Culver's does not miss, truly. The chicken tenders and sandwich were fresh, crispy and did not have any off putting fatty or chewy pieces. The fries were also crispy and came with two ranch sauces. The onion rings were decent, but had a very thick breading and minimal onion. The service was fast for a Friday evening, the staff are friendly and the ambiance is welcoming with a college basketball game playing on the TV. Total price for this meal was $22. read more

Awesome custard. Had the turtle custard one day and came back the next day for the frapacino crumble. Service is fast and you get the order out in minutes. Yes! Culver's is a must have for people out of state. They are open all the time and have great hours. Their food is good, their custard is extraordinary. Ok, this review could apply to any Culver's restaurant across the state. Recently I started a new job out in the Hartland industrial park (Hwy 16 & 83), there are three places within 5 minutes of the office to get lunch when I forget or don't have leftovers to brown bag it. 1. Subway - I will stop in the morning, they are open for breakfast but you can get anything off the menu. 2. A small Chinese restaurant, my dad called them the cheap Chinese because you order art the counter and sometime pick up your food and bus your table, but the food is great. 3. Culver's, I really don't have much to say. Culver's is expensive, $13.00 for chicken strips, large fires & soda, $9.00 for a fish sandwich (the box tasted better than the fish) with a small fries and regular soda. Culver's is slow, 15 minutes to get my food with and there was no one in line in front of me. They appeared to be focused on the drive through, although on my previous visit they had me pull ahead and park so I would call it a drive and park through. I commented on how long it took to get my food today and was told "but we make it fresh", I did not see them butchering chickens or pealing potatoes in back. Give me a break Culver's, McDonald's, and the rest dump precooked frozen fries into grease, over salt them and tell us they are fresh. The only fresh made food is the dinner I made last night, boneless center cut pork chops, oven roasted fingerling potatoes, and fresh broccoli and I made this in 20 minutes plus had time to have a conversation with my 4 year old about her day. So if Culver's is going to tell me they make their food fresh I got a bridge to sell them. I need to brown bag lunch and spend my dinning out money on restaurants that are worth it. read more

I eat at Culvers probably more than I should, but this is because this is one of the only drive-thru place near my work Their double cheeseburgers are great. YES it takes some time to make food to order, but its better than getting a burger that has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Credit card was double charged at the drive through. Numerous calls and proof of charges to the management of Culvers of Hartland were returned with comments of denial and unwillingness to resolve and credit back my card. The idea that I had to go through sooo much effort to get $22.50 refunded was truly appalling. With no one from Culvers willing to listen (including corporate) I was forced to contact my credit card company whereby a dispute was filed with Culvers. I cannot recommend a company with such poor attention and willingness to listen to their customers. Such a hassle for a measly 22 bucks! read more

I wish they were as a no star option I went to culvers and got two scoops and I've never seen anything so small they put it in a one scoop container. For the price they charge they should at least give you a decent amount of custard not being so skimpy I will never go to this culvers again and another thing is you order your food and custard and they make you wait but oh here's your custard while you wait most people want to eat the custard after they eat their meal but no now you have your ice cream sitting there melting or you have to eat it before you get your food bring it out with the food not that hard read more

Culvers is a great fast style restaurant. The burgers are fantastic as well as the cod dinners. I've also had the chicken tenders which are among the best of any fast food restaurant. In the area, I cannot find a place with better double cheeseburgers. They are always hot and fresh (so don't complain about a 6 minute wait - it is worth it). For sides I enjoy the cheese curds and the french fries. We will usually get one of each and share them. The kids like the kids meals because they come with a coupon for a scoop of ice cream. The kids basket is a great value. The drive-thru workers here are always friendly and smiling. For ice cream my favorite are brownie and ones with cookies n cream. I will also try the butterfinger from time to time. All are very delicious! read more

I ordered a butter burger with cheese. It came half-done. Opening it to see one side raw was disgusting. I didn't realize it until I brought it home. Not good. However their sundaes are great!
