I ordered the Italian sandwich with all of the normal toppings (pickle, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard and giardiniera) They were busy but the sandwich did not take too long, the bread was warm and toasty and it was packed with meat. Careful with the giardiniera as it is quite spicy. At the $13 price point for the seven inch sandwich I thought it was the best airport deal I've found in a long time.

So after my husband ordered a $23 sandwich and a beer, I bought a burrito to go from the adjoined restaurant. When I came back over, the host stared at me but said nothing. I sat down and watched the host go talk to the server before the server came over and said they did not allow "outside food" due to being a health code violation. So I sat with my wrapped burrito while my husband ate lunch. After seeing staff from the adjoining restaurant go into the kitchen next to where we were sitting, I asked the server about it. He informed me that both restaurants had the same owner/management. So I asked why there was an issue with bringing my wrapped food over and he snarkily replied, "Are you kidding me?" And then said, "I don't make the rules; I just enforce them." He literally could not explain what the violation was and offered no one else (I.e. a manager) to help answer the question.
