I used to frequent this location as it is well located and open 24 hours. When they first opened, the service and attention to detail were amazing, now every single time I place my order via drive-thru they always forget to include something and I have to park and get off to pick up napkins, sauces or ketchup. The sad part is that there are some really nice and attentive employees at this location but then there are some who don't know what basic common courtesy is. How hard is it to do your job and be nice when someone is showing you respect and being courteous. Saying, hello, please, and thank you is not too difficult. They have two lanes to order, but still only one window to pay and one to pick up. Rather than driving through, now I need to park on the side and wait for my order which - 8 out of 10 - is wrong. Just got your typical McDonald's breakfast with a friend. I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese bagel (with extra breakfast sauce) along with a mcgriddle. I asked if I could just get a water with my mcgriddle meal & I was asked if I wanted a bottle. The manager said Dasani & I hate Dasani (who doesn't?), so I asked if I could just get a cup of water. I was told you can't get a meal with just a cup of water (as if you can't charge me for the meal & just not give me a drink - which I clearly would've accepted). So I said fine, give me a sweet tea with no ice. My friend's meal had no breakfast sauce whatsoever, I got no hashbrown (they only charged me for the sandwich- which by itself is overpriced), & my tea was unsweet. I don't know how much they are paying the employees here, but it's far too much. I rarely eat fast food but today I decided to. I ordered from the kiosk, as there were no cashiers. What could go wrong? I ordered a quarter pound hamburger, no cheese, light onions and extra pickles, large fries and a drink as a meal. After 10 minutes, I get a large old/cold fries and a quarter pounder with extra cheese, extra onions and no pickles. I spoke with the manager. 7 minutes later I was served a large, fresh fries, (no salt). A quarter pounder with extra onions, and 2 pickles. And these idiots want $15 per hour? Ridiculous. read more

This is the SLOWEST fast food restaurant you will ever see. The majority of the cashiers are very young and inexperienced. Every time I go there the line inside and drive thru is extremely long and on average takes 20 minutes from arrival to departure. The management staff keep the place going, but the slow workers make the food cold and frustrating. I give an extra star to McDonalds because they put the calories by their food and I'm trying to be conscious of what I am consuming...so that's a huge plus. I now know that the big mac meal with a soda is my entire caloric allowance for the day. But at least I know! And knowing is half the battle. Although zaxbys and chick fil a have better quality chicken wings, there's something very nostalgic about this formless breaded grey chicken pieces that make me feel inclined to continue to order them. And though my sister started a diatribe about how the honey mustard sauce at McDonalds is really more like a sweet dijon, I really enjoy their sauces, from the honey mustard to their sweet and sour. I'm also in love with their anemic, overtly salty fries and their crack ketchup. I cannot take a bite without coughing because of the overdose of sodium, yet I still enjoy them. The big macs...well, the sauce of course if what makes it awesome. On a healthier note, I do like their real fruit smoothies (about the only item you'll find in the 200 calorie range aside from a parfait, the apple slices, a side salad, or one cookie). If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. I ordered two egg and biscuit from the drive-through window. I got home with my purchase and found that I had two very stale hard as a rock biscuits. I called to complain and whoever answered the phone told me that I could come back at any time and get to replacements. They took my name. A week later I went back to get my order that was promised, and I was refused by a very ignorant, arrogant, rude, smart ass employee disguised as a manager. He told me I needed a receipt, and refused to honor what was promised to me . I refussed to leave until he did. He threatened to call the police so I left. When I got home the police knocked on my door and I told them the story. If they think they can get away with treating people so badly, they have another thing coming. I have complained to corporate and would love to see that employee fired. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I had to circle the building to see if they were actually inside each time! When they do decide to serve you, they are slow and disinterested. Today someone went to this McDonald's to get our family some food due to the lack of food that we currently had at our house. After having the meal that i ordered, i immediately regret my decisions and i would have rather starved at my house. First of all, the drive through person didn't give us any cup holders for our drinks when we ordered a total of four drinks. Then, someone decided to not close one of our drinks correctly and it spilled all over our car. So now our car smells like Hi-C Orange. I let that slide though. Anyone can make a mistake. I ordered a large Coke and they gave me a medium. But i also let that slide. Two mistakes are forgivable. When i opened the container to which had my burger inside, the burger was burned at the ends and the cheese was half off the burger. I still let that slide because the burger didn't taste as awful as the fries. Now don't get me started on those fries. McDonald's has a reputation to have amazing tasting fries that satisfy millions of people's tastebuds across the world everyday. Now these...these fries were abysmal. I had the first few fries and they tasted very salty. I wondered, "maybe if i keep eating them they won't taste as salty." That was where i found myself to be incorrect. The more i went through my fries, the saltier and greasier they were. Now let me just say, my fries were also large but they were only filled 3/4 of the way. About halfway through my fries, i found a nice little surprise. I pulled out a gigantic strand of hair from my fries. Last time i checked, fries were not supposed to have hair. That was where i drew the line. I did not want my fries anymore so i gave them to someone else and they had one fry and immediately cringed due to the terrible taste they had. My fries tasted like these workers dipped them into the Atlantic Ocean. I suggest that you guys cut down on the salt and fire the shedding dogs that apparently work in the kitchen.
