and the staff is extremely friendly to me. Except for one of the fat female managers, she just always seems angsty with everyone. The food is always consistently fresh and not something that has been lying around for 5+ minutes. When it comes to cleanliness I usually see someone out sweeping or the bathrooms being worked on. It seems like the bathrooms are always being cleaned. I do not envy the employees of this particular Mcdonald's as there are always a lot of homeless people outside dropping their trash and destroying the bathrooms so I know it's a lot of work for them to keep the place cleaner than most places have to deal with. Overall I will keep coming here because of their consistency and friendly employees. One thing to note is that drive-through times are longer since covid and I suspect it's just like all places that it's just hard to find people. I kind of look forward to places getting staffed appropriately again. read more

This is the worst when it comes to fast food! It is anything but fast! It is the closest location to home and my youngest likes the cheeseburgers, but I hate that I have to wait 30 min or more in the drive thru. The last time I was there, I ordered a medium order of fries, a large drink; thinking it would be quick, and I could get on the road (had an hour drive ahead of me). I sat there for over 30 min and 5 min at the window waiting for fries and a drink. My fries came out first and waited for my drink (how can a drink take longer than fries). I do not know what they are doing at this location and why everything moves so slowly, but this is not the first time I have had to wait a long time in line. Even In and Out is quicker! This is a disgusting McDonald's. I went into use the store and there was no toilet paper. This is totally unacceptable for a restaurant to offer a service and it not be supplied. I told the management and they sent a young man to put the toilet paper in. There was some type of key that he needed to get into the unit so he PUT THE TOILET ROLL ON THE FLOOR!! I don't know how many food safety and health and safety violations are in that, but I guarantee I will never step foot in that McDonald's again. This tells me that if they are so loose with their food safety regulations, they're probably really bad in the kitchen too. Ive had enough of this place. The service is slow but sometimes i can understand coz they're busy. But whats not acceptable is the food handling. Ordered 6 mc chicken & 3fries which i know is a small order & not expensive compared to others but they decided to put all the foods in 1 small paper bag. I checked the food when i got to the car & saw the worst burgers & fries all together. The fries were all smashed by the burger. Some of the fries fell off the white fries bag coz everything was put together like it's trash. Im ok if they put them together but atleast place them nicely . Offered me another fries which wasn't my point when i complain I'm not a person who will complain just for freebies. I even showed it to 2 other customers inside & asked them if the way they prepared my order was acceptable to them which they agreed not. I don't want to be upset coz many will say it's just food. But they should take pride with their job. Food handling is serious when you're in this kind of business and treating the customers order like that is disgusting & inhumane. I am not a devoted Micky D's customer. Their burgers and fries, for instance, are not on my list for "my final meal on earth". I cringe to think of eating that. However, there are a few things that keep me from having a complete melt down in their regards. When I want a quick breakfast on the go, their Sausage and Egg Biscuit is a real temptation. I love the sausage patty, and their flakey biscuit is superior to most every breakfast cafe in my area. The Sausage and Egg Mc Muffin is a close second. And honestly, for a quick and inexpensive coffee, theirs is mild, but really not bad. I oftentimes find myself in the drive-thru picking up a giant diet Coke to appease my thirst. Because they only charge a $1, that is by far the best deal around. And, they always throw in some sliced lemon at my request. My picky taste buds love that combination and thank you. Honestly, there is a whole gamut of employees, some who take pride in what they do, some horrid. I have never had big expectations for customer service here, I just want my food quickly. I'm surprised that the prices are so high though. I could have sworn that McDonald's was cheaper, and the value menu is so small now. That's a bummer because I would go more often if it was cheaper.
