The bad customer service started when I asked the drive through person about the problem, who replied with "That's the app and we have nothing to do with the app". I return to the counter...same charade, ignored...ignored...someone in back yells, "order at the kiosk." Finally, I get someone's attention and tell them I didn't get my fries. They dont apologize or anything, just begrudgingly grab a large fry, toss it in a bag, and say, "Here you go." Back to my table I go. Half way there, and I remember my large coke, so I spin around and head back to the counter. Ignored...ignored...."order at the kiosk." Is this real?! Flag down another employee. "I didn't get my soda." He is now going to Sherlock Holmes this, asks for my receipt, which is at the table with my Big Mac. Then he reluctantly decides its not worth it and hands over a soda cup.
