By far the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Even during COVID they seem to care very little about safety or cleanliness. I ordered a simple burger with ketchup and cheese, that's it. Yet they still messed up my order, how is this possible? Half of the staff weren't wearing masks. I ordered some cookies, they said it would take an extra 1 min to get them, as I waited more people lined up in the drive through, suddenly 10 minutes later, my food was cold and I had to go in the store to ask for my cookies that were ready, but they cared so little that nobody even brought it out. Just avoid this place, terrible customer service, terrible everything, and that's for McDonalds standards... Plenty of better restaurants nearby. read more

If you actually go to this McDonald's for some strange reason, double check your order before you leave. Open all the packaging and check it, because 99% of the time they will get it wrong. I think every single time that I have come to this place my order has been wrong. Fart sample just now, I ordered a McGriddle and I got a egg McMuffin. That is not what I ordered. I'm so sick and tired of this place never getting my damn order right. I don't care if you're busy or not, take a minute and double-check your customer's orders! It's absolutely ridiculous that you have to stop and double-check everything because the workers are too incompetent to do it themselves. Find another place to go, for almost the same price you can go downtown Delavan and go to Elizabeth's and get a nice cooked meal for probably about the same speed that this place puts food out. Don't know what has happened to the Delavan McDonalds in the past year, but there are a lot of new faces, management included. The fries have been what seems to me undercooked and a bit soggy. The restaurant inside is generally dirty, soda area is nasty. What happened to the cleanliness of the McDonalds reputation?? read more

So I thought I would try the "new" Mushroom and swiss burger...yea it was probably sitting under the lamp to long! when I got home 2 miles away the burger was not even warm so okay I warmed it in Microwave the burger was GROSS! would not recommend this burger and lets not go there with the fries which EVERY time I order fries they are Never hot! makes me not want to go back!! Lets also discuss the staff and possible hygiene issues i see drive through staff with dirty nails and some look like they should not be working with food!! Please clean this store up!! Staff very rude, place is so nasty. Food and trash all over the floors. Fly strips hanging all over the back by the food stations. Fly's flying around everywhere. The drive thru is so slow! Why have 1-5 parking areas for people with big orders to pull over if you never use them? 15-20 wait for small items. The night manager needs to be fired very rude. read more

Went through the drive thru today. Placed my order according to the reciept at 12:55pm. Still in line at 1:06 so got the order around 1:08. The order was correct that's why I gave them a 2 star. But it would apper they made the food right away and let it sit until my turn at the window. Fries were luke warm. Wasn't there an ad not to long ago that they were going to make drive thru much faster, Oops, did not work. And these people think they deserve $15 an hour?Dream on. Rarely do I eat fast food downloaded McDonald's app & got free sandwich coupon so I cruised thru drive thru and was shocked at the pared down menu very few selections to choose from. Apparently the menu is only a representation of items available but that really doesn't help an infrequent customer. Really dumb move McDonald's corporate offices, way to alienate customers who aren't regulars! Maybe I should just delete the app... At the cashier window they had to go find a manager because they weren't trained on how to apply a qr code coupon. I got an "artisan" grilled chicken sandwich without tomato and the (regularly $5 with tax) it was literally a grisly grilled breast piece of lettuce & a hint of sauce on a bun. A lot of very RUDE people working here, I tried to ask for help with a mcdonald's app on my phone to make a purchase and was told I could not use it here, the kid claiming to be the employee of the month was very RUDE. Well I must report that my previous post for my local McDonald's got the attention from someone since within a couple of days of posting I received a call from the manager at my local McDonald's apologizing for the nugget sauce misunderstanding along with a generous gift cert and the promise that when ordering the 20pc McNuggets you do indeed get more then one dipping sauce...well that's more like it! Apparently the employees that waited on me that day were just following orders, orders that made no sense but that are now revised. Now my family will not have to share a single dipping sauce with that family size nugget order! Thank you McDonald's for doing the right thing! read more

I have lived here for 40+ years and frequent both this and LK Geneva Mc D. I must say there is one thing that has disappointed me for a very long time about this Mc D, the drive thru time. This is consistently the slowest Mc D drive thru I think I have ever been in. Fast food is not great in the first place but when you remove the fast from it it becomes awful. read more
