l had an extremely poor grub hub experience that we reported to the restaurant manager. We discussed our sub-optimal food chicken fried steak was barely warm. He stated he would email gift certificates and these never arrived. It would have been better if he had not promised to email these! 122425 ***Update*** My sister and I . stopped to pick up a Keylime pie for Christmas dinner and decided to have breakfast. I had the 3 egg omelet and sister decided to have the VIB breakfast. It arrived at the table piping hot perfectly cooked. We almost forgot to pick up the pie! Village Inn was everything I had remembered it to be - good food with fast & friendly service. We stopped in mid-morning on Saturday & it was busy, the dining room was crowded. However, we only had about a five minute wait before we were seated. Unfortunately, sitting near the kitchen & the noise from it was way too loud. We could hear dishes clanking, loud music playing & employees chatting. Our food was yummy, the portion sizes big & reasonably priced too! The Eggs Benedict came with two perfectly poached eggs on top of a toasted English Muffin & three thin slices of smoked ham, drenched in a delicious Hollandaise sauce. The smoked ham was good however, I prefer Canadian Bacon, the smoke flavor was a little strong. Our other dish was a tasty 1/2 pound Chicken Fried Steak, smothered in a creamy country sausage gravy with great scrambled eggs & a stack of fluffy pancakes. Both plates were served with crispy hash browns. Our breakfast are very satisfying. With Thanksgiving around the corner, take a look at the dessert case next to the cash register. Hot garbage from the moment you walk in. It smells like a dirty bathroom and has the ambiance of one. Our server could not be fucked to care about his job and it showed. Had no idea what the asterisk means on the menu (e.g is it gluten free) and evidently they have no dairy alternatives for coffee. All I got was two scrambled eggs and they were cooked to oblivion. Even the TVs were old and barely visible. Please value yourself and your time and money more by choosing ANYWHERE else. read more

Listen, the Village Inn isn't supposed to be Le Cirque, but it's sooo good. This one is clean, the servers are pleasant, the food comes fast and is tasty. What more can you ask for? The menu is large, not Cheesecake Factory large, but still pretty extensive. Breakfast all day? Yes please. Right now they are featuring crepes. But I was there for the BLT. Somedays there is nothing better than a simple favorite. The sandwich was good but the fries were next level good. Super crispy, not greasy at all. This restaurant can be hit on miss depending on wait staff and cooks. Staff wait staff can be rude, slow and have attitude too. This day it was bad, long waits to get tables, staff too a while to take our order and food was not prepared right. When we ask for manager it took a whike and he had an attitude. We did not give a good tip because of wait staff, manager and cooks. Tip is for good service in all these area. At least I Hop had better food, staff, and better prices. Maybe, it could be staff has problems understanding Basic English this could be a problem. English is their second language. It's a Village Inn located near DIA. There weren't that many breakfast locations except for Village Inn and it was good overall. The crepes and potatoes were delicious. I was craving an apple juice since my flight decided to offer only water and coffee. We made it in before a line formed. Our server was really friendly and nice. This location can get pretty busy depending on when you visit since it's located near the airport. Overall, it provides what I expect from a village inn. Lots of food for a low price. Poor,very poor service this evening. We stopped by around 8:00 p.m. , not busy at all. Seated promptly, and that's where the "good service" ended. Two servers kept by passing our table until my other half got a bit upset. Why? The Male was right behind our table, asked them about dessert, took an order behind them, got drinks for another table near that one, saw us but ignored us. The female, same thing. One party got in 5 minutes after us and were asked about drinks right away. ?????? Not happy. Almost 20 minutes and no service. The dealbreaker for my guy was the table just seated was asked about drinks,etc. Yup,we asked about getting some help, twice. Oh you bet we left. The Hubs was not happy. The sad part? Leaving Colorado after dropping mom and dad off at the airport, Hubs and I stopped here for breakfast. Very close, very easy to find, and really good down-home breakfast options with some Mexican breakfast options too. The restaurant was clean with, what seems to me like, late 70's style decor. The staff was so kind. They aren't in your face every second but always there moments before you'll need something, which is awesome! Would visit again, and I recommend you give this place a try. read more

Pam was awesome! After a long day of excitement during our last day of vacation, this was the perfect spot for dinner on our last night close to the airport. The skillets were plentiful, with perfectly cooked potatoes. The chicken noodle soup was flavorful. The pie was the perfect end to a hearty breakfast for supper. We had a great experience at an appropriate price. We will be back here on our next trip to Denver and look forward to seeing Pam again. read more

Staying in a hotel prior to flying back to Ohio we found this great little place. Kind of reminded me of a Denny's as for how it was set up. Our waiter Jaden kicked the meal off with a bang. Quite a talker and joker who made dinner a joy. I had the Santa Fe skillet, a bed of hash browns covered in smoked pulled pork, green chili, cheese and three scrambled eggs. Great mix of flavors, the chili had the perfect bite to it. I also had a biscuit and gravy, the biscuit was crunchy on the outside and moist inside. The sausage gravy was nice and peppery. This review is solely on take out. I had ordered 2 strawberry crepes to go for breakfast. At first I wanted the veggie omelet but they weren't offering it. As you can see my strawberry crepes to go didn't look so fancy. Very mediocre. It was okay, nothing special. The hash brown was kinda undercooked. And the bacon was meh. The menu is just like any ihop menu. Actually, I feel like ihop menu is more appealing. They had the orders ready to go within 15 minutes. During COVID, the restaurant didn't seem too busy. Their pie section seemed amazing but I didn't get to try it. Honestly nothing special about this place. If you want a quick breakfast to go near the airport then have at it. So I stopped here in early October because my husband was arriving in Denver about 4 hours after my arrival in Denver. This restaurant is less than 15 mins from the airport and about 5 mins from the car rental pickup. I was seated right away and enjoyed my solo breakfast from my corner booth. We drive by Village Inn on a daily basis and decided to try it. It has definitely been around for a while as the decor could definitely use a refresh! The food was decent but it has been hard to find a great breakfast restaurant since moving here. The service was ok, but we never got our coffee refilled during our visit and they weren't that busy. We got this delivered and it was not worth the price. The food was low to average quality and portion size small. We paid $6 something for a slice of carrot cake that was the smallest sliver I have ever seen. It was laughable. Maybe a fourth of the size of an average size piece. The side of fruit was fruit in a container that maybe MAYBE was the size of a Dixie Cup. We had a great experience at the village inn! We were staying in the area due to flying out of the Denver airport the next day and needed a restaurant our kids would enjoy. This was perfect! Our waitress, Toni, was amazing and was happy to answer all of our questions and talk to our kids. The food was all great, my kids especially loved the funny face pancake. The French toast and the skillet were both great for adults! We will definitely be back if we are in the area again. read more
