First time at this McDonalds in Davie, FL. The exterior was very modern including the interior with digital menus that you can quickly order and pay. I prefer ordering from a human, so thats what I did. The cashier was pleasant. Its been a long while since Ive eaten a McDonalds classic small hamburger, which I ordered for $1.79. I took the burger togo and unwrapped it inside my vehicle. The bun was soft but noticed the tiny size of the burger. Its possible that my hands have grown bigger since my last small burger so I consumed it quickly. It actually tasted very good same as I remember years ago. The men's bathroom was modern and clean, but oddly there was a strange skinny shirtless man washing himself in the sink. read more

5-25-22 12:30pm Was in this shopping plaza running an errand so wanted to pick up something fast for lunch. I ordered a Big Mac meal with a Coca Cola. Of course riding back to my office I ate the fries. Years ago McDonald's fries were untouchable. The gold standard if you will. Now a days not so much the competition is fierce and personally I prefer the skin on at Wendy's better. Now for the Big Mac obviously not as good as my first one in grade school but it's still good. Although I haven't dined in, I drive through on my way to work. I typically pick up something; like an egg white delight without the Canadian bacon, a latte, and hash browns. On my recent visit, the lines--they have two separate ones--were so long, I got down. Whether construction related or not (they always have something going on in the area) their system is often down and therefore, the orders have to stand by. That was the case on my previous visit. This time around, I didn't ask, but it seemed to be the case as well. That said, the MOD was super friendly and super-sized my latte for the inconvenience (not that I complained). The people working here are so disrespectful, I was the last customer today (1/17/20 at 11:35pm) and I did not receive my order completed, when I claimed for the missing items, the cashier told that he gave me all items, it was obvious that they had a disorderly manner with all the orders, the burgers are cold, I never received the French fries, and the workers with a terrible attitude insisting that they already gave them to me, I know that for the time, they are exhausted but it's no fair, because I paid for my food. Does the district supervisor know about this situation? Does the store manager know about this? Does somebody in the store know something about management? The cashier is a really young man, with "attitude", dear managers: if you are hiring such young people, please consider educating them! I used to really like this location whenever I had a craving for fast food but my last two visits which were today and yesterday have convinced me to go somewhere else. Yesterday I placed my order in the drive thru the guy taking my order sounded like he didn't even want to be there and had better things to do. So when I get to the window to pay I told the cashier the sauce I wanted for my nuggets. Then when I went to get my food I was told to pull up to the railing which was fine and I had no problem doing. Once again told them the sauce I wanted for my nuggets. So when I get the bag I check it and there's no sauce. So I had to wait for that. I went there again today and the guy at the drive says 'Mc Donald's' not 'Welcome to Mc Donald's how may I help you' he sounded just as uninterested in taking my order he took the day before. So I order my food and said I wanted a #5. Tell him the drink I want and the fries. All he says is 'Ok' so I then had to be charged MORE for the fries and the drink because this guy is too lazy to be bothered to do his job. I get to the second window to get my food and I'm handed fries and a drink I mean come on. Do your damn job and stop trying to get food for free that someone else paid for. Updated, clean restaurant and restroom. Friendly employees spoke to me when I came out of restroom and while waiting for my food ordered using kiosk. I was verbally advised on my order. Also overheard manager handle missing food item for another customer without receipt courteously and satisfactory for that customer. Last my order was accurate.
