If you don't like hot sauce, don't try it! But it was perfect for me! My eggs were over easy and they were done to perfection the way I love them. The potatoes in the skillet didn't come out of a bag frozen as they appeared to be fresh made in the kitchen. Generous portion of meat inside the skillet. I'm glad for this choice and I will try it again. All in all, this experience was great and I highly recommend Delavan family restaurant!
