I had ordered a basket of fries with no salt, so I've been in a habit it kind of watching the person that's making the fries and cuz they always say they don't put salt on it but unfortunately I have to come back in and get in order of fries with no salt Usually there's a manager that dyes her hair all kinds of different colors that's so sweet and nice unfortunately she was not there during this particular incident I had ordered a basket of fries which is over $5 which is apparently a large and a medium I watched this red-haired manager kind of making the fries just to see if they're going to put salt on them so I can stop them, she had taken a basket dump the fries in a large fry container and then dumped it in the basket that supposedly supposed to be a basket of rice, then I watched her dump the rest of the fries out of the basket in the fry bin come I said why did you dump all my fries in The salted fried bit? She said I didn't it came from another basket which was not true! I took my large fry which I knew that's what it was and I asked for a fry box and went out to my car put the fries in the fry box and blow and behold it was not even a large fry, now mind you this is over $2 more for a large fry to buy a basket of fries, I went back in and she was already making another basket of fries her excuse was sometimes our baskets are uneven! Very nice and pleasant location. I ordered my food through the app. So there wasn't very much communication once I got inside. My food was cooked correctly but I heard other customers complain because they wanted a refill of their soda but had to wait in line because the maids machine isn't working. Besides that, I will continue to stop here because it is about 1 minute off of the highway and situated on the corner with a stoplight so it's very easy to get to. The only thing I would suggest is ask for the extras you need. Maybe it's just me but I think you should always get at least 1 napkin..... read more

Clean, efficient, typical Mc Donald's just off the interstate. Offers kiosk ordering and delivers to your table, crayons and activity books for kids, television, drive they and usual MD features. Service was friendly - someone checked on us twice during our visit. Tables were clean. They seemed to have an abundance of staff. The food was hot with eggs better than other fast foods. I tried the $2 egg wrap with hash browns which was tasty and better than one I had in a high end restaurant earlier this week. Lots of Dollar menu items. Granddaughter tried the $1 parfait which she ate right up followed by a delicious strawberry shake. Restrooms were not child friendly with high electronic sinks only complaint. One of the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. Arrived around 3:50 and ordered at the Kiosk at 3:54. Just like everyone else's review, we waited, waited, and waited some more. It was at least 15 minutes and we still haven't gotten our food. Then, one of the weirdest things happened, another customer who was waiting, just walked behind the counter and started making their own food. But I pulled into the drive-through was asked what I wanted that's what I thought he said maybe he mumbled I mean like you couldn't understand him at all so I knew I pull up to the first window I paid he mumbled again he did have his mask on which shouldn't of made a difference. This location appears to have been recently remodeled inside and out. The women's restrooms were adequately clean, but I heard the men's were filthy. The restaurant also seemed decently clean overall. Customers were upset that they were out of Sweet Tea. We ordered a coffee, fry, and happy meal. It had to have taken at least 15 minutes. It appeared one worker would get one small component of the meal, walk away, and then 5 minutes later someone else would do another part. People weren't served in order of their order placed either, which I don't understand. Someone with a much larger order that placed after us, got their food first. They were out of all happy meal toys but one. The fries were so cold and stale (from sitting so long) that we asked for new ones. They gladly gave us a new Large hot and fresh. Why wasn't it like that to start?! The new fries had a taste like old fryer oil. We threw them away. Overall. Eh. It's a McDonalds. You usually stop when traveling for a quick, cheap bite. Had an early morning run to the airport. Stopped at the drive thru to get coffee (this location is open 24 hours, mind you). I pay for my order at the 1st window, then wait. And wait. And wait. Then wait some more. Then the staffer tells me they are out of coffee and had to make a fresh pot, so I'd have to wait. Where to begin? Let's start with the absolute chaos that is their ill-conceived dual-drive-through system. Cars constantly jump the line, head for the outer ordering area, and then--adding insult to injury--pull forward, blocking the inner lane (you know, the people who waited their turn) from moving at all. Next thing you know, four cars that arrived after you have already ordered, but the cars in front of you are blocked in. The restaurant's staff knows this, but they do nothing. They don't even stagger taking the orders (i.e. not taking orders from the outer lane until the inner lane moves). Last week I was stuck for 10 minutes as the next-to-order car (and therefore couldn't even leave because I was blocked in) after waiting another 10 minutes to get to that point. We ultimately drove off without ordering and ate elsewhere, stopping to let the bottom-feeders who caused the logjam know what we thought of them. A few months ago, I actually waited 20 minutes after placing an order without moving an inch. It was late at night, and apparently the car at the first window had broken down. No one bothered to come out and tell us to pull around it. Gee, thanks. And then there are those comical times when things seem to be moving smoothly, but you're asked to pull into a parking space. I appreciate this concept in theory, as it prevents a large/complicated order from delaying everyone behind them. But for a double cheeseburger? Really? Of course five minutes (and half a dozen cars) went by before they remembered to bring out the order. Three strikes and you're out. I don't recommend going to this place considering there are other options within a block (Wendy's, BK, Arby's, Jimmy John's, etc.). read more

This is positively the worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune to stop at! The beverage self serve area was FILTHY (see attached photo). The food was extremely dry & overcooked/inedible. The noise was a constant stream of buzzers going off, obviously being ignored by whomever was in charge of 'cooking'.
