This location wasn't that busy when we walked in. Apparently at this mc donalds u order and then stand around and wait. They won't even give u your cups while you wait. It took about 7 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. Actually it took that long for all of the orders. Seems pretty rediculous. And after all of that my chicken club was missing the bacon, so I had to go back up again. The employee tried to take it and make me a new one but I didn't want to wait again, so I told her just to give me the bacon... On the other hand this location was very state of the art looking and clean, thus the 2 stars. read more

I will NEVER return to this Mc Donald's again! We have now given it five opportunities to improve, but instead it has continued to disappoint us! Today, after 40 minutes I canceled my order and asked for my money back. I was given less than what I paid and had to show my original receipt again to receive the correct amount. There were SO many people waiting for their food. One individual had been waiting for 30 minutes for a Mocha and fries! Another was waiting for 45 minutes for two sandwiches and two drinks. The receipts are time stamped, so there is no question as to how long an individual has been waiting. This is supposed to be a FAST food restaurant!! They tore down the old McDonalds and built a new one! I don't think the quality of the food has improved, and I've only used the drive-thru, and not been inside yet. I'll focus on the drive through... There are many lanes! This is the most advanced/complex/confusing drive through I've been in. It goes into multiple lanes and ordering stations, and then they all funnel together into one lane for pickup. I'm assuming that this speeds things up for ordering and food preparation during rush times, but I tend to only go here late at night when nothing else is open. So if you want to use the drive through, late at night, when there are no other options... I recommend it! read more

It's McDonalds, but this location has a fast drive thru. The inside can get pretty dirty and I remember a few times when it was a disaster zone inside with flies and ketchup all over and dirt all over the floor. Still good. 2/5 would still go over and over. read more

Every time I come to this location the service is unbelievably TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I go through the drive thru because it's supposed to be quick and easy and FAST! It is always the complete opposite. Yesterday my boyfriend and I went there to get a ice cream cone and a diet soda. TOOK 30 mins in the drive through. There was a line that went almost around the building. There is no reason that a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. Should be this slow. I get sometimes there are large orders but then those people should be told to pull off to the side and someone will bring them their food. The customer service here is extremely bad as well no one is friendly or nice. They make it seem like I am making their day an inconvenience. I will never come back to this location. And I will continue my complaint with management. This may just be a fast food restaurant but it's simply the point. If you aren't going to do your job properly. Quit so someone who will preform correctly can work. Also if I could I wouldn't give this any stars! But I can't submit without doing a star. read more

Pulled in around 1030pm. 2 guys took and cooked my burger and fries. BEST mcds burger and fries I have ever had! Been going there for 15 years. Hot, fresh, large amount. Extra sauce!! Fast service. I was shocked at how good the service and food was that late. Phenomenal! Definitely going back to that location. I didn't get the employees names but they definitely deserve a raise! Kathy and the crew are the hardest working, most accurate, and friendliest group I have come across as far as McDonalds go. This location is right off freeway and always busy. With two drive though lanes they are able to keep the flow of orders going quickly and smoothly! Good service is hard to come across these days but smiles and friendliness go a long ways! I came into this McDonald's very skeptical, thinking I will receive the same old service from a normal worker. I thought I would see laziness in the workers, and a un-clean loby. I was wrong and humbled by my seeings at this McDonald's. I was served by one of the store managers Josh Christiaansen who gave me unbelievable service. Every time my cousin asks for extra onion on her burgers, they put very little on it. And when she asked for a shake a VANILLA, it was mixed with chocolate. In which she can't have chocolate. We asked them to remake it bc of the fact, they gave her another chocolate and vanilla shake. Their listening skills are awful. They don't care about their customers and that's not good for business. Idk why people keep coming here they mess up orders more than they get them correct. When you ask if they can remake your order they claim they're going to send you certificates in the mail, but you never get them. They need to face when they're wrong and grow up. I went to McDonalds a couple days ago, and I expected to walk into a rats nest, just like every other McDonalds I walk into. Boy was I wrong. The whole store was clean, ceiling to floor. I have never seen such a clean store in my life. This place was better than a Apple Store! WOO! Another thing that I found excellent was the service. I was helped from a manager. His name was Josh Christiansen. He came up to me and said, "How may I help you sir? By the way, you have impeccable style if I do say so myself." I started blushing, the Goosebumps were rising up and I found myself emotionally attached right as he stopped talking. I ordered a mcdouble and a mcchicken and he said, "Sir, that will be right up." He told me the total, I handed him the money, and he gave me my change back. I have never been so happy, I pulled a $100 dollar bill out of my wallet and gave it to him. He said, "Sir I can't take this, I already have happiness from serving my customers to my best ability."
