Service was horrible. Food tasted like crap. My big Mac only had lettuce on it. There was no patty no sauce and then when I first walked in, they didn't give me a drink for my sweet tea that I had ordered so when I asked, they just flat out ignored me so finally after like 20 or 25 minutes some guy finally just threw a cup across the table so I said OK I got my sweet tea and then I was gonna ask like hey can I just have a small cup for water but ignored me and finally gave me a small cup and then when I left I got home my big Mac had nothing but lettuce on it. Just came back from the McDonalds on Smithville Road in Dayton. Spent nearly $20 for sandwiches for my wife and myself. I ordered two regular Big Macs, fish sandwich, 2 large fries and 2 large cokes. We got home and started to eat, when I bit into my Big Mac there was no meat.....None. Checked my second Big Mac and found the same thing. All I had was two grass sandwiches, cheese and Mayo. How in the Hell do you forget the damn meat? With the exception of the Linden Ave McDonalds, all of the Mc Donalds in Dayton are a joke, poorly run and have people who can't do a simple job. Even Xenia Ohio two McDonalds sites, only the one on RT 68 is exceptional. The downtown site is a total screw up. Best thing that can be done is shut these substandard stores, fire the crews and managers and start over. I will no longer use Smithville McDonalds again. PISS POOR Store. I ordered a combo meal from the McDonald's Smithfield Road Dauton Ohio on March 18. When I called to tell them they gave me the wrong sandwich. The girl on the phone was very curt. After I told her I was home miles away she told me to bring back the sandwich. They would replace it. I told her I was home across town not coming back. She said bring the receipt and we will replace the sandwich. We didn't do it on purpose. She did not get my name or any other information. Bad attitude. At least 2 people got the wrong food. There was a hair in my food. I took it back and it got replaced. There was another guy at the counter and they gave him his food and then he back and said ma'am they got the order wrong again. He showed her the sandwich. He said to me it's been 5 times they've messed this up. The manager told him they aren't serving him anymore and to take a refund and leave the store. Was told i could get a replacement, that my call was logged & reported, anytime i could stop in with the leftovers or recpt.- Of course when did, i was told to return the next day, too hoity-toity, indignant to even look at the evidence presented & where was this PC record or log book of my complaint & approval for replacement? Patties always old, dry, stale; buns often dry, old, stale; cheese ALWAYS cold, since they are to lazy or cheap to heat the cheese a few seconds in the micro like everywhere else. This is the bottom of the barrel. Go to the 24hr corp McD down the road, next ext east, Linden Ave=grerat. This abomination? Avoid at all costs-- only safe for soda pop & MAYBE ice cream-- that is, if they ever clean the inner parts without helpings of hamburger grease. Had cramps for 4-5 hrs & then mild diarrhea. Horrible, though this location is close to home, we would rather drive 10 minutes to a more reliable location. Our orders here are never correct, always missing items. Food is usually cold and/or stale, like it's been sitting out for a while. Soda often tastes watered down too. Staff is not very knowledgeable and rude if you ask them to correct the order. This place is going straight downhill.. They dont train the new people right anymore. Must never change the oil for the fries,etc.They say the bagels are on a timer, well it must be for burnt.
