Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. My expectations were already low, since it's located in an airport, but this place is awful. Food is old, sauces are most certainly expired, and staff is extremely unfriendly. Wow! I don't usually eat this fast food garbage, but when you have a three hour delay at an airport and everything else is about the same precooked garbage, you tend to just grab something and throw it down your throat. It's McDonalds so you know what you're getting... Except for the service & the service at this location was pathetic. It's your typical airport Micky D's. 1. All customer facing roles have a poor command of English. Check. 2. Small change in menu item takes 5 minutes to translate; causes utter chaos in the kitchen. Check 3. 5 minute staring at your completed order behind the counter, but no one takes the initiative pick it up and call your "number". check there too 4. Walk 100 yards to your gate, hunt for an empty seat settle in and eat, find most of the order is incorrect. Check that sh!t. read more

Ordered from the McDonalds app. My food always ready fairly quickly, but they didn't have the drink that I ordered (frosted lemonade) so I just got a Sprite instead. The fries were already cold when I got them and they didn't give me any sauces. read more

If you're here, you must have already had an internal mental struggle about which nasty fast food place to hit for dinner, checked out the flaccid and cold-looking slices of pizza on display at the Italian place next door, decided that nothing could be worse than said pieces, and opted for McD's. Big mistake. I'm almost positive the buttermilk chicken sandwich and the filet-o-fish I received were previously made for other customers 12 hours ago, forgotten, microwaved, and stuffed into the brown sack that became my dinner bag. Go elsewhere if you can...or don't, like me, and eat all of it out of pure starvation before ranting on a Yelp review. I had a 45 minute layover and needed to grab dinner - thank God for the Golden Arches! Just enough time to grab dinner (and breakfast for tomorrow!) and get over to my other gate just as it was boarding. Wait time is literally zero. I spent more time deciding what to get than I did lining up (four cashiers) or waiting for my order. You can't expect more from a McD's! One tip: you might as well get one of the gourmet sandwiches (I got the bacon habanero quarter pounder) - at airport prices they're only a little more than the regular ones like McChicken or Filet o Fish. This McDonalds is the best run airport fast food I've ever encountered and I fly often. The team had a good assembly line working for taking orders, filling drinks, and getting orders out. At one point their electronic menu sign went out and they worked really hard to restore everything. There were a lot of crabby customers and they still greeted them with a smile. Get these workers a raise. read more

Left a very bad impression. Not a single person was smiling. Most acted like they would rather be somewhere else. I asked for a re-fill after I was done eating my meal, and one of the managers refused. No sign that I could see stated they do not allow re-fills. Had to throw away my cup half filled with ice and order a new drink, that I then had to wait five minutes for them serve. This was the most expensive filet o fish sandwich I've consumed -- $5.10 for sandwich only, let alone a meal. Opening up the packaging, the cheese, filet, and tartar sauce were slapped on layer by layer without a care in world. I still devoured it out of hunger from traveling. Tasted just fine. in an airport you cant expect cheap prices. that being said, a 10 piece mcnuggets is like 6$ whereas you go to a restaurant and the 2o piece is only 5$. i try to avoid paying these prices unless i absolutely have to. the food still taste the same and the lines can get pretty ridiculous when a big flight is about to depart. id say get a sandwich somewhere else or better yet just bring your own food and be prepared. read more

I stopped in this location after I landed for a quick lunch. Initially it seemed like they were prepared. There were five registers opened. Upon getting to the register my hope quickly vanished. I had to repeat my order three times. Each time because it was read back to me incorrectly. After waiting far too long for a simple order they finally handed me what I would assume to be my diet coke. A quick taste told me otherwise. I gave them back their sweet tea, and a few minutes later I was given my diet coke. At that time they realized they had not given me my food yet. They went back to discover it had been sitting there for quite some time. They only upside is that I did get a free order of fries out of it. Not because they felt bad, but because they had no idea what they were doing. I realize it is a McDonald's, but there should still be some expectation of professionalism. Every associate was wearing a wrinkled shirt. Many of them unbuttoned too far. A few of them were also wearing huge gold chains. read more

This is McDonald's. Yes, I know. I'm reviewing a McDonald's. I am currently writing this review as I sit at the Denver airport for my three hour layover. I was craving a burger (like always), but the restaurants around my gate had a 30-minute wait. I was starving, so I decided to just get McDonald's. The food is...well it's McDonald's. I guess I will comment that the food quality is the same here as any other McDonald's. Interpret that statement any way you want to interpret it. The prices are reasonably priced too. I got a Big Mac meal, which cost a little over $7, not bad at all considering this is at an airport. The service here is horrendous. Granted, I know that it's an airport and it's really busy here, but still, people need to learn some manners. The cashiers are rude and the guy calling the numbers when food is ready is even worse. read more

Hi for horrible service, food orders gone wrong, a laissez-faire attitude, and the bubble guts, order here! This is a warning for all the other passengers that travel through this terminal. On average, it takes about 10 minutes to get your food. I witnessed a poor lady wait 11 minutes for a McCafe Latte drink. The servers here do not care about you up front, so why would they care about you in the back? My friend and I came here together, she ordered a Big Mac meal and I ordered an apple pie. 14 minutes later, she gets her meal, three minutes later I get a "we're sorry we don't have anymore pies!" I get the look of Death when I say "okay, I'll get my money back." They then try to offer me some fruit slices or a salad to make up for my missing pie!?! We finally negotiated to a medium fries, but by the time I received that, we almost missed our flight! I've eaten here on multiple occassions, it's not my favorite, but it'll suffice. At least I know, because I'm lactose-intolerant and they always put cheese on my food when I requested it withiut, I'll lose weight eating at McD's! !! ;-) Go to Root Down! read more

So I rarely eat at McDonalds anymore, lately the only time i eat there is when im in an airport. In an airport environment, mcdonalds is one of the most affordable places. Other airport fare usually cost about $10 bucks. They also seem to be one of the quickest places in the airport as well. For $5 bucks plus tax, i was able to get a daily value meal, which came with a double cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato, med fries and a med drink. Good enough to get me full, and was an affordable alternative to airport cuisine. read more

Okay, while the food is meager, a bit on the low quality side, and at the time I arrived had no seating, I honestly think this McDonalds is the best value in the Concourse C center. The staff is very quick and efficient although they wouldn't take my request for soda water and Hi-C. The $6.25 I paid for my Big Mac meal was great compared to the $11 ripoff Einstein Bros Bagel meals. I enjoyed my Big Mac and fries and probably would've given this four stars had there been seating. They were renovating the dining room and only had a few tables situated in front of the McDonalds. read more

This McDonald's is on concourse C at DIA. It's almost always crowded because well - it's probably the cheapest food you can find and also the easiest to get to. On this trip I knew I would be missing lunch due to my flight times, but wasn't really in the mood for lunch at 10:30AM, so went with a Sausage McMuffin with egg. It was supposed to come with has browns and a small orange juice. Somehow I ended up with a Sausage McMuffin, an Egg McMuffin, and a big orange juice. No wonder the bag felt a little heavy! In any case, I came out ahead this time and the sandwiches were hot and tasty (meaning greasy). read more
