Every time I visit the McDonald's on Buckner it's always something I Oder the new chicken fries they where still "RAW" in the middle yes I was pissed off I order door dash lg fry , lemonade, half sweet tea and a trip bigMac. The service is so slow it may as well be non-existent, the employees are ghetto and don't care about anyone. Don't park in Curbside if you're tired because you'll wake up there the next morning. If you come to this particular McDonald's you will leave in a bad mood and feel our societies future is doomed for sure. Then they took 15 min to get 2 mchickens and 6 ranch and 2 buffalos that I paid for that were missing and everyone's else was getting their order fast but ussss. Hope this helps! I saw at least 3 workers handling food that had no gloves on, one of them was handling food and money (Yuck) . I get that this McDonald's is not in the best location but come on, spent so much on remodeling... need to put more focus on the employees. Half of them look like they did not even want to be there. The main focus needs to be the kitchen, pay more attention to who is handling your food folks. The cleanest person there was the man picking up the trash with gloves on and also the only person who smiled the whole time I was there. read more

I've been to several McDonald's not because I like it, but because my parents love it. We've had run ins with rude servers and of course that happens but never have I ever experienced such horrible service as I have here. This is the first time I've left before finishing an order. Cashier cut us off, was impatient, blunt and rude. The restaurant wasn't even busy so there was no urge for her to be this impatient and rude. For a new remodeled McDonald's, I would've expected the wait time to be efficient, don't come to this McDonald's if you are in a rush or hurry it's takes 20 min to get just a simple happy meal... of nuggets.... and the workers don't even make eye contact. I've been coming to this location for some time and the service has been consistent. Not great, not bad. But today they had this employee Brianna running the food and I have never encountered someone so rude. My order took 25 minutes when my husband went to inquire about it she gave him attitude stating they were working on it and were waiting on the coffee. When we got it it was incomplete and she gave attitude to deliver the missing sandwich. She was even yelling and barking like a mad person to Wanda, another employee that is the sweetest lady ever. She's the one that usually helps us and Brianna kept yelling at her to do this run that. If she is disorganized as a manager all the employees under her will be flustered, stressed and they will keep messing up the orders. It was a very unpleasant experience. They should better train their managers to lead not yell. read more

I went here literally a couple of minutes ago and this was by far one of the worst services I've had. I ordered a large and a small fry and when i look in the bag,it looked like they literally just threw the fries in there carelessly,the fries that were supposed to be in the small baggy were in the big bag were everything else goes,basically the baggy was empty and the bottom of the brown bag full of fries AND they were super salty. But that's not all,I ordered two iced coffees and they tasted like crap. The flavor was more water than actual coffee. read more

Went today, got sent to the second window, waited, waited, waited. Just your average Mickey D's. Had the BEC biscuit combo with coffee. It was ok, meh. Didn't have to wait too long for my order, but it was not very busy. The place was very clean. They didn't like me taking pics & rudely told me to stop. Disappointed that a multi-million dollar company didn't bother to install any bike parking at all! Man it's like businesses in this area couldn't care less about customer service. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for some all day breakfast. Finally paid and got to food window and guess what? Good not ready because it's breakfast. Pulled into parking lot to wait. 10 minutes later food comes out. Not one hello, thank you, have a great day. See looked at me, handed me the bag and walked away. I said thank you and she just grinned and kept walking. Beyond rude and the service is abysmal. So, my son wants to go to Mc Donalds, he has been looking for the Ninja toys and I cant find it yet. I went to the Gus Tommasson/Oates location and he was given a Pokemon. I promised I would take him to another location. We went to Mc Donalds on S. Buckner. I asked Shift leader/ cashier what toy did they have for the kids meal. They dont know what is coming out next and shift leader said "we are just giving out random old toys, we havent set up the display yet". No one knew what toy is coming out. Plus Im sure Mc Donalds spends plenty of money on adevertisments intentionally to lure the customers in. I only complain because the last time I was here I also had a bad experience. Not only did the cashiers/ workers not acknoledge me after my question they just went back about their business after they asked around for the info. I was still waiting for someone to turn around and tell me the answer to my question. They spoke among them selves. RUDE!!! read more

The last 2 times that I went through the drive thru, they forgot something. I confirmed my order on the screen and the first time, had I not checked my bags they left out a whole sandwich which would have been inconvenient for me to go back for. I dont understand why they ask what dipping sauce you want when I look through my order and there isnt any dipping sauce in there. All they have to do is put the order in the bags. read more
