I went thru the drive thru, I was with my son and this boy was on the microphone and we have had problems with him in the past. Again he was very rude and told us to hurry up while I was still thinking of my order. I know this boy as my son use to go to school with him his name is Colton, Hes just honestly really disrespectful and my family has had multiple disputes with him in the past. When it says 2 stars on Yelp, listen. Went to the drive through. They are supposed to alternate between the two lines instead the guy keeps just taking orders from the inside line. After the skipped my side the 4th time I left. I tried to tell an employee what was happening and he said it was someone else doing it. McD's food isn't good anywhere, so it comes to cleanliness and service. I can't make it make sense the number of times I have waited here over 30 min. Today, dashing, I was there for 45. I verbally checked in when I came in and then sat in lobby in eyeline of counter. Then, after all that time I hear someone saying "what are we going to do, does someone want to see if the dasher is here--" and it turned out that while they started to prepare order (allegedly) the order disappeared from computer screen. Instead of saying anything in all that time--or it had just timed out so they hadnt actually "started it," because as far as I coukd tell they hadnt even put sauces in a bag--nothing was happening. I had to unassign with no pay. As you can imagine, while I was waiting several people came back to the counter to check on what on earth was taking thier own orders, or missing parts of orders, so long. read more

This is perhaps the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. It's certainly the worst in the Mid Valley. They can't even serve Coca Cola with the right amount of carbonation. They've been saying "sorry" for that little problem for months and can't seem to get the system right for the machine that customers use. The food is generally served at too cool of temperature and poorly put together. Finally every other McDonald's I've seen in the area has been remodeled and set up for the new ordering system...this is sole exception...cramped and dark. I blame the owner...always the problem for cheap easy fixes that are blown off. PS they charge a premium for many items. Much more expensive than down the road in West Salem. read more

Typical McDonald's. They have their ups and downs. Their still the fastest drive thru in town for fast food. That is probably my biggest plus because I'm always in a hurry. The next plus is the dollar drinks. Any where else a large drink is over 2 dollars. Lately at this McDonald's, if they mess up your order or they are being slow, they will give you a complementary drink coupon for your next visit. Now that's customer service. Ive been going to this McDonalds for years,(Dallas Or )just because its quick and easy. For all the employee that work there only about two or three ever get my order right. The bad thing is every morning i go, i order the same thing... Med coffee 10 creams 10 sugars. Dosent seem so hard!!!!!. but 4 out of the 5 or 6 days that i go.IT'S WRONG!!!!. Don't let them keep your change! Went through drive-thru and cashier took my money but wouldn't give me my change or receipt. I waited for several minutes while she ignored me and took next order behind me. She finally opened the window, but didn't say a word. I said I want my change and receipt. She didn't say sorry or anything. She just closed the window. Took her about five minutes to get me my change and receipt and then I went to the next window for my food order and the news must of traveled fast among the workers because that lady was being a smart-ass to me. I have been to this McDonald's numerous times and they have messed up my order several times. Tonight they forgot to put my child's dinner in the bag. I didn't find out till I got home 12 miles from the restaurant. I highly recommend you check your order before leaving the restaurant. At least the person I spoke with on the phone was polite and apologized for the mistake. read more

This McDonald's charges more money for items compared to other McDonald's. For instance a regular ice cone is $1.19 while the same item at the Keizer McDonald's is only 70 cents. Is the overhead greater in Dallas in comparison to Keizer or are the owners simply more greedy? I went to get an ice cream cone today and the lady who was handling my money also served the cone and was holding it with her fingers inside the cone. Poor Hygiene! Your coffee is TOO HOT! I instantly burned my mouth after sipping your coffee, I like hot coffee, not 200 degree coffee! Also, quit remodeling every other year, was forced to go through the drive thru as the lobby was closed, and my order was totally screwed up. I bought a big breakfast, and it came with 5 burrito sauce packets?! WHY can't you pack the right condiments, ketchup for the hash browns, and jelly for the biscuit! Employees are usually really kind. nothing bad to say, expect during rush hour employees can get short and rude in some cases (understandably). since the new Oregon law, that drive-Throughs can't give plastic straws without the person asking - they have that law posted at the window, yet every single time I've been there ( which is about once a week) they've given me one without me asking, so I usually say "no straw please". There was a time when we were on a HUGE Chicken McNugget kick... I would order a 50-piece a couple times a week and take home to my kids... I thought it was odd, when I ordered the nuggets, that they made me pull up and park... Then they would bring the nuggets out to me... (One time, they forgot about me and left me sitting there, but that's another story) So I asked my wife to pick up some Nuggets one night, and I guess it was close to closing time or something... So they got rude with her, made her park up front for 15 minutes, and refused to give her any more than 2 or 3 sauces... Having worked at McD's in high school (some 10 years ago =P), I recall Nuggets taking only 6 minutes to cook, and giving out 2-3 sauces PER 10 nuggets... I called the McDonald's complaint line and told the story, figuring nothing would come of it... Lo and behold, the next day, I got a call from the regional manager asking me for more details on my experience... After telling him, he told me that he knew what they were doing by making us pull up and park---it was a tactic to make drive-thru average times appear shorter. He said he would put a stop to that.... He also said that they were way out of line in handling the situation with my wife, and he would have a talk with the general manager... In the mail, I received some coupons for a couple of free value meals, and for once, I felt like my bad customer service experience was rectified properly... This McDonalds is better than many; it is true that, as one person here pointed out, it features more of a traditional "restaurant" style decor. I have personally seen the employees dump fries that were only minutes old due to age, and even make fresh ones upon request regardless of whether not there were already ones prepared.. Sadly, you were misinformed: Yes nuggets may only take 6 minutes to cook, but that is TWENTY AT A TIME, which is the maximum "run" allowed for food safety. So, take that 6 minutes and multiply it by 3 for your 50 pc order. Secondly, you are incorrect: a 10 pc gets 2 sauces, and a 20 piece gets four. You are entitled to 9 sauces and must pay 25 cents for each additional one. I too, have worked at McDonalds, I just dont lie about things to make my claims more substantial... read more

ZERO professionalism!!! I stopped in to get a meal and while waiting for my food I heard two "F"-bombs and the "S"-word from the employees. There was a family with several small children sitting in the dining room who clearly heard this. I also heard them making negative comments about drive-thru customers. I often use the drive-thru and now I wonder what has been said about me when I get my food there. McDonald's is supposed to be a happy fun place where children are a huge target demographic and I was shocked to hear this kind of language openly used. I will no longer get my meals here even though it will take away a late-night option for food for me.
