The fact that I tried to resolve this issue AT THE STORE LEVEL was me being understanding but the fact that the Shift Manager-Maria (if that's her name) spoke in Spanish to another employee (not aware that I also speak Spanish) said the issue isn't her problem, so why am I bringing it to her....causes a major problem for me. What Shift are you managing, if you are not able to SERVICE any customer issues that are in front of you. Some OBJECT was in my food and in the pictures you can CLEARLY see their is an issue. I have aaked for communication from the Assistant Manager, General Manager, District Manager so now i need Corporate McDonald's to contact me. Came to this McDonalds in the drive thru Christmas Eve before they closed. The two boys that were working the windows were less than pleasant. To top it all off, we only ordered fries and, while looking in the window waiting for our fries, we saw who I assume was the manager (lady with dark hair and glasses) who was eating the fries out of the fry container they dump the fries into with her bare hands. This all while scooping our fries out of the container at the same time. I reported online but disgusting!! read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I wish I could give 0 stars. It's run by kids and/or adults who don't care about customers. Every single time I have gone there, something has been wrong, missing or disgusting. At times I've caught mistakes by this location, I will go in and ask for the correct order. In response I get attitude and foul looks. This last visit has me furious. I ordered 10 nuggets and a hamburger. That is it. I attached a picture of what I got. In a box underneath this mystery sauce that I did not order was 6 nuggets. I did NOT ask for this white sauce as I hate ranch and tartar sauce. I see why it such a low rating. Haven't been there in a long time but my wife was inspired by seeing Trump working the fry station so I went. Couldn't have been a more simple order: 1 cheeseburger, 20 nuggets, 2 LG fries. Wasn't even busy, and despite all the employees I saw bumping into each other and getting past the English as a second language with virtually every one of them, they still screwed up. Told me to pull up to the 3rd, newly installed window to wait for my order; then the kid walked around the parking lot to deliver my bag, after offering it to the wrong car first, in a parking space. Probably the worst McDonalds in the area. Fries were ice cold, ordered a burger with just mustard and onions (sticker on it stated that) ...it came with ketchup and pickles, and my Coke Zero was regular coke. Everything was correct on the receipt as well. Register kid was on his phone and didn't even notice me pulling up. Waited a good minute then honked...he didn't hear that because he had ear buds in. So I beat on the glass to get his attention. Sad times we are in, people just don't care and have no pride in their job. My husband ordered yesterday March 9th 2022, 2 mchickens no mayo and a medium fry around 530 545pm. He has been, for past 4 hours with about 30 minute break between have been throwing up and liquid poop(bad) with an upset stomach. Can't hold anything down, so watch out they give you food poisoning. It's not as good as you would hope pulling in the lot. Staff is unenthusiastic and food suffers from this nonchalant attitude. The place is reasonably clean but it's plain to see that the people working here would rather be somewhere else. After 50 years a Georgia McDonald's burger outta taste pretty similar to a Texas one. Yet here it slips and falls well below that standard. Bun and burger taste manufactured and wasn't hot enough to even slightly melt the cheese. They do pour a good coke here. Fries were under cooked and overly salted. If you get the urge for McDonald's keep on driving as this is a poor example of America's favorite drive in experience. read more

Once again, part of our order this morning at the drive-thru was missing. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 orders of hash browns. Got home, opened the bag, and found one of the sandwiches to be missing. We live too far to drive back. Order accuracy is atrocious at this location and everyone should avoid it until the management can determine how to hire more stellar employees who can bother to check orders before handing to customers. Absolutely the worst. Every single time they get my order wrong. I get it working in the fast food industry mistakes get made but this is ridiculous. They either forget something or make the order entirely wrong. - I ordered a Big Mac once with extra pickles. When I got home and opened my sandwich there was the bun. Meat. And a lot of pickles. But nothing else on the sand which. - Tonight I ordered from door dash and received a completely wrong order but because they didn't staple the receipt on the outside or double check my dasher was given someone else's order. - As I've mentioned multiple times they have forgot either my fries, sauces, even my drink sometimes. Very polite workers, but everytime we get iced coffee or coffee here it has been weak or watered down. It literally looks like a weak tea and taste like watered down weak coffee. I wish I could give less stars because this was a insane encounter. Me and my husband went thru the drive thru. He ordered and of course they put something wrong he said no I did no order that the lady working drive thru then decided to yell at him and say ok they will fix it just drive up now!! In the rudest tone every so my husband called her a smart ass because at this point we just want food not to be belittled anyways. She then screams fuck off at the top of her lungs to us over the intercom with customers inside the store! How unprofessional I was shocked! I know everybody in the store heard we get to the window and ask for a manger who then tells us she isn't going to give us the employee name and she is standing behind her staff they didn't do anything wrong! I was in pure shock! This women's name (manger) was amber she said she ran the whole store and blah blah! She said that we were wrong ?? After a long day driving my son Micheal to his baseball tournament. I decided to stop here and get some happy meals since my 4 kids were being brats and maybe these happy meals would make them happy. After my children downed the fries and nuggs they refused to eat the apples (these ungrateful turds) Amanda thought It would be nice to throw her toy at mommy. Digital menus, and don't forget to download the app for special deals. I got my free McMuffin when the Falcons beat the Green Bay Slackers. Coffee is great too.
