The bathrooms were dirty, workers getting ready in the bathrooms taking up the stall- took over 40 minutes for two breakfast items and two coffees, which weren't even given to us without asking where the coffee's were. In the time of waiting, watched two people from the drive thru complain their order was incorrect. Others waiting longer than us and ended up leaving without their food because nobody would approach the counter (probably due to the crowd of people thinking WTF??) Workers just standing around looking clueless. Never have i ever waited this long at a MCDONALDS with LESS THAN 5-7 cars in the drive thru. Don't recommend this location. read more

The workers are nice here... BUT... Since moving to Huber, I have visited this McDonalds drive thru location 4 times. Every single time I have had to park in a spot to wait for my order. Although this is the closest location to my house, from now on I will drive an extra two miles to the Merrily Way location. They are much busier but I have never once had to park and wait there!!! read more

My order was received at 10:43, when I hadn't received it curbside by 11:10, I went inside. My melted frozen sprite was there with my order-bacon, egg and cheese bagel with no cheese and extra breakfast sauce. Great experience with this drive-through! They actually have two lanes through which you can order. When I visited the other day, it wasn't busy. But having two lanes is always great for when it is busy! Our order came out exactly as ordered! My son was very happy with his plain cheeseburger happy meal. Although, the toys this month weren't quite as exciting as the one he got last month. LOL. I'm sure he'll survive. The people at the window were friendly and efficient! read more

This place is a joke. Benny needs to know about this location. Brandt Pike always pulls you into parking spots, it doesn't matter if you only order 1 cheeseburger they never give it through the window. Last time I waited 30 minutes. I come to this McDonald's late at night and everytime I go, the employees are extremely unprofessional. They take over 2 minutes to take your order, they're rude and the food is often cold and disgusting. I've received the wrong food before and was told it was my fault. If the employees weren't sitting on their phones the entire time somebody orders food then maybe they'd get your order right. t's pathetic. Please fire the whole night crew. read more

This is about the location on Needmore Rd. I orderded 2 deluxe chicken sandwiches.On 1 of the sandwiches it was just a piece of chicken and a bun, nothing on it! The other sandwich only had lettuce. No tomatoe or onion or pickle on either. I also ordered 2 Mcflurries, was told the ice cream machine was broken. This happens alot at this location. I've been to a lot of McDonalds and this is straight up THE NICEST MCDONALDS I've ever been to. The service was exceptional, the bathrooms were clean and had name brand soap (can you even wrap your mind around that?), and we got ushered to an interactive light table that my 8 year old loved. We got regular updates on how long our fries were taking to cook and the doors were opened for us coming in and going out. My son literally said "the waiter here is excellent." 10 Stars. Girlfriend just went to this location on her way home. And if I could give this location less than one star I would. She placed her order and went to each window and explained to each person that they screw our order up every single time we go there. They apologized at both windows and at the second window she got our order. As she got about a block away she noticed they screwed it up yet again. She ordered an ice coffee, didn't get it, paid for 3 cups of Big Mac sauce and only got 2, and she asked for a Big Mac with extra pickles (no extra pickles). And to top it off the fries were stale and cold. She had to wait in line to go through the drive thru again because she wasn't dressed to get out of the car. They did not offer to remake our food and they had already made the ice coffee which was sitting on the counter melting. I recommend never going to this location. This has consistently been one of the slowest locations I've been to. Seems that about half of the employees are more interested in playing than working. Well just a month ago we ordered our specific food which they completly got incorrect. I ordered a root beer and they gave me a coke, my brother asked for light mac sauce and a coke and they gave him a Dr Pepper and a load of mac sauce. Consistently lazy. Every time I go here I order pretty much the same thing. I order an egg and cheese McMuffin, no meat, and a mocha frappe. Every order there is either meat on the sandwich despite repeatedly specifying that I don't want it, or there is no cheese, or the egg isn't cooked, or the muffin is so burnt I can't bite through it. Always being asked to pull over and wait, so it ends up being 20 to 30 minutes before I get my "fast food". 2 weeks or so ago I decided to try the frozen lemonade drink, and there was a piece of plastic in it that I almost swallowed! I took my family here today with 4 adults and 3 grandchildren under 4 years old. After we placed our orders the food was delivered by Bonita. She went way over the top to make sure we had everything we needed even offering us an extra apple juice and fries when we had misordered. I offered to pay for the items but she said to enjoy the time with family and not worry about it. Bonita was a great example of customer service first and we will be back here often! read more
